The manager, Jose, was extremely rude. I find it extremely unprofessional to walk around his store on FaceTime as well as texting at the cash register in front of customers. As I am a regular at the store, I rarely ever see him stocking the shelves which I also find extremely unprofessional seeing it is his store. There is also another woman, I will not disclose her name but she is very rude. Her tone while talking to customers is very off putting. After multiple terrible experiences at this location, I will no longer be returning.

They are always very friendly and helpful to me seeing Im in a wheelchair. They help me get in and out of the store and always help me get my bags put on the back of my chair.

Good store I just wish they would stop moving the items to different locations in the store, you can never find anything, the item your looking for is in a different location every time

Me and my friends went to Family Dollar and we got two waters my friends that were African American got racially profiled by two women so if you do come here proceed with caution.

Great place to shop if you are looking to save some money. You have to remember when shopping in a store such as this you are not paying top dollar so you are not going to get top of the line in quality. But you will get a decent product.I have shopped in these stored for many years and my children always enjoyed what I gave them. In fact now as adults they shop for there for their children...

They need more workers now that stop and shop gone! Stood in line 15 minutes!

Was hoping for larger craft section, but it was spread through out store. Have large selection of stuff, just not really organized & alot of items with out prices (& no, not just $1!)

Was just in the store I paid and the cashier did not give me back my change and then argued with me that he did and still did not get my change back tried calling to complain and no one is answering the phone definitely will not be back to this store

Family dollar on west main street meriden ct is open even on Easter even when stop n shop is officially closed because of the strike.the family dollar has many clearance items on sale because of end of season type of sales.
