I recently moved to the area and was in search of a new good Optometrist near by. It did not take me long to find Good Hope Vision Center (Dr. Webb and Staff). I called right away and found It odd that Dr. Webb actually was the one who scheduled my appointment via the phone that day. Typically, it tends to be other office staff that would do this. I know now that it was not odd but right on par with how personable and down to earth Dr. Webb is! Not to mention Nicole (hope I spelled it correctly) she is also amazing. She will make certain that you do no leave the office having chosen a frame that does not work. for you. Her measurements are precise and she even schedules an appointment for picking up your glasses. Im glad that I found Good Hope Vision and plan to make this my permanent vision center. The entire staff including Debbie are very friendly. If you are looking for an Optometrist, look no more. You will be in good hands with Dr. Webb and staff at Good Hope Vision.

My overall experience was excellent. Dr. Webb made me feel very comfortable and was thorough during the exam. Nichole did a great job helping me pick out new styles of glasses.I would highly recommend heading their way if you are in need of a vision check up or new glasses.

Dana is the best! She listens and cares about what works for you!! If you feel like your eye doctor experience is run of the mill, then you are missing out. Everyone here wants what is best for you and it shows. I’m lucky enough to have them in my backyard, but I would travel anywhere to get this support. Nichole rocks as well, she knows how to help you pick out the right frames. I have never gotten as many compliments as I have until I got glasses here!

Dr. Webb has been my optometrist for years. She is not only technically proficient, she truly cares about her patients. Dr. Webb and Ms. Scott are both professional and caring in their approach to your current condition. Dr. Webb offered me many different options when considering a new brand of contact lenses, and I am happy with the ones we picked out for me. I realized Ms. Scott is a true artist after she took time to adjust a pair of glasses that were not properly fitted by my previous provider. If you are looking to build a long relationship with a talented team, do not hesitate in making an appointment at Good Hope Vision Center. You will be satisfied with their complete package to maintain good vision health.

I actually saw Dr. Webb last summer, but did not give proper credit. In the midst of Covid and social distance she and her staff stepped up in a big way. My normal vision provider failed me on my scheduled appointment. I took off from work for my appointment and they denied I had one scheduled that day.Good Hope Vision was on my insurance plan and I called on the off chance they could get me in that same day. They did and it was by far the best eyeglass purchasing experience Ive ever had. Dr. Webb and her staff were personable, friendly, and very helpful. Their suggestions for frames were very insightful. I think they were actually happy to see me. When they offered to let me take 5 pairs home for wife approval I couldnt believe it. My old big box provider would never do such a thing. This is actually Gary Munger. I have been a patient of Dr. Webbs for many years and just happened to have seen her advertising when she opened her own practice. The service you receive from Dr. Webb and Nichole is friendly, personal, professional, utilizing the latest in eye care equipment. On a recent visit, Dr. Webb was explaining to me the importance of taking daily eye drops for an issue I have. I had admitted that I sometimes forget. We have had this discussion before. After I assured her I would do better, she suggested I see a specialist to correct the problem once and for all so eye drops would no longer be necessary. I asked her; you dont trust me do you? Without missing a second, she just smiled and said; NO! Thats the kind of feedback and direct advice that I can appreciate and it comes from getting to know her patients. Bottom line:Best of the Best....

This was my first time going to Good Hope Vision Center and it was an amazing experience! Dr. Webb and Nichole are super personable and helped me go through the process of getting my eyes examined all the way to helping pick out new glasses! They even suggested an amazing restaurant to go to after the appointment! It was a great experience and I’m very happy to have found such an amazing eye doctor. I will definitely go back.

