I love this grocery store! Its gourmet so its higher priced but they have locally sourced food and deli sandwiches that are made in house. The staff is always really friendly and the space is kept very clean. So grateful to have you in the neighborhood!

10:00am in the morning and only 1 cashier, what a joke this place is. If you are I a hurry dont come here.And the Store manager is extremely rude.

This store has excellent fresh food and groceries available 24 hours a day. The staff are excellent and friendly. This is by far one of best QFCs i have ever been to.

10 pm very busy, but they still closed all the check stands and everyone had to go through the self checkout. It took the help guy 10 minutes to get there, and everyone needed help.

I usually do not shop at this location, but I recently had to stop by at this store and I truly had a bad shopping experience. I noticed that other shoppers follow you so closely, or hit you with their shopping carts and baskets while passing through the isles. Also, I did not know the code for an item, and asked the person - Minsky - at the self-service cashier if she knew the item code. She touched herself then grabbed my food to enter the code. There was no need to touch the food, especially when I asked her for the code. I then asked her if she could stop touching the food, but instead she took it personally and gave a deadly look and told me to stay away. This was rude and unprofessional.

Love that they are open pretty much all the time! Nice, slightly pared down (curated!) selection of groceries and more. Using loyalty card helps to take advantage of sale prices you wont want to miss. Also check out weekly sales ads for new items or again, more sales.This location is easily accessible and has plenty of parking, too.

A great supermarket with lots of options, including awesome Starbucks cafe inside, and great Top Pot donuts. It’s open 24/7 and you can’t beat that. Good sales on various Tirana with your QFC card.

This is the BEST QFC around! Friendly, helpful personnel who seem to really care about having you as a customer. Great selection of fresh seafood, excellent sushi bar, very good wine selection with knowledgeable manager.

Not the greatest grocery store but unfortunately they do have the best prices north on the island. Ive met some really nice employees here but also have had some very bad experiences.

Received a $50 parking ticket from Diamond parking after being a patron multiple times on 7/3 while running back and forth to prep for a first bday party (drinks, desserts, ice, etc). I have several issues with this; 1) you should NOT NOT NOT ticket patrons, period 2) if you are going to have ticketing policies, they shouldve posted clearly so that people can see them, so people understand and can shop elsewhere if you will tow patrons. 3). Policies should remain consistent. My sister told me to park here. They have had multiple people including siblings and parents help them out before and that they spend thousands of dollars at QFC ... Not only will we not park there, but no one will shop here anymore either. What a bunch of shady clowns

The Amount of food waste in the Deli Section is insane!Every 2 hours 50lb of chicken is tossed away along with the entire Hot Area items such as Pizza Sticks, Jojos, and Mac and Cheese.These items go directly into the trash, employees do not get to take any of this home nor do they get to eat it for free for lunch, on top of this there is no discount on soon to be expired items.What would make more sense is: After 90min, discount all hot food products for 30min, customers can enjoy fresh hot food for the first 90min, while those who are budget conscious, or show up at the right time, can enjoy discounted hot food items.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------As a vegan, Ive constantly complained that this location and other Quality Food Centers did not cater to my allergy.They later added a Vegan section and only supplied Soy based products which is another allergy of mine (Soy free vegan)They soon supplied Wheat Gluten Vegan Products and I was more than willing to buy the items they had, but, unfortunately the vendor (or this location) marks up the price quite high. (6.99+ for 4 Wheat gluten sausages is insane). Id love to support the Vegan movement, If this location had more sales Id happily buy as much of this protein based food as I could, instead I walk by and wait for the price to lower. which then hurts the vendor because I refuse to pay the price listed.The Vegan/Organic Food Section hardly ever has sales and the new Bulk Food section is GREAT but its all Soy based which is probably why no ones uses it.Please support non-soy diets.

I come here alot and oh boy I love their chicken noodle soup! I think you should tried it especially on a cold day. I used to work out side so having this soup warm me up and makes me happy

Have been shopping here for 20+ yrs. The help are always friendly and helpful. They just reset the store and it is taking awhile to learn where items are now stocked. The important thing for me is the friendly, courteous helpful employees.

