Employees not able to answer my question. Problem is when Im surfing anything and I get a phone call, I cant answer and the person calling either hangs up or goes to voicemail. Frustrated!

Great staff and timely service! With busy traffic they still manage to make sure each customer leaves happy! They wore masks as mandated in WI, and spoke very respectfully. I would recommend them to just about anyone.

My husband and I went to transfer phone service tonight and had hands down best customer service I’ve experienced for phone service. Employees were so friendly and helpful.

We went in two times last week - once for a new phone for me, a second time for my husband. Bryce and Amber were super knowledgeable. They answered every question we had and were very specific. We’ve gone in previously and have never had this great of service (we’ve actually had some pretty bad service prior). The second day when we came in for my husband’s new phone I had them put a screen protector on mine. We left and I noticed a fuzz under it, turned around and went back and they put a new one one. They had me check it over and spent a solid 20min+ making sure I was completely happy. They didn’t make me feel bad for being picky, and we were able to laugh and have a good time in the process. Honestly, some of the best service we’ve received.

Today I went in to buy some items. I was masked, as the LAW, I say it again, the LAW requires. Neither the clerk nor the manager were masked. I am 75, I have a lung condition (COPD), I have high blood pressure, I am male and I have Type A blood. All the death factors for Covid 19. The no doubt politically deluded fanatics, making their “statement” put me at risk. My advice, stay very far away from people like these. They are not decent people and they are bad citizens.

Store is slow. Staff was lethargic. The GM was not knowledgeable nor a good leader resulting in poorly trained staff. Unprofessional and they seemed like they did not want to be there. Worst experience in a AT&T.

Staff didnt seem real friendly, atleast the associate I had.

Went in to get help with my phone that was broken. The rude worker told me that I couldn’t get a new phone and that my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I called the company and sent them a video of what my phone was doing, instantly replaced! Weird ! Thank you for nothing Menomonie worker.

We were waiting there for half an hour before being told that they wouldn’t have time to help us. We were not even addressed by the person working at the time, it was a person who seemed to be a friend of the employee who told us we needed to go. Not happy at all, would give zero stars but that’s not an option.
