Went to pick up new phone and have data transferred. Thought going to a company store would be the best. Wrong. Spent 4 hours at store getting past from one associate to another. Blind leading the blind. Ended up spending another 4 to 5 hours with a tech on line trying to fix their screwups. Stay away from the Menomonee Falls, WI. store. They were more worried about the new I phone roll out than taking care of a Business customer of over 20 years. Getting quotes on making the switch.
They took my name down and I sat down to wait. While I was waiting they helped 2 people that came in after me. I left because all I wanted was for them to put on my screen shield and they said they would be with me right away. Ill go back a different day.
10/10 experience, I came in 15 minutes to close and needed a phone transfer as well as a new screen protected applied. The techs helped me immediately, specifically Taylor, Leo, and Brian, and the transfer completed without any issue. I never felt like I was being rushed and they were genuinely nice and knowledgeable. Ill be back!

When attempting to return an item at this store the General Manager was very pushy for me to keep the item. They promised a discount when I bought 3 or more items.To my dismay when I arrived home it wasn’t actually discontinued at all. By this time I was very frustrated and returned to the store the next day.The General Manager was very pushy and insisted I keep them. I explained the issue and how my discount wasn’t honored and how misleading this makes me and the whole community feel.He walked away and passed it off to Justin who just clerked me out. And didn’t say a word.I never once got an apology...Congratulations Menomonee Falls you earned a never returning to this location ever rating.Shortly after I went Into the Verizon store in Germantown and they were able to honor my requests and took the extra time to make sure my phone was set up correctly and I walked out with everything I need to go back to work and do my job.
I am a Verizon Wireless customer. Knowing that the opening time was 10:00 a.m., I went to this store today at that time, intending to purchase a new cell phone. At 10:10 a.m. the store was still not open, so I left. Supremely disappointed.
I found this store to not be helpful and a waste of time. I asked to compare two phones. There was no floor model of one and they were unwilling to open a new box to show one to me. Boxes are opened and closed all the time when things are returned so I dont understand the logic. Who would buy something over $1k without seeing it first? Brick and mortar stores like this are unnecessary. Instead I will buy two different phones online and return the one I dont want.Edit: She was very professional and kind, not about the sales rep, about the policy.
Very disappointed with the service I received from this Verizon store. I went in to get two new phones. This was just prior to the new IPhone 12 release. I wanted to purchase the IPhone 11. I asked if I should wait for the price drop since the 12 was coming out soon. Two customer service professionals (including the store manager) said I did not need to because I could come back within 14 days and receive the discounted new price. Went back today and to my dismay they did not recognize me 8 days later and said sorry no discounted rate. Just a con job. I love Verizon... just a shame. Ill be looking elsewhere after Im done with this contract.
So.... I ran over my phone with my lawn mower this weekend... I went to the Verizon store and they were able to get me set up with an appointment that day. Everyone there was very helpful and nice. Very pleased with the customer service, got everything set up for me right away. That being said, I would not recommend running your phone over with your lawn mower.

Avoid this location. We were met not greeted outside the doors by a Verizon woman. She said this was an appointment only location. No problem. We asked if we could still come inside as there were no vehicles in front of the store. The woman then questioned as to what we needed and why we wanted to go in. She questioned everything from the existing plan and as to how long it would take to do. Not once were we offered help or to come in. It was complete disrespect wanting to upgrade the cell phone plan. I also called her out for her complete lack of making any effort to help us. I will never go back to this location. I feel sorry for anyone that has to either. Drive the extra mile to another place. I wish I could give 0 stars.

