Awesome service! I got my prescription sunglasses here a few years ago and they were great. Today, I had a screw that came out of my spare glasses and they put it back, no charge. Always friendly service.

Yesterday we came to pickup glasses for my wife, Katie. The script in the lenses was wrong. The distance vision and bifocals. The manager wanted us to go home to try the glasses for a few days. We said no. A woman scheduled a new exam for today. We came to the store. John Schroder told us he would not do a new exam. We requested a refund and will never return to this store. No customer service.

Buyer beware at this store. The good: in general the staff are friendly, the eye exam equipment and process are excellent and the eye doctor was good.The not so good: The sales people do not know their products and if it is not on their tablet, it does not exist. Personnel don’t know what Rayban G15 tint means.The ugly: if there is anything wrong with your order, you better be calm and happy or they will “fire” you as a customer. After being told I would need to pay more in advance after my order came in wrong and I refused until the product was right, they cancelled my entire order and fired me as a customer. They did not confirm the cancellation in any way and fearing further reprisal, asked my wife to stop by to get the refund receipt.Interesting news: Wisconsin vision down the street completed my order with G15 tint on my multi focal glasses in less than a week and $40 cheaper!

Ace went above & beyond my expectations with helping me decide on new frames & educating me on my options. I am thankful to have had him assist me, & for all of the extra effort he put in to make sure I was satisfied. I can tell he takes his job very serious & has a wealth of knowledge which is so important in retail. I appreciate all of his help & I would recommend him to anyone.

I would not recommend this place at all.My appointment was at 10:20am and I arrived at 10:10am. I have to wait until 11:00am to fanally have my eye exam.I purchased the lenses for my new frame.One week later I was informed my glasses were ready. I put it on and I felt my eyes were dialated. The lenses were installed way off the center. The manager remeasure the position and promised me they were going to get it correct this time.Another week later, I put on the correct glasses and its only slightly better than the first time.They refuse to make any effort to troubleshoot this problem.

Lens Crafters is one of the best establishments I have ever been to. My splendid experience started when I was greeted by their amazing staff. They directed me to their wide variety of frames and my goodness was I impressed! After a few minutes of browsing frames, I was prescreened swiftly and the doctor came right away for more tests. After finishing up with the doctor, I browsed some more frames. I was then helped by a man who sold me my glasses. I think his name was Dave but he definitely knew what he was doing. After leaving Lens Crafters in Menomonee Falls, I felt like donating to local charities because of the amount of joy that my experience at Lens Crafters gave me! Great display of customer service! This Lenscrafters is such a vibe, all the employees are so friendly and knowledgeable! Davion helped me pick out my Burberry frames and Ive never been so confident with glasses in my life, what a guy. &the manager Alice was also super helpful in helping me choose the best (affordable) lenses for me bc Im cheap :) if I could rate 6 stars, I totally would.

Good location, every worker is busy which is good to see. Store could use some warmer/darker wall colors. Feels kinda outdated, but the experience has been positive. The mask requirement is a little odd, should be optional since the mandate is over.

Beat staff. Really good selection of brands and. glasses. They answered all my questions patiently and explained entire break-up of the pricing. The glasses I bought from them an year ago got dis-alligned and it required several adjustments to get it to a manageable state. They did those adjustments free of cost and with patience until I was satisfied. Although, glasses once dis-alligned cannot go to their perfect state, they did a good job getting the glasses to state where I could manage with them untill I wait for my new glasses.Thank you LensCrafters, Menomonee Falls for maintaining the high standards always. It has been a frustrating experience until today working with Lencrafters in Menomonee Falls but today it got rectified in a big way by Jennifer. I’m not going to speculate why today was so different but all that I know is that she actually knew exactly what needed to be done and the issues with my glasses have been resolved. Like any any business, employees have range of experience and employers difficult time keeping their staffs. I recommend Jennifer if you need a higher level of experienced service. The optometrist I work with is John Schroeder and he has always been outstanding. Jeff

Jennifer 571916 from store 5617 was SUPER processional. Yesterday I was going through the grieving process over my wife who suddenly passed very recently. When selecting the frames for my primary pair of glasses, I told her to just go and pick something that I would look good wearing. She came back with three very appropriate frames for me to choose. She never asked about why I was sad. That helped me complete my purchases without succumbing to tears in public. Very important to a man of plus 60 years. I will remember this.

Terrible customer service. My wife went here and was wearing a mask but has severe allergies so her nose was not covered. The rude lady behind the counter who wasn’t even helping her, said pull your mask all the way up! How rude!! Way to overstep boundaries LensCrafters.. so you don’t accept patients that have breathing issues?? Medical issues?? If your employees are that concerned maybe they should be the ones staying home!! How RUDE!!

I received two pairs and had a great experience! The assistant manager was very nice and talked me through the process. We ended up finding an amazing pair of Pradas and Polos. Checkout time was pretty quick and everyone was helpful.

Made an appointment here and day off the appointment comes I drive to the location only to see a sign on the door saying they are closed. Didn’t even bother to call me and try to reschedule. I called and called and called as I’m sitting outside the doors watching people walk back and forth finally someone answers but wait it’s two girls talking about target and what they are going to go get later. I say hello so they know I’m here waiting for someone to talk to me and the abruptly hang up. I call and call and call some more and finally someone picks up again only saying sorry we closed. To say I’m upset is an understatement.

