Love European wax. Its unfortunate when your esthetician leaves and you have to get comfortable with another. Luckily Kia is great! So sad I am moving and wont live near another one.

I went to Andrea to get a Brazilian (second time in my life getting one) and it was a world of difference than the first time. It was so much less painful and I know they say the second time hurts less, but I truly believe it’s because of the technique and products that were used. Not painful at all for a Brazilian! She was also very helpful in after care tips which is crucial to Brazilians. I would recommend her to anyone!

Went to EWC solely based on reviews when I made the switch between waxing places. I love it here. Very professional and quick. The wax Savannah used was half as painful as my old place. Savannah was awesome, made me comfortable and gave some great tips that my old waxer never told me. She also didn’t miss a single hair and that’s the first time that’s happened to me with a Brazilian! Very happy with this place.

Have been going here since they opened the Menomonee Falls location. Due to the pandemic have not gone again until now. A new group of estheticians but service still good. Felt like it was very clean as usual and felt safe. No worries of getting covid from anyone.

I had my first underarm waxing done with Andrea last week. She was very professional and welcoming, explained everything she was doing, and was extremely skilled. I would definitely recommend you book with Andrea if this is your first time getting a wax! I already have my next appointment all set up!

First time ever getting any sort of wax, was weirded out being a guy doing this kinda stuff, but got a nostril wax because nose hair trimmers just make them grow back quicker and thicker. They were super nice, calming, place looked clean, inviting and it didnt hurt the women there were cute. Def recommend.

Quick and efficient

This place has changed my life. I wish i had discovered under arm waxing 20 years ago. One visit and i was committed for life.My specialist, Tammy, is so sweet and professional. Im so comfortable taking her advice. I wont schedule an appointment without her.Seriously, I always considered waxing to be a completely cosmetic option. I was wrong. My underarms have never been so healthy.

I would recommend going to Kat. Kat is beyond my favorite waxer out there. It was my first time getting waxed and I felt really nervous about going, but Kat was really understanding and helped me through it. The staff there is AMAZING and the front desk lady was really nice and generous. Overall, I had a really good first time.

This wax center is hands down the best one out there! Been going here for over a year and have seen multiple ladies and they have all been incredible and comforting. The front desk ladies are very knowledgeable and kind.

I will not post my name for various reasons. However, I’ve been here twice already and each time I go, the woman who does my waxing for me always leaves hair behind. It’s never clean! I have to come home and feel around for stray LONG hairs she missed. :( I do not like bashing anyone but the girls there need more experience. I gave it a second chance and got the same results. And this time, even more hair was left behind. I paid top dollar for a Brazilian wax and it did not feel like a Brazilian wax. It was more like a rush job. I wish I could post pictures as proof. For a first timer, I was not very impressed. I don’t think I will return :( the girl was very nice but she sucked at it.

I have had three girls wax me from this location. My first experience was horrible. The girl was extremely new and told me I was her second Brazilian she’s ever done. I’ve gotten Brazilians done from professionals before and when I say I was literally on the verge of tears...I mean it was the most painful thing this girl put me through. My second time, I found the girl! She was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable while she was spending time with my lady bits, which made me purchase their package plan. When the girl sold me the plan, I was told it was buy 12 for $450. “Why not? It’s a deal and if I keep getting Kristin Wilson, I’ll be happy!” Well, she ended up leaving, which devastated me. I still had 4 more sessions so I thought I’d try someone else. Nope. My bottom was so raw, and she pulled the wax against the hair growth with BOTH hands...not the way it should be pulled. I called to get a refund of my remaining packages and I was told by the manager Alex, that I wasn’t getting it since the package was buy 9 and get 3 free. That was not advertised to me when the girl at the front sold it. I was told they “waived” the $25.00 off (what $25.00 and what does it even apply to????) and that I only had “free” sessions left so they didn’t owe me anything.I’m going to email corporate as well, as information was misinformed and for someone who regularly went to European Wax for awhile now and having two horrible experiences, while paying $450 for ALL 12 sessions, I find this unethical and unprofessional.