I went in to this Verizon for the first time to add my boyfriend to my plan, and there was a promo going on for an Apple Watch (Fathers day weekend - some dads and grads promo) to waive all activation fees if you got it. I pondered it for a long time (and of course, by default, the employees kept saying how much Im going to love it and need it, as Im a nurse whos extremely active and workout regularly) and I eventually said I would get it, since the promo was that all of the extra fees would be waived.I tried paying for the watch up front, but they told me not to and that I wouldnt be eligible for these promos if I did. So I got the watch, and on my next bill, I noticed all of the extra charges for the watch. One manager told me it was too soon and that the Verizon app isnt always accurate and to come back later when the bill is due to get reimbursed. At this time, I also asked to get data taken off the watch, as I only use it for music and steps, and was told I cant because I didnt qualify for these promos then.I came back a couple weeks later, as my bill was nearly double what its supposed to be, due to the added fees. The manager I previously spoke to was not there and after being there for an hour, the manager on site told me they never had these promos, and the customer next to me stated her daughters both got Apple watches that weekend for the same promo. Her response was Im not working on your case.Overall, I felt that this customer service here was terrible out of all of the Verizons Ive been to, as I was told I couldnt pay for my watch in full or not add data to it as I wouldnt qualify for these promos, then was basically called a liar and told they never had this promo. Definitely will not return. Very disrespectful staff and disappointed in how I was treated.

Verizon hijacked my phone claiming it belongs to them, they cut my prepaid service off, because they sent a post paid balance to collections, and are now, I believe, are illegally using my prepaid phone ( blocking my own device) to collect on a past due, in which there is a dispute of the charges billed. The manager claimed my phone belongs to Verizon, and after I obtained proof it was not, she refused to help, and called the police on me to have me leave the store to avoid having to correct my issue, and I believe it’s because of me being a male Hispanic. (Discrimination). Mind you, my spouse was due to have her labor induced, and now I have no way of communicating with her when I leave her side, or to check on my son when I leave him with his Grandma. This is very unjust of both the manager, and illegal of the Company.

The Menomonee Falls one was great! Very helpful and friendly. Took time to help us back up and system restore our phone. Not so much the Delafield store. THEY said, We dont know how to do that.

I was in today to activate a phone I purchased online and wanted to give the phone I was using to my brother who is also on the account. It should have been a very simple process since we were both simply changing the phone we were using, not changing anything about our plan or data or anything like that. The floor manager told me it would be an hour wait. She then looked at my current phone which I was planning to give to my brother and promptly told me that he wouldn’t be able to use it. When I asked her why, she said that they no longer support this phone because Verizon now has 5G. She didn’t seem to know why it wasn’t a possibility anymore, and became very agitated when I asked her to explain the rationale behind this. Not too sure she knew what she was talking about. She was so quick to tell me that, as a floor manager, she wasn’t able to help me because she was too busy. But she was not able to provide any explanation for why this phone is no longer supported. It is clear that she should spend less time touting the fact that she’s a floor manager and more time studying her company‘s policies. To make matters worse, she was completely unhelpful and downright nasty. It is obvious that she only wants to help customers who are making a purchase but has no interest in helping any customer who won’t be spending money that day. This is the second time I have had issues at this particular Verizon store with a manager that works hard to convince me of how brilliant they are, but isn’t able to explain the most simple policies or rationales for why things have changed. In my mind, managers should be able to explain some of these things to customers because they will inevitably get complaints about them. I ended up walking out before it was my turn and plan to start going to a different store because it is obvious the person hiring the managers here is inept.
So glad I decided to switch to Verizon. Danielle made the transition so easy. It was literally set up and hassle free after leaving the store. I was there with my kids and was in and out in less than an hour. I had multiple accounts with T-mobile and At&t prior to switching. My bill is now less, I have new phones, and better service. Couldnt ask for anything more. Thanks for all the help, Danielle and Verizon!
If I could rate them zero stars I would do so. We were completely and 100% misled and basically lied to by Chelsea when we went in to switch from T-Mobile. We were told we could get a “55 and older” discount plan for our family which is what we had a T-Mobile. We were told we would pay approximately $35 per line for three lines, and that we would each receive a $200 visa gift card for switching. After all our phones were purchased and our service was switched, and we had paid for accessories etc, we were then told that “oops, that 55+ plan is no longer available.” We were told “wait a month or so and call the 800 number and you will be able to get on that plan, because it’s only for “loyal customers.” We did that, and were told that the 55+ plan is “only available in select locations” and ours is not one of them. When we went back to the Menomonee Falls Verizon store to express our dissatisfaction, we talked to a sales rep and a manager (the girl from Alabama) and the manager literally said “well, I don’t want to call you guys liars, but.........there’s no way our sales reps would say that you could have that plan. They know better.” She also said there is no such thing as “location specific” promotions, but the 800 number customer service rep had even told us the specific cities where it was available. Seriously!! We got nowhere with her. On top of it all, we only received two of the three visa gift cards we were promised, AND our bill (which is unlimited data) has gone up every single month. I hope the staff at Verizon doesn’t ever think that they get business due to their customer service - the only reason we (and many others) stay with Verizon is because of the superior cell service nationwide and particularly in remote areas of Wisconsin. I hope I never have to go back to this store again.UPDATE: After seeing this review, the regional manager did call us and applied an additional $200 credit to our bill. She said there was no way she could give us a lower monthly rate but she was very apologetic about the whole situation. It’s too bad a person has to take the time and energy to be a squeaky wheel on the internet in order to get good customer service.

