Poor Customer Service Salesman acted bored and Was not too Helpful and not friendly at all. I wanted to Upgrade my phone but he told me to come back after I did more research into the iphone then come back. The store had just opened and I was the Only Customer yet he acted like he was way too busy to help me .

I came into the store having an issue activating WiFi Calling, which I had already tried calling / chatting with Cricket to get fixed. They had not been able to help, so I gave a store a try. Janine went above and beyond in diagnosing the issue and after a new SIM card was able to get it working. I highly recommend this store and Janine!

Last week me and my fiancee went to cricket to look for a new phone, in the process we had the privilege of meeting Janine, she was a life saver. Our first encounter with her was awesome, she showed us several phones and how they worked, she was very knowledgeable, polite, patient and caring. We came back today and got the same five star treatment from her.

Very nice and clean store. The young lady on staff was very kind, knowledgeable and smiled the entire time. I went in looking for a charger and ended up buying a new phone because she was so good as pleasant. When its time for a new phone or equipment Ill definitely shop with her and the cricket store it in the falls!

This is a communications store. With phones. Yet as I’ve called 3 times to confirm they are open no one picks up. In a store full of phones. Why would I need to call when I can just show up during business hours you say? Well I’ve shown up twice on a Sunday during those hours and the doors are locked and the store is empty. Great place.

Came in after I lost my phone and needed my old SIM card deactivated and a new one activated. Janine, I believe thats how you spell it, was incredibly helpful, sweet, and kind. The whole process was quick and easy and I was out of there in 10 minutes max. Thank you, Janine!

Janine is very helpful and really knows how to get you setup with a new phone. I didnt have my locked Sprint phone. But she was still able to transfer all photos & contacts etc. & Still keep my same phone number.

The young lady in the store was awesome, i came in after seeing this huge sign that says port a number free activation. The lady inform me she has to contact NOAH the manager for the promotion. NOAH was very rude and then told the lady to take the sign down. Refuse to talk to me or give me his number. Will be contacting coorperate. Very Rude manager....

Always get great service at this store.Went in a half hour before closing to replace my broken phone.Francis was great and very patient and helpful.He explained everything clearly and we felt we got quality customer service that is rare today.
