This boy, Angelo was ABSOLUTELY amazing! Every single Ulta, Sephora, or any other beauty store no one has helped me like this! He was absolutely amazing if I had a million dollars I would give it to him as a tip. He deserves a raise. He helped me with every single thing I got. Made sure the color matched my skin color. I can’t thank him enough!! I will be visiting here again soon just to see him!!!

I bought 2 items from the Sephora department and a few shirts and a pair of pants. A foundation and a eyeliner pen were the items I had purchased makeup-wise.I noticed once I had left the store that the only makeup item in my bag was the foundation. No eyeliner. I was very disappointed.

Came in to return an online order, was an easy process and lady at the counter was nice. The swatches I tested while looking around were plentiful, given how small the store is. Nobody was on the floor as far as I could tell however.

The girls that work at this location are always so kind and helpful! The customer service here is really great. Personally, I am never dissatisfied when shopping here, This will always be one of my favorite stores/location to shop at for makeup and beauty products.

I feel incredibly overwhelmed by product and employees when I walk into the Sephora area in Jcpenney. They attack you once you step in and I feel VERY uncomfortable. I wont ever step foot in another Sephora ever!

I come to this location all the time and regret going each time I go. They are always “busy” With maybe two customers in addition to me. I never get help when needed and the wait is always terrible because there’s one person working