Ive been to this location multiple times and the experience has been poor. The location seems understaffed and the staff itself hasnt been that great each time. Specifically this last time, I bought a phone through Verizon online (Google Pixel 4) for a plan transfer from ATT for a family member. Asked for assistance in setting up the new phone and for first time Android user, they sent me away with a piece of paper on how to set the phone up. Maybe it solves the problem in some ways but I know other stores will assist you in person in setting up a phone, especially if you bought the phone through the company itself.

We purchased unlocked phones from an electronic store and they failed to inform us that we needed new SIM cards. After visiting another Verizon store and calling others, I stopped in at this location and Charlie took over helping me. I didnt have to do anything but hand over our phones and he took care of the rest! He was calm and kind. I even got to grab a little lunch while I waited.
Representative Maximilian did a great job in explaining how changes to my account would affect my billing in a clear and precise manner!
This is a nice, large, and open store. The employees are generally friendly, helpful, and know what theyre talking about. Unfortunately, this store seems to be extremely popular, and every time Ive gone here recently Ive had to wait at least fifteen minutes to get help. The process is organized though, theres someone at the door managing the line.
Good Verizon. Staff was helpful and got me taken care of and on my way quickly. I told them what I was there for and thats what I got. Wasnt pressured into buying a bunch of stuff I didnt want or need.
Paige was extremely helpful! Very nice and had great knowledge on all questions I threw at her. She definitely was more focused on giving me a great experience rather than just trying to bombard me with sales. I highly recommend taking the time to stop in and see her, I will always go to her for all future needs!

I just purchased a new phone and had to go in to set it up to my current number. Employees are friendly and attentive to the customers. I had an amazing customer service from Evan S who is extremely knowledgable. He was so efficient and was able to complete his set up within 5 -10 minutes. WOW!!!!

Switched from AT&T because business discount. AT&T frankly has better coverage. Had had several times now no service with Verizon, didnt have that problem with AT&T. Definitely not as painful as when I tried Sprint.
A representative at the store incorrectly typed my address in for a preorder of a phone because of an insistence of putting it on separate lines due to my address being a route number. I had to call the corporate headquarters several times trying to fix this issue and they cannot get my address right for whatever reason. This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever dealt with in the retail communications space. They are lucky their network is good because their customer service is severely lacking. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and the only reason I am keeping them is because of the network needs for my family in a rural area.
I dont know whats worse this store or Verizon customer service. Ive had Verizon for over 10 years and I went in to upgrade my phone in person and ended up leaving and still having to do it over the phone because they couldnt tell me if I would be charged or not for the trade in as its not something they are trained to do. Not to mention theres always something in the fine lines with this company now. Id highly recommend looking into another phone company as I am after this experience.

