I stopped by to open 2 new lines during Christmas break. The blonde female was super helpful. My daughters loved their cute cases she helped them pick out. She was very busy and kept apologizing for it being so packed. She did a great job accommodating everyone one there. This was at the Merced mall cricket.

Went to this location today to get new lines, we all got free phones and a great deal on cases. If all goes well with service, we will be returning for our business lines. Both girsl were very attentive to our needs

Poor customer service from manager with lip piercing. She was fumbling around when I arrived, no proper customer resolve, and was talking on cell phone. With all the cricket stores available I would rather go there
