The people that work here are very knowledgeable & helpful. Paint is good, but VERY expensive compared to, for example, Behr.

We were helped the day before by Emma and she was great!! Came back today and 2 men were working and they were less than helpful and unfriendly. If we were waited on the first day by the 2 men, we wouldnt go back!!!!

Walked in and super busy. Each person got individualized attention and knowledge recommendations. I left feeling confident about my paint choices and my ability to do the projects. Sad that they discontinued the design services though.

When I purchased wallpaper adhesive and realized I was short on wallpaper I purchased 7 years ago, my store rep. Was extremely helpful and I ultimately found the pattern and was able to order what I needed.

Find Damon! He was incredibly helpful, nonjudgemental and honest. He made me feel comfortable asking questions and I left feeling 100% confident in what I had purchased.

If they had my order correct the first time I stopped by. Brought in old flat paint and they told me I had to but a gallon but then offered me the 1 quart sampler which after I got it home turned out to have some shine. Took it back then they made me a flat yet this one came in an actual quart can they should have sold me first.

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable & eager to help & they dont discriminate between professional painters and homeowners. The sales associate who assisted me, Damon, was personable yet professional & taught me a lot I didnt know about how certain paints interact with each other, the best way to cover water damage, and how certain shades of paint can reflect or absorb light. I learned a lot in the fairly brief time I was there. I also appreciated that there was no attempt to upsell me into paint or utensils I didnt need which is why I am going to return to this particular store in the immediate future rather than the Sherwin Williams located much closer to where I live.

The sales people generally almost always know what theyre talking about. Their paints are very good and usually cover in 1 coat for most applications.

Often times youre not sure how good an organization is until you expereince a problem outside of the companies control. When I experienced an issue, the manager quickly got involved and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and satisfied.