I came in about three weeks ago to look for new phones and a new plan with my husband. We hadn’t crunches numbers on options, so we needed help going over stuff. Graham helped us and was helpful until we got our first bill. He had quoted us at $190/month before taxes. Our bill came out to $300/month. We contacted customer service to go over the bill. Turns out it was correct and that Graham quoted us incorrectly. Online customer service took $100 off our bill as a one time thing and put in a request for the store manager to contact us. He emailed us and said he’d (Jeremy) contact us in 48 hours. Never did. I emailed him 3 more times. Nothing. Contacted customer service again and they told store to contact us. Nothing. We just went into the store. We waited 45 minutes to be helped by another manager (Joe) and he wouldn’t do anything about it since Graham has been there so long. We respect backing your employees, but basically calling customers liars. So we are stuck with being overcharged for 2 years since we bought new phones on a monthly plan. Edit: we found our quote paper showing the $190/month, so finance is working on fixing our issue. (2/14/18 edit) they won’t honor their quote that was given by an employee. 😡
I like the Verizon store in Menomonee falls. They always know what they are doing. They always figure out a way to help me. Cant say the same about the authourised Verizon dealer stores.

I have switched service since this last review. I dont have any issues with employees at this specific location. Verizon just charges way too much for what my family needs for service. I switched to US Cellular and for the same plan Im paying half of what Verizon was charging.

This place is run terribly! Black Friday 3:00 in the afternoon and the door is locked with no notification why. After 10 minutes someone came over to the door because we were knocking. Managers were snippy about it. They claimed fire code, then it was corporate, and he said corporate wont let them post a sign stating why the doors are locked today! There were 19 customers in the store!

I walked in and was greeted and asked why I was here. I told him I wanted to exchange my iPhone 7 for an iPhone7 Plus. There were a lot of people there and he told me to have a seat or look around. Remember, I asked him for an iPhone7 Plus. I waited one hour patiently. Finally, a rep came to help me. She said we dont have any iPhone7Plus in stock. SO... why didnt the greeter (who shall remain nameless), tell me they did not have any?????? I was so mad.......

4/25/18 UPDATE: Its been a few years and I just got a new phone from this location. The old manager is gone and one of the employees Evan is awesome and very helpful. Changed my rating from 2 stars to 4.The staff act just like car salesmen.. I understand they need to make sales but dont BS me. The tall guy with spiked hair which I assume was the manager was condescending and rude. Glad I got my phone and hopefully I will never have to set foot in that location again.

Terrible terrible terrible! This store is terrible. Verizon does offer a nice product BUT DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! I was in my vehicle asking about my phone that was supposed to ship that I had not received. The gentleman told he couldnt tell me if my phone shipped. I asked him to talk to his manager and they laughed. Asked to talk to the store owner and they said no.Then I asked the gentleman I was on the phone with to email me the contact information for the store owner to send her something in writing so that she could address my problem and the manager told me he was not going to do that. When asked why he said the store owner told him not to and I can wait to talk to her when she was in. My phone just stopped working out of the blue and then they told me it would be here at a certain time and it wasnt! Then this! PLEASE choose a different Verizon store. There is one in West Bend and Germantown as well. Oh yeah they would not give me the address or location or phone number of either of those stores as well. They said you can look it up. Do not do business with these people in the slightest! Absolutely unacceptable!

Useless... Regret switching over to Verizon. Stopped in to get account fixed from their mistakes. Told to call customer care. Which I had already done.Once they sign you up your going to be on hold a lot if you have an issue. 30 more minutes today not including the stop in at this place.

