The people that answer the phones need to be more professional, they need to stop cutting people off when they are talking, they need to take peoples care into consideration instead of rushing through everything. I need a medication that needs to be filled in the girl completely cut me off and was completely rude and I think that they need a class in customer service. I work in customer service and I deal with people every single day and I have never been is rude as a girl that answered the phone today 10/27/21 .I understand that everyone is short staffed . But there is no reason for people to be rude.
The WORST pharmacy experience ever! If I could give zero stars I would. Multiple people working the pharmacy and they cant get it right! The woman pharmacist is the worst! So rude! Taking all rxs right back to Drugmart! Disgraceful! CVS...YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED! WHERES YOUR REGINAL MANAGER??
This pharmacy is a disgrace. Avoid it at all costs. Go to Discount Drug Mart instead. Seven people behind the counter and they cant fill a scrip in 6 hours, or even be bothered to pick up the phone. The reason? Oh, were so busy. Lame. And the store manager is not unhappy that her store gets such bad reviews. A total disgrace. If it was possible theyd get a no-star review.
The pharmacist, a lady was very nasty. The girls up front were rude. I have been waiting weeks for them to get my glucose meter in stock. They are unbelievable, I am asking them to send my prescription to Drug Mart. They are so nice at the store in Mentor!
Terrible experience. Scheduled an appointment for a rapid COVID-19 test the evening prior. Showed up for my appointment and called the number provided. Nobody answered (called multiple times). Pulled around to the pharmacy drive thru only to find that the pharmacy closed early. Nobody from the pharmacy called, emailed, or texted to let me know that they were closing early. Tried calling the store as well, as I didn’t want to go inside sick, and couldn’t even get a real person on the phone. Super frustrating.
The front store lady was SUPER rude when I called to ask for a product availability... rude enough to be fired on the spot. 😡She clearly has the ability to check inventory because I have had other CVS stores do it for me before...however, she said shes not able to do it and hung up.
They take FOREVER with your prescriptions. i just came back from the hospital in horrendous pain and i needed a procedure done and the hospital sent it in like 2-3 hours before i left the hospital, i j went to pick it up and they j said i have to wait another 45 mins- to an hour. so for the next hour, now i’m in horrible pain and i will be for the next hour. i’m so mad my insurance doesn’t cover walgreens anymore.
Nastiest people I have ever met at this pharmacy. Never get anything right. Wait forever to get through on their phone. Very sarcastic peat their window, especially the male tech.
Went here to get a money gram because the sign in the window advertised availability. The clerk then said they haven’t done money grams in a long time yet the sign is lit up in the window. He recommended I go to Walmart or Walgreens. Maybe CVS needs to take the sign down so people don’t waste their time coming in and standing in line behind a bunch of people negotiating coupons waiting on a money order just to be told they no longer offer that service they advertise in the front window
I can’t even being to tell you how terrible the pharmacy is at this location. So frustrating.
Drive thru line is extremely backed up due to now doing covid testing. Cant even get needed prescriptions and they are refusing to mail them. Switching to mail order because CVS isnt doing the right thing to help its customers during covid.
This pharmacy has had my mothers prescriptions since Friday. They didnt fill them until 5:30 on Saturday. Why because they where only doing testing for covid. My mother is 84 years old and needs her meds. We went up there and they were closed at 6 on Saturday went back Sunday and their computers where down. Went back today and they are still down. People should be able too get their meds if they are already filled and pay up front. I hope nobody winds up in the hospital do to thier incompetence
Literally been on hold for an hour.
Shady business. Store never has anything in stock, always out of something. Employees lack basic customer service skills. Pharmacy is a joke. Will never return.
Full disclosure, never used the pharmacy here. But they always have what I need and the cashiers are nice.
They always take care of me and give friendly greetings
I saw a few weeks ago a pharmacist threaten and call the cops on a guy upset about an issue with medicine which seemed like an over reaction I did not know the whole story so I let it go. Today, opened my eyes in how horrible the pharmacists truly are at this location. I was told a prescription was called in on friday, I called Friday to see if ready . They said nothing there, I figured ok give it more time, so monday I went in to see of everything was good and still nothing. Tuesday I called my dr and they called the pharmacist and was told oh yes it has been ready since Friday she needs to come get it. So now my dr is looking at me like Im crazy. Later this afternoon I was able to get up there to pick up a needed medication, was told no it isnt available and nothing they could do. I for obivious reason was upset, had dragged little kids up there to wait with me who were starting to have melt downs due to the wait. When Im trying to talk to them and see why I was told it was ready (I would not have gone up if not) and when they couldnt give me answers I was getting upset. They ACTUALLY threatened in front of my kids of calling the cops on me if I didnt leave because they couldnt do anything. This was very unprofessional. This is not the first time we have had issues with this location. They have been rude to my husband getting a medication for my daughter, and have been given run around and false information before.I have given them several chances thinking these situations were due to bad days. However after today I will never step foot at this location again. They are rude, give false information, give you a rub around, and will call the cops.on their customers if they feel like they do not want to deal with you.
There was a lady that got an attitude because I asked for disinfectant wipes. She said that is why we put the sign out there so you guys dont come in an spread your germs around
CVS has been pretty good till now. Heres what happened. Last Friday I got an automated message saying my prescription was ready for pickup. 2 days later (yesterday at 1:45) I went to the drive-thru but the pharmacist herself told me they were out of the prescription in had to order it the next day and I could pick it up then. I drove home but I was curious so decided to call and asked if I was still on the automatic fulfillment for the same date each month, and why I got the message saying my prescription was ready when in fact it was not. The pharmacist began to tell me that I can pick it up the next day without answering my question. Then I asked politely if she could answer my question. She did not so I said I will have it filled elsewhere. She then said okay and hung up on me. This really irritated me so I went back to the store to talk directly. I asked the same question and then this time she told me she cannot answer that. She also said the reason she hung up on me was because I told her I was taking my prescription elsewhere. This time she did offer to call the CVS down the street and have it filled there so I could pick it up the same day. That option was not express when I called on the phone. Interesting. She never gave me her name during the conversations and did not wear a nametag. I think this is very unprofessional behavior so I decided I dont want somebody acting this way handling my medication. That, and passing a clipboard for signature using a public-use pen attached is an unsanitary procedure. Finally, twice now they failed to get the fax from my doctors office and said my doctor must have sent it to the wrong pharmacy, shifting blame. I know that was not true. Does anyone manage this store? You decide.
Terrible experience with the pharmacy! Not helpful, Not friendly and Not welcoming. Would not suggest this location!
I love this store! The staff are all very friendly and the store is organized to be able to find the items you need quickly and get out.
CVS pharmacy has horrible customer service. Pharmacist are rude. They never have prescriptions even after doctors office has resent them over. Will be switching Walgreens.
Every time I come here I can expect attitude and something to be wrong with my medications weather its the wrong medication all together or if it wasnt billed correctly. It also takes forever as well Im usually in there between 1 to 4 hours. Its just over all a horrible experience every time I come in here.
Horrible pharmacist. Complete lack of customer empathy. My medication was running out and they totally fumbled the refill process. Ill be finding a new pharmacy for my future needs
They had masks
Pharmacy is horrible the employees are lazy
Bad service