I visited Good Hope Vision Center with a prescription from another optometrist, but both Dr. Webb and Nichole helped me pick out new glasses. They were kind and easy to work with, and made an intimidating task fun! As someone who hadnt picked out new glasses in almost a decade, I appreciated their honest feedback and suggestions. My family has been seeing Dr. Webb for over a decade and last week I had my first visit to see her since she opened her very own Good Hope Vision Center practice after working for Wisconsins largest healthcare system for so many years.I was not surprised to learn that Dr. Webb decided to leave the mass-production-like environment of todays large-scale health providers, where patients too often feel processed through a system vs. treated by someone who actually cares about their health and well-being.As a recruiter/headhunter and career counsellor, virtually every healthcare worker I know (and I know many) is not pleased with the way large healthcare providers appear to be placing more and more emphasis on maximizing profitability over patient welfare.I applaud Dr. Webb for having the professional courage to walk away from the comfort, convenience and relative occupational safety of a large healthcare system to be able to able to treat all of her patients as individuals and not simply as processing a patient file.She is passionate about her profession and ensuring that each of her customers (I have never felt like a “patient” or “customer” but always feel like an acquaintance with Dr. Webb) receives the time and attention that they truly need and deserve during their visit. Something that is becoming increasingly rare in todays healthcare provider market; an element that I personally assign tremendous value to and something that the mass-providers seem to have lost touch with.This review would not be complete without mentioning the wonderful job that Dr. Webb did in selecting the site for her practice and in designing and outfitting it.For example, now instead of having to work my way down into the window-less underground depths of a multi-purpose healthcare center also serving to treat hundreds of patients for a variety of contagious illnesses, I can park a few steps away from Dr. Webbs office and enter a ground-level reception area and optical showroom bathed in with an abundance of natural sunlight from the floor-to-ceiling windows.Well thought out, extremely well done and a much, much improved and enjoyable experience. Both my husband and I recently switched to Good Hope Vision Center/Dr. Dana Webb. We are both so impressed with everything about our experience. Upon arrival, you walk into a beautiful, super clean, modern store/lobby. Dr. Dana is friendly, calm and reassuring during the eye exam. The exam itself was the best Ive had in years. She is thorough and professional and all of the equipment is state of the art.The eyeglasses selection is nice too, we both easily found new eyewear that we like. I chose to change doctors and come to Dr. Dana Webb because of her close proximity to my home. I did not make a wrong choice! Dr. Webb is personable and professional. Needing a new pair of glasses, both Dr. Webb and Nichole went out of there way to find me a pair that suited my face and budget. Then Nichole adjusted the new glasses for me, making sure that they fit perfectly. With progressive lenses I have needed in the past to return to my eye clinic several times for just the right adjustment. In this case, the first time is the charm. I will recommend Good Hope Vision Clinic to all my friends.

Dr Webb is exceptional!A while back, she found I had a macular hole in my right eye. I owe her a great deal of thanks for recommending a GREAT surgeon. Thanks to her recommendation, the surgery was a HUGH success. And all follow up visits with Dr Webb were excellent! I just had my annual checkup with her at the Good Hope Vision Center. I had to get classes for the first time and was so happy I picked Good Hope Vision. They were pleasant and so knowledgeable. And I felt like they really listened to me and explained everything. I think picking out glasses could have been so difficult but they really new what would look flattering on me and it was actually fun. No one hovered over me and there was no pressure.

Beautiful facility, great staff, the amazing Dr. Webb and state-of-the-art medical equipment (no more puffs of air in the eye!). Dr. Webb spent nearly an hour with me to get my contact lens prescription right -- so very different and refreshing from the speed dating approach to medicine at the large clinics. Shes patient, understanding and incredibly knowledgable: in one visit, she had me seeing clearly again with my contacts, a feat the doctor at the large clinic hadnt managed despite three visits. I cant recommend Dr. Webb and the Good Hope Vision Center highly enough. Make an appointment. Your eyes will thank you!

It didn’t take long for me to get used to them, and notice that being able to see things equally well near and far is a tremendous capability that I’ve needed for years.I only wish I had come here sooner.Beyond Dr. Webb’s expert optometry, the equally adept resident optician, Nichole Scott, fitted my glasses to my face. The combination of prescription and frames work so well, I decided to order a pair of sunglasses, too. They are equally delightful in their perfection.My vision is now exactly corrected, the frames are comfortable and fit my face, and I’ve been served by the nicest group of optical professionals I’ve ever met.