I had an issue with not having HD service for my new Galaxy S9. Jeff the manager said my phone didnt come with the HD option after he looked it up on his Verizon computer. I asked him to show me where it says that and he wouldnt. He said it was proprietary information. I asked him why I couldnt see information about my own phone as a Verizon customer and he kept saying it was proprietary information. The bottom line is he didnt know what the problem was and that was his way of of solving the problem.
Totally incompetent!In store for over an hr. Just needed 2 new sim cards on new account. Had spoken to multiple support people over the phone to determine EXACTLY what I needed.After they call multiple people they determine they cannot get me the sim cards without creating an all new account and pulling a second credit report.I call Verizon to just cancel my account & stay with Sprint after leaving the store, and the sales person says thats nonsense, we can do x,y, and z and it will be no problem.He transfers me to someone else who is now setting everything up. Will update if I end up with a functional Verizon phone.

First of all, go to Best Buy if you want to literally save hours and not stand in line. Thats what i did. Continue reading if youd like. This Verizon store is HORRIBLY managed by Joe Oddo.I have 11 Verizon devices and used to go to this Verizon often. Joe Oddo, the General Manager, is completely incompetent and not capable of providing customer service. In my last visit, I called ahead and spoke to Joe. I asked if he could pull a new iPad Pro and have it waiting. He said yes of course. When I got there, Joe said he was too busy and didnt have time. Furthermore, he explained that they didnt have any but I could order one. Made no effort whatsoever and didnt care. This wasnt my first run in with Joe including multiple visits where I stood for hours because he hadnt a clue what was going on. I will drive longer distances to go elsewhere. In this case, I spent $1500 at Best Buy as I said.
Verizon stores have some go associates to help you, stores are easy to get to, cell service is good.
Just got done dealing with Tabitha and Ryan about a billing issue for tablets we havent had for 6 months. As we turned them in when I transfered my wife to my account. Well apparently even though we turned them in they never turned off the lines and were auto billed for the last 6 months for a total of about 500 dollars. The store talked in circles saying there was nothing they can do we have to call. Odd a corporate store cant help in person, just pass the buck. I hate this store.

This store is absolutely terrible! They are always short staffed. When people come in they say there is a half hour wait for help but really that means an hour and a half. When they finally get to you they are so disorganized they dont know were half there products even are it seems like. Managers and staff can also be very rude!!! They are more concerned about what fits their needs instead of yours. They are just looking to make the commission off of you. I recommend the drive to the Grafton store because they know what they are doing and dont tell you it will be a thirty minute wait and it turns out to be a half hour. I will never step foot in this store EVER AGAIN!
Jeremy “manager” had us wait 45 minutes only to fond out he refused my upgrade after talking to customer service and showing him my phone he claimed it was wrong and he had no control. I asked if he was a a general manager and he said no. I said ok just a manager got it. And then began to call customer service. He then fought with me saying he is more than just a manager, i am a solutions manager. I said but still your not the general manager. The fight continued for 5 minutes and he had no reason for it. I was on with customer service and magically after waiting 45 minutes and having this idiot jeremy tell me he was too busy to do anything (2 customers were in store, 2 reps helping those customers too) he said “well i could have made you wait longer or even an hour and a half if i wanted to” magically he came out after talking with customer service and he claimed that they “changed my account” but the rep did nothing and offered to talk to the manager of the store. Jeremy now magically said i could upgradr today! Wow magic hey?!? Needless to say this moron should not be a manager working customer service. We will take our revenue to another deserving location. I was going to get 2 pixel xls 128gb. But guess not.

I have had difficulty from the sales team at this store before. Today, Jan, 18, I walked into the store and a salesman took my number and he then said, someone will be with you. 5 minutes later, another gentleman walked in the store and a just-freed up salesman went to this gentleman and helped him. After another 10 minutes, the costumer left and the salesman walked up to me to help. I told him I was there before the other guy and he gave me a half-hearted sorry bout that. Fine, moving forward, I explained my situation about a lost tablet through fed-ex and at the end of our conversation, and in less words, told me this was my fault.I have since filed case with fed-ex and Verizon is sending me a new one. This store needs costumer training, seriously.
Waited on the list forever while there was always one or two employees standing behind the counter just talking. Also didnt know anything about my phone and had to google solutions for my problem.
