I needed to switch my line over from a competitor and the manager was very helpful. Within three weeks I had added 4 more lines for my whole family. This location ricks.

If i could rate this company with zero stars i would... First when we got the service we were told we could add insurance at any point. When i called to add insurance they refused because it was past 7days. Dont say one thing if company policys are diffrent also if your going to have a company policy it should be posted or gone threw completely in the store. None of the workers in the menomonie wi location know there head from there a**s... They will say anything to get you to purchase and then lie about it. I will never recommend this company to anyone... So glad my friends are switching from this pathetic excusse for a company...

I went here to buy a phone for myself and let’s me just say it was the worst. The place was terrible, the room smell like cigarettes and I saw a bowl full of finished cigarettes. It was bad to the point I left immediately. Chris and his partner wasn’t very helpful and went I was going to buy an android they said they were out of stock. No wonder why this store is terrible. Inqstead I went to the one in Eau Claire and they didn’t have that smoke smell in their store and were better than the one in Menomonie. Let’s be honest, no stores should allow smoking unless it’s outside. It was a bad experience

Very bad cellular provider. Ive seen some bad ones but unfortunately this one tops them all, as bad.One of many things off the top of my head they do, is give out your number to places that will call you on DAILY basis!... insurance companies, MANY scammers,etc.So if youre wondering how their prices are lower than the rest, well, thats how they do it...their lower rates and prices on phones come at a later price.