INCOMPETENCE AT ITS BEST!! I made a appointment about a week ago and informed them I was using my insurance and what it was, I just walked in and was told “We don’t take that insurance” so THANK YOU FOR WASTING A HOUR OF MY LIFE!!!

I havent gone to the eye doctor in 3+ years and needed new glasses. I decided to go somewhere new and I dont regret it. The customer service was astounding and they made sure you were comfortable as well as taken care of. You were regularly informed by the staff of when you would be expecting the eye doctor as well as the wait time. The eye doctor was kind, patient and informative. The staff was very attentive as well as helpful!

I was desperate to get in for an eye appointment because I was out of contacts. I made an appointment with my local LensCrafters thinking it would not be a good experience compared to my eye doctor at Aurora. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful! I work part time so had to bring my 6 month old along for the appointment. Everyone was so sweet and accommodating to my baby. Dr. Schroder was so thorough and understanding. He supported me nursing my baby in order to get through the appointment. I will be returning to this location!

Not pleased at all. I have previously gone to this location with no problems. The doctor literally stopped the exam right before we were about to begin by stating he refuses to work with my choice of contact lens brand because of “customer service issues” and will not write me a prescription....I was literally baffled like my current prescription is from here (a different doctor) and y’all just wasted 30 minutes of my day and the exam hasn’t even began. Mind you I’ve been ordering contact lenses from this brand for 2 years and never had issues. Can’t say I would recommend at all...which brand of lenses I want is my choice and business.

My last visit to a eye dr. Was misdiagnosed. It really help to have a sec.opion. very happy when lenscrafter corrected my problem. I always come back to lenscrsfters

Stopped into this location after two visits to the Bayshore location where they prescribed the wrong strength lenses for me TWICE. The Menomonee Falls location was fantastic and very thorough- they gave me a free exam, fixed the prescription, and took care of the wrong lenses without a hassle. I’ll return to this location in the future. Great customer service!

I had a very bad experience at Menomonee Falls LensCrafters today. I have ordered for a Ray ban sunglass on dec 23 but received it 15days later, the product received was not the one I ordered and now they are letting me know that the product I ordered has a increased price. Although before placing order I have confirmed with them several times in person and in call, but now they are providing me a different product and asking extra amount for the product I originally ordered. The staff seems inexperienced and this is so much not expected of LensCrafters.

They have a really good glasses selection and everyone was professional. However, the wait time for glasses is RIDICULOUS! It took almost 2 weeks and my left lense is still blurry! I’m afraid to go in because I may have to go another 2 weeks without being able to see!

I was one of two people waiting for an exam. Took 2 hours.... Dr. walked around doing other things while I waited. This should be a 30min process. Late getting back to work. Never going back. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I love this place. Have been taking my family here for years. I find the service to be excellent, especially Dawn, who is a pro! Probably not the cheapest glasses in town, but the quality and customer service are excellent.

Absolutely awful.Last time I was at LensCrafters, they requested I bring my unused prescription boxes in the next time (my prescription changes a lot) so they could reuse them.I was running five minutes late, because I was gathering the boxes. I called to tell them that I’d be five minutes late, and they told me to reschedule! I’ve been to LensCrafters before many times. There have been times where they’ve had me wait 30 minutes even if I was on time (and yes, I’d be the only customer/patient in the whole building). And it’s not like they’re swarming with business, either. I’ve been there a couple of times and there are maybe four other people, looking at sunglasses.I am absolutely disgusted with the service, attitude, and treatment of this LensCrafters. I’ll be taking my messed up vision and I elsewhere.

The optometrist herself was nice but the office and the way they dealt with patients for simple prescriptions was a complete pain. Always on the sale or added fees for additional services you are not ever there for. Unwilling to help in time of need, especially if god forbid you dont use them to purchase your lenses. Patients need prescriptions, so just because they choose not to deal with that specific location after getting an exam doesnt mean they should be penalized or treated differently. I will use another location or vision center all together moving forward.

Went in for nothing more than an eye exam so I could get a prescription to buy glasses online. Everyone is very friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have.

Doc is great, and the customer service was awesome too. Glasses ready in a week, and they even helped me pick a pair that flattered my face. I always go during non-peak times, and Im not sure Ive waited more than 10 minutes to see the doc. In and out in about an hour!

Nothing but a headache. Came in for a normal eye exam and was given a prescription that made me nauseous. I had a left contact from my old set and stated that this was the issue but the right was ok. They wouldnt change the rx until I came in. Fine. Then they wanted me to try that script. I stated I did that already myself but they insiste . A month went by without a phone call. I started calling once a wee . Finally get them and state yes thats what I want. They wont start the transfer off the old script that came in without the old box. Fine take another day off to screw around down there. Then listen to some coworkers sexual expedites over the year . Not professional. Not good.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEI had made an appointment for an eye exam due to headaches and some blurred vision and left work early to make a 3:20 appoint ment. I was running 5 minutes late due to traffic and called Lens Crafters to let them know. Within 3 minutes of that call I received a call back that the appointment would need to rescheduled because they were running 20 minutes behind schedule. Being 5 minutes late would not have affected my appointment as they were running late so making me reschedule this appointment because they were running late is absolutely ridiculous. This exhibits very poor management and customer service. I will no longer be taking my children or myself to Lens Crafters again.
