I come here for drive thru Pharmacy all the time. Staff is very nice and always get my prescriptions made in time. Very clean too

Had to have my daughter Covid tested this morning and they were great. Fast and efficient. My daughter was scared and struggling so they gave her 2 lollipops which of course magically makes everything better.

No point in making appointments online for covid vaccine. Got there for my appointment and there was a long line with them telling me they honor walk-ins too.

Been going here for a decade. Very clean and friendly. A little on the pricey side but the convenience is worth it.

The staff here is outstanding! I went to get my COVID shot and was pretty worried since I was on my lunch break and there was a long line ahead of me in the pharmacy. I have never witnessed the type of hustle I did today! The pharmacy staff had it down to a science and I even commented when I got my shot that I would totally steal their staff if I could. Checking in was super simple since I had the paperwork done beforehand (note to anyone getting the COVID shot: have your paperwork filled out when you get there). I was literally in and out in under 20 minutes with a 15 minute shopping trip to make sure I didnt have side-effects (as per the pharmacy tech who gave me the shots request). Of course, I had to get a few deals on my way out. I dont know why people are saying they didnt have any product in other reviews because everything I looked for was fully stocked with extras to spare. I had a question about the coupon they gave me and two cashiers were so kind as to explain how I could use them.The only complaint that I would ever have was the rules of the different coupons and how to use the points. I know thats not the employees fault at all. But if someone at corporate reads this, your point system has more rules than monopoly and is just as confusing. I cant imagine your employees have an easy time with rude customers while trying to explain the different point systems. Customer service is hard enough and with various rules I cant imagine the cashiers job is very easy.

This Walgreens had an excellent staff which both greeted my wife and I when we entered the store. While we did not ask for assistance with the products specifically, we were able to walk in for a flu shot just like what was indicated in the phone message which was excellent! They also sell a particular brand of deodorant I use called Essentials which I can only find here and at Meijers (which I prefer since it does not have aluminum in it). The inside of the store looked well kept and offered sanitizer and disposable masks at the entrance.What could improve? The size of the deodorant container is smaller than what Meijer offers; so I do still prefer the Meijers brand. Additionally, there was a lot of garbage scattered around the parking lot which made the entrance look sketchy.Overall, I had an excellent experience.

Normally I don’t mind this Walgreens. However, today I showed up after it was supposed to open and there was an employee standing outside to inform me no one was there to unlock the store, nor could she tell me when someone would be. If you can’t open the store on time, change the opening hours! Or tell your employees so they can properly inform customers. Terrible management.

I have been shopping at this location since it opened and have never had bad service of any kind.

I love this Walgreens. Been going here since I was a kid. Jeff (cashier) is hilarious and always lightens up my day.

It maybe the nearest to me, but try to avoid this walgreens. I will go to the one on Capital. The store seems unwelcome. The help is questionable, cluttered, dirty, and now a maze to check out. how unfriendly.Two stars are for the pharmacy.

OK, I get it, its a small store, but generally theres two of every sale item on the shelf. If something is on sale in your flyer, can you stock more than 2 of the item on your shelf? Do you expect just 1 person to buy the 2 items and then leave an empty shelf? How am I ever supposed to get any sale items from your flyer when you stock like this?

DO. NOT. DROP. YOUR. FEDEX. PACKAGES. OFF. HERE.My company and I have had not one, not two, but THREE issues with having things picked up here, especially express packages. Staff is consistently confused with the concept of scanning in/emailing drop off confirmation, all standard protocol for the service offered. Educate your employees or dont offer a service people depend on!

Very excellent people working there, they help you in more way, than Wal-mart, Best Buy, Target... Etc

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. The entire store smelt like an ash tray, the floors were disgusting, the staff was rude and not knowledgeable at all. They told me they didn’t carry hand sanitizer....It’s Walgreens! Very disappointing that Walgreens would allow one of their stores to be so poorly cared for and operated.

I use to work at this Walgreens. The customer service has really nose dived since then. Just basic service that I know they can do the manager denies me. Its really sad since I know they are allowed and suppose to do it.

I was surprised tonight. While shopping around 7:30 pm, the store had a hired floor cleaning and polishing service being performed during business hours. The company doing the work used an extremely loud machine that ran on L.P. gas. I left the store feeling nauseous and my ears ringing. Ive never experienced that before. Why would they have a contractor doing that type of work in the store while patrons are shopping?

Terrible customer service at this location. They honestly deserves 0 stars but that’s not an option. Management should be embarrassed.

Aaron this happened to me too here! Except it was a return I made to this store and they put it on a in store credit card. When I went to use the gift card, there was no money on it!! I was embarrassed and very upset.

The worst customer service, if I could give it 0 stars I would do it, the staff is racist and rude, no one should be treated the way they made us feel just for being of different race.
