Game selection is so so, but the staff is fantastic. Knowledgeable and friendly. Never has any staff been anything but friendly to anyone in that store in my experience.

The staff is great, very helpful and not too dreary, but the in-store selection could use some improvement. They are able to order most things you would want if you are okay waiting, but I think in person stores are ideal for getting things the day you go there. Of course this is a small store, so as long as you enter with that in mind they will probably still have what you need.The store is very clean, so it would be a great place to use for in-store pickups of online orders.

Rude and unhelpful Customer Service over the phone. What has happened to Great or at least Good Salesmanship? So sad😪

Had an issue about an item I ordered online, it was over a week and I didnt get any confirmation email of when the item will be delivered. I called their 1-800 number and waited 45 MINUTES to talk to a person. Told me the item is packaged but UPS is still waiting for the item...what the heck does that mean?! Got someone with an indian accent and heard chickens cooing in the background multiple times ....Sounded like they were in the country farmland of India....great customer service NOT

The best gamestop by a long shot, everyone jokes around that gamestop trade ins rob you but people just don’t know that it’s significantly better to trade in stuff when they have specials going on. Aaron (i think that’s his name I don’t wanna butcher it) has always been super helpful and gave us the absolute best deals. Super friendly atmosphere compared to a lot of other gamestop stores I’ve been to. There’s a reason why I’ve been going here over other stores for the past 5 years!

Too many collectibles for my taste, would be nice to use more of that wall space for retro games.

5 dollars off every month is a great deal. Not to mention the helpful staff.

The salesman was very friendly and appeared to enjoy his job which is rare these days. Will do all my game shopping there from now on, got some great deals and had all my questions answered. Very satisfied.

Marilyn is the most talented human being in the history of Gamestop. Her co-workers Aaron and Autumn are pretty rad too. My only complaint is that Google wont let me go beyond 5 stars for this amazing woman and her fantastic crew.

You can tell those guys love their job. They will spend all day making sure you understand something. Im not into games but my son is and I was even getting into the conversation.

I have asthma and they wouldnt let me in so I went to Walmart and got the game I wanted without any problems

I have really bad asthma and cant wear a mask and they were really rude when I went to go in and get the games I wanted to I went to Walmart and got the game I wanted without any problems never shopping there again

Traded in a stack of old games for a new Switch today and the staff worked through it quickly and accurately even while training. My transaction was long and work intense but the other customers were helped promptly so no one was delayed at all. I even got good advice about protecting my system from damage before I left.

Tattoo dude was not very helpful and didnt know something was out of stock when at first he said it was.

I love walking into this Gamestop. The employees are always helpful and kind, and their prices on games are sometimes lower than those in bigger cities.

Basic Game Stop when it comes to supplies, but super helpful workers (they helped me pick the best DS when I needed a new one)

Had to drive 45 min. To get a 3rd Xbox One because 2 others didn’t work. I was gonna give a 0 star review (if possible) because of this situation BUT, Marilyn saves the day!! She was the sweetest and most forgiving employee in the world. Not only did she give us another Xbox One without a complaint, she apologized and gave us a $15 gift card. She even stayed 20 min after close and was very gracious. Me and my boyfriend would have never gone back to Gamestop if it weren’t for her. I have never once gone in and had a problem with her. She’s always smiling and she tries her very hardest, this is the type of lady that when she is having a bad day, you let her because she deserves it for sure! Someone give Marilyn a raise!! (The Xbox system issues are not the stores fault, the company who fixes them is at fault. They are supposed to be tested after they were repaired. So remember that next time something happens with your system)

Nathan and the friendly guy with the beard are always incredibly knowledgable, helpful and friendly. With all the outlets available to purchase video games now-a-days, these two always make shopping at GameStop worth the time and money.

The customer service is fine, however the last two times Ive been there to buy disk based games (one ps3, one wii u), Ive always had to exchange one, because they keep selling me games that dont work. Ill give props for having a good return policy, but the fact that I always have to come back and exchange for working copies of games, means that Ive given up on this store, and gamestop in general.
