Stopped in one evening with my husband and son. I love Boba and was happy to see all the different options they offered. I ordered the black tea with honeydew milk and tapioca pearls. It was delicious! The pearls were cooked perfectly and tasted very fresh. Good boba can be hard to find. Its very clean inside and the staff is super friendly. This is my new nightly guilty pleasure and its dangerously close to my house.

Love the flavors and sugar free options here. Staff is so friendly. Always very clean and all the delicious add on goodies are fresh and in containers now to help with being more sanitary. Dont forget to ask for the basketball for your shot at a free FroYo if you make it in the hoop. Indoor and outdoor seating available, or just take it to go.

First time visiting today and first time getting self-serve fro-yo since the pandemic hit. The young lady working this afternoon deserves a 10/10. She was following all protocol when it comes to cleanliness and was super friendly. My small children touched the bottom of the door to open it on the way out, and she wiped it down when we left. Overall, very happy with the variety of yogurt, as well as toppings. Super easy / pleasant experience, even with small children during a pandemic. Would recommend.

Doing errands or just taking a ride we often stop by Froyo on 615 in Mentor for frozen yogurt. After being greeted we are advised to put on gloves and then get our cup and spoon. You can choose any flavor or several, all toppings (I should take pic next time) are all prepackaged in little containers with lids they have hot toppings and whipped cream as well. Purchase is by weight. After 10 purchases your next one is free.

Worst boba i ever had.

Before I could drive my sister and I practically begged my mom to take us here. This place is amazing. Super clean, well organized, and professional. Though 99.9% of the experience is self-serve, they have so many different flavors, combinations, and toppings to choose from. Cake batter is my favorite flavor! Definitely give them a try, its worth it!

Good frozen yogurt

I enjoyed the dairy free froyo. The flavors I believe were blue pop and pomegranate. Very good. Many toppings to choose from. The staff was different then when I was there before, but they were very kind.Bathroom was also very clean.

Such a nice neighborhood spot to go to although I dont live in the city its so nice and such a treat to come over and have Froyo so delicious the lady that runs the shop its such a nice lady and during the covid-19 she took extra precautions so that we can enjoy our Froyo I will return again

After using the bathroom and going to get my wallet from my car after I realized I forgot it. The ower met me at he door with a hostile attiude getting mad that I didint buy anything from them after using the bathroom here. I decided to take my money and craving for Froyo to a different store.

My boys and I love Froyo, we go frequently enough that we were cashing in a free froyo card, but at the Mentor location I was rudely treated by the lady working. Her name began with an A at 1:00 pm. We got three full cups for my kids and I was snacking on some samples trying the flavors, which I gladly paid for. But, I went back up to get more and I was harshly scolded by the lady. Its like the mean grandma has good snacks at her house, but shes so intolerable that you cry when you have to go there. I told her I would give her more money, she asked for a dollar and I gave her two so she would stop mean mugging me. Half the time sitting with customers who seemed like they were family and when my kids asked to shoot a basket for a free container, she stood up, huffed and started walking towards the back and told them when I get back. Terrible time. Will not go back until she is not there. Where is Lindsey? We miss her.