I was nervous my first time but my technician, Savanna was extremely professional, respectful and personable. My nerves were immediately gone.The facility is clean, the staff is extremely knowledgeable about all of their products and definitely very inviting.They walk you through the process, explain the products theyre using and always make sure you feel better than you walked in.Walk in, strut out!

I love having a singular place to go for all my waxing needs. I frequent both the falls and Mequon locations but i run into that there is a lot of turnover and everytime i find someone I feel comfortable with they leave.

I got a bikini wax, and while the girl who did it was very nice the overall wax job wasn’t very clean, I’ve still got stray hairs and bits of wax on me. A little dissapointdd but I would come back

As a First Timer, I walked in so afraid. But being greeted with smile and warm energy made me feel at ease! The first impression is the most long lasting with me. I must say, Alexis Robinson was a great strat to that impression. The customer service was phenomenal. Cant wait to go back!!!!

Just moved here. Got a babysitter, scheduled my appointment online. When I got there my appointment was lost and the earliest they could get me in was an hour later. What a joke. I scheduled it for when I had the babysitter. Then asked if I would like to make another appointment. Wasted my time on the only day I have off to do my earns. I will not be recommending them to anyone

I cannot sing enough praises for this place! The staff is wonderful and kind, you get greeted with a smile right when you walk in. We had a slight scheduling mishap (on my end- whoops! Hard to keep track of appointments sometimes!) and the manager, Alexandria, was super accommodating and worked it out so they could fit me in anyway. Being a wax specialist myself, I tend to be a bit critical of different salons I stop in.. but this center was so hygienic, and they made the process quick and easy. I was in and out of a brazilian in 15 minutes- Rae is INCREDIBLE! I would recommend this place to anyone. Keep it up, ladies!

They were really nice and i loved that. This was my first time there and also my first time ever getting full bikini wax and underarm wax. I was intrigued by the complimentary wax if its your first time and thats what led me to book with them. Upon check out everything was fine until i realized because they offered half off first time Brazilian Bikini wax (full) that i was no longer eligible for the complementary eyebrow waxing which if i wouldve known that i wouldnt have gotten the $20 service as I would have went to my normal place and got them for $8. So instead of paying $46 as i expected i ended up paying $66. There was also hair left on the bottom of my lips for my full wax so it was not completely nude as i expected. They have great service just need to communicate better with the specials they run.

If you get the chance to go to this location ask for Diamond, she was so helpful and knew the exact product for my skin. I’m definitely coming back to her when I go back!!!

They make you feel at ease

Originally I gave this place one star - horrible experience where wax was left on hair that was not removed. Since then I had a more experienced technician - she was great. It is fast; not the use-a-microscope-and-tweezers clean Brazilian you get in a salon but when buying the package the job matches the price. If you dont normally have time for your personal grooming this place will get you in and out with the basic job done well.

I called and scheduled an appointment to get a full Brazilian wax. when i called the amount i was quoted over the phone was different from what i paid when i got there. My wax was rushed she finished in 10 minutes. I have SO much hair left over she did not go through and re wax or even try to pluck. Also on the website it says if it is your first visit you will receive a complimentary eyebrow wax. I was told the website was incorrect and didnt receive one although a friend of mine went a week earlier and she received the service!!!!!! I am Highly unsatisfied with my full Brazilian i was cheated out of money and an eyebrow wax. It was a waist of my time just to go to someone who rushed through it because they were running behind. I will not return here to this location nor will i recommend this location to anyone.

Kristen is literally the best eyebrow waxer I have EVER had. She’s always so kind and funny! I’ve never been able to connect with an eyebrow technician before but she just gets me and always makes my eyebrows look fantastic. She’s definitely my holy grail! Ladies, take your money elsewhere! Management is rude and unprofessional and the esthetician I had was inexperienced when I was told that she had years of experience. I had stubble like 2 days later and that should not be. Ive had waxes before, so I know what a good wax looks and feels like. I only tried here because my regular person was out of town for awhile. So of course Ill never go back or recommend this place to anyone...ever. If there were an option for zero stars, that would have definitely been my pick.
