I have been using Edible Arrangements for many different occasions. From baby births, to surgeries. Wishing each recipient the best. It has always been a great product that brightens their day. I used the mentor location twice this week. They were so prompt and efficient. The service was everything I could ask. My recipients said it was delicious too! Thank you for making it easier and having a reliable place to turn too!

I have placed a number of orders with this specific Edibles Arrangements— they have always been nice and helpful and come through with deliveries even when I’m last minute in placing the order!! Definitely recommend!! Thank you for the always great service!!

If there were 0 stars I would give below that. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my 10 plus years working with edible arrangements. This business should represent a sign of reconciliation, sympathy and empathy. This company should represent making people feel amazing, and helping them bounce back from lifes problems. instead I received nothing but attitude and forced blame from a worker named Martha the day after Mothers Day. Who continued to antagonize me stating it was my fault for not answering a call for a credit card payment. I placed 2 orders to attempt to mend a relationship between my mother who I havent seen in 7 years and my sister who both live on the east coast. I spent almost $600 in one day to express my love to them. One order was placed and delivered and the other was in limbo. Because my sister wanted to resolve the matter early I got up at 9:00 am EST this meant I was up at 6:00am PST to deal with this matter and was met with a ton of You should haves Not one single apology. I am a plus model, singer and own multiple business and I will never patronize this store again. I have no problem with paying this money and would do it again. I felt a sting racial bullying through the phone. As I could tell Martha and I differed in ethnicity. I was flabbergasted and hurt. Someone needs to address this. I did call corporate but have not heard from them either.

Horrible service the people treat you like your a inconvenience. Talk to three different people all rude. Not worth it

I called to order an arrangement for an outdoor family get-together. Customer service was extremely kind and patient in helping me choose the perfect one for my family to enjoy. Her suggestions were reasonable and obviously very knowledgeable. Everyone LOVED it! 😍 It was the perfect amount and the quality of the fruit was better than what you find at the grocery stores around here! This was great for sharing and I will definitely order again. Next time I might add more chocolate strawberries though, they were gone in seconds! 😳

Ordering was super easy from the website and was able to pick it up in a matter of minutes once I got to the store.

Have ordered for a birthday for my daughter at work and everyone of the employees loved it and wanted her to share but she said taking home for my hubby and kids to share!!! She loved it! You do awesome baskets!

The owner Cindy was extremely rude! I will not purchase another Edible Arrangement due to poor customer service!

The arrangements are very nice, and received well, but the customer service is dubious at best. The first time we had something sent, we requested the time we needed it delivered, which was at their latest available time (5:00). They said they would put it in as their last delivery. This mattered, because thats when everyone would be arriving. It arrived at 2:00. Apology was offered because of driver illness. Okay, it happens. That was in Salt Lake City, Utah. The next time we called (Mentor OH location), we asked for an earlier delivery time, but were told they could not even guess when they might deliver it - so we just said never mind. If youre having something sent, the time matters. People need to be home to receive it! Edible arrangements have a nice service, but the customer service end needs a lot of work. Delivery time is a BASIC consideration, and they cannot seem to understand that and work to improve in that area. The arrangements are expensive, and for the price, you would think that a delivery time would be a given. They make a nice surprise - but the surprise is lost if a definite delivery time cannot be established. Two stars for a nice product, but only two because of poor customer service. Probably wont use EA again because of this.To sum up, Edible Arrangements are nice, very expensive, but difficult if not impossible to schedule with. Make sure your delivery time doesnt matter before you use this service, or you may be disappointed.

Very good customer service when I picked up my order

Their employees are very rude! It took this place a hour to make two smoothies and two cups of their chocolate covered apples.. I ordered online for pick up. Came 20 minutes early because I didn’t think it would take a hour to make this and the lady in back was yelling very rudely for me to either come back or I can just wait that my pick up time is 1:00. Not very happy on how I was spoken to. Will not be returning to this location.

A friend purchased chocolate covered strawberries for Mothers Day and they were moldy. They offered to replace 6, it was a box of 12. Unacceptable.

Expensive but yummy.

Strawberries were moldy on arrival. Next day fruit was sour.No date preparations or expiration. No manager on duty and no one knows when they will be scheduled to work. Hoping for resolution.