I’m not the type to write a bad review, but we had a horrible experience with the night staff. Rude interactions with everyone, especially an older man (balding with glasses) behind the register, who swore at us under his breath when we walked away! The guy behind the deli (rectangular black glasses) had us wait a long time before snipping that they closed at 8. The only exception was Cara, who was very sweet and friendly and introduced herself. Please take your business to New Seasons!

That $7.00 meal deal is ridiculous delicious. I love it. Protein salad and pecan salad just yamy. Very good

Great store. A tad on the smaller side for QFC but great shopping and low prices if you have an Advantage Card. If you dont stop whining, its your own fault.

Theyre great here. Everyone is very friendly, and theres a big sample server of broken cookies in the mornings in the bakery! Lots of kosher food in the bargain section. Someone please come buy, its taking up space for the other bargain things they want to get rid of.Also, their head cake baker is a very nice lady. She gave me a discount. Been coming here all my life. Would recommend. 10/10

One of two QFCs on Mercer Island and is a very high quality store. I come here often with my brother to buy snacks and what not. Everything is easy to find and the friendly staff are always welcoming.

I find all I need here with fresh produce and always pleasant service. They have a good selection of cheese though I like the quality of the cheese from WFM better. I also like the small town feeling about this place and MI downtown.

Always busy with albertsons gone (yes even with new seasons) but all employees seem to be helpful and courteous. The manager on the other hand not so much. Try and go early morning or late night, avoid game days.

Unfortunately, many of the prices are exorbitantly high...(known in our home as “predatory pricing). I realize we are “technically” on an island but, really!?! No one has to wait for a ferry or buy a float plane to get home OR deliver groceries! 🙄Most of the staff is helpful and friendly with the exception of a very few of the older women, who can get a bit snotty sometimes. They can take the Seattle Freeze to a whole other level. 🤨Lastly, the store manager would do well to get a better system (or person) for keeping track of product dates and keeping them in a consistent order on the shelves so FIFO works the way it’s supposed to. Best of all, I won’t keep picking up expired items, which drives me absolutely buggy!!! (Sorry, one of my personal pet peeves)All in all, it’s okay. But they would have to make some serious changes to continue if another large supermarket came to Mercer Island

Busy all the time so if you have a short lunch probably not the best place to go for that. But the place is clean and neat! Friendly customer service.

Everything is easy to find, large selection of wine, cheese and pasta. They dont have a big variety of spices.

The store manager, Gorge Imber, can only be described as a short pudgy man child. His management skills are as poor as his customer service skills, this reflects upon the whole staff. His maturity is little to non, as my children had to overhear his multiple instances of vulgarities, racial slurs, and inappropriate jokes. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I will continue to share my awful experience with north mercer qfc with everyone I know.

Didn’t have the same variety of stuff as the university district store, and prices are double.Safeway in factoria, or QFC in university village is a much better option.

Though the pricing is bit high you get fresh goods with nice service.

Just now at QFC Mercer Island store, I was trying to get lemons. I used the self check-out counter. When I was about to read the transaction details and check out, a staff member (named Minck or Minkc I think) grabbed the lemons and said I picked small lemons at the machine while buying large ones. She said I was trying to steal. She cancelled my transaction and entered the details again. This time, I read the bill and saw that the lemons were priced way higher than listed in the store. I asked, I thought the lemons were 99 cents. Minck said, No, they are not. You are paying less and trying to steal that way.I didnt check out, and went to the fruit section again. Another staff member said 99 cents was the correct price. Minck came again and said the price was not correct, demanding another staff member to correct it. Then, without any apology, she grabbed my lemons and let me check out at the price I saw.QFC, how did you train your staff to profile people as a so-called shoplifter?

Has food, look for the deals and you wont lose any money compared to other stores. Smaller selection than new seasons but when it comes to generic items they have everything you would need including some strange stuff.
