I wanted to get a new TV and have it installed over my fireplace. I am very glad I decided to stop in at Mentor TV to talk them about it. Everyone their knows what they’re talking about, are very friendly, and did a great job helping me work through the details. After talking it over with their team, I decided to purchase the TV and have them do the installation. They were great to work with. Before they did any work they carefully scoped out the space above my stone fireplace to ensure they could properly install without damaging any of the rock. Also to note, after I purchased the TV and prior to the install date, the owner called me to let me know that the TV I purchased had dropped in price and gave me the credit!! I cannot say enough nice things about Mentor TV. I highly recommend them, they are very professional and did an amazing job installing the TV. If you are in need of a new TV or are looking to install definitely go to Mentor TV to get the job done right.

Everyone knows what they’re talking about and builds great relationships, which you miss out on when you go to a big box store. I’ve had them recommended from others who have been going there for years. I bought a TV, returned for a receiver, and will definitely be returning for more equipment and installs in the future. Recently dropped off a vintage turntable which needed some repairs and adjustments. They called back a week later (as promised), to let me know what they found and how much and how long it would take to fix it. Needless to say they did a great job and my 50yr + turntable is running like a champ. Extremely honest, easy to do business with at very fair prices. I would strongly recommend them for service, repair or if you are looking to buy something new. The entire staff were very pleasant to deal with and could not be anymore professional! Well done!!!

They came to install an older stereo system in a large wall unit built by my father over 50 years ago. They did an excellent job of doing what we wanted and explaining things as needed. Also gave good advice about other questions and charged an exceptionally reasonable price. Good people and great work. Highly recommend.

Have bought three TV’s from Mentor TV and every time I have had exceptional service. Recently just purchased a new Sony TV and had Mentor TV install it above my fireplace. Brought my LG TV to be fixed charged $50 as part of the repair They told me that they need to put a complete LEG panel and it is no.longer available went to Central TV of Warren Ohio they replaced the lg lights they said the panel didnt need to be replace

Ive purchased a few pairs of Klipsch speakers from them, love them both. Jack is a good guy and works with you to help you out how he can, great customer service. Definitely give this place a shot, they wont let you down.

I went to Mentor TV, this time to look at a Sony OLED TV. Jack Tompkins showed me the televisions ins and outs. He took a lot of time with me and was able to answer every question I had. He then showed me their entire line of Amish built entertainment centers. I bought the 65” OLED and a beautiful oak entertainment center. Absolutely no pressure to buy. The set and center were delivered today by Mentor TV personnel. They set the television up for optimal performance and took away my old 32 inch tube tv. They set up my satellite receiver and PS4. What an unbelievable television. This is the third set I have purchased from Mentor TV over the years. Their price is the same as the big box stores, but their expertise and customer service CANNOT be obtained from the big box stores. Try Mentor TV if you want a pro to show you television options.

Mentor TV has installed all of our audio and visual equipment over the last 13years and we are very happy with their expertise and planning of each project. Paul Bene spends a tremendous amount of time from site planning right to the end of the installation to make sure you are getting exactly what you want at a very fair price. Our latest addition was a 77 inch Sony OLED in our family room and it is just amazing! We keep going back to Mentor TV because we get the best service, highly trained and knowledgeable people who can recommend products that will take you through the years. You cannot get this level of service at the big box stores. I would not go anywhere else! Mentor TV and the entire staff have exceeded my expectations yet again!
