We were at this location recently and the service was not very pleasant. We have been Verizon customers for many years and will never go back to this location. The male sales associate was extremely negative the entire time and all he would talk about were the recent break-ins at the location. I have nothing positive to say about the experience. He also consistently asked for personal information that wasnt necessary to assist us with what we were there for. We ended up purchasing our phones at the Apple store at Mayfair instead.

Likely the least hassle cell phone experience I’ve ever had, convenient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend using this Verizon store over others.

The manager Jennifer is friendly, kind and very patient. I recommend this location over all the rest.

Just came in for a car charger for work phone. Needed an actual receipt to get reimbursed from work. Would have thought i was asking for the world. BAD customer service and this dude was the store manager. Unreal
