The regional manager Jason needs to be fired. If they dont know you, they wont sell to you. I have all the proper licenses and I know for a fact that they sell to some people that dont have a mechanical or EPA license. Im reporting Jason to the state.

Horrible. I didnt have any heat. I needed a Control Board. Contractor went to pick up part and was told he didnt have the right license. In cases of an Emergency they should have helped. I had heart surgery. In freezing degree weather for 2 day. Contractor risk his life on the ice to pick up part. Awful Company

Youve got to call when you arrive. There isnt really any place to park if someone is on the 1 dock door. And, it took a lil while for the guy to unload me. Appt was for 10, didnt leave until almost 1400.
