I have love Starbucks before they came to meriden, Now forget about going anywhere else for my morning coffee

Ive only used the drive thru. Theyre always nice. Not sure if its cause of the nature of starbucks employees but this is something most restaurants need to mimick.

The staff is so sweet!

The staff and the manager of this Starbucks are all outstanding! kudos to Starbucks and Heather, the manager, for keeping a positive upbeat atmosphere and doing your best to maintain the Starbucks culture especially during these difficult times with the pandemic. Everyone in the store was jovial and friendly. They were very busy training new staff as well as waiting on customers and juggling all their tasks well. There were a lot of staff and as opposed to some of the work ethics of others in that age bracket they were not talking incessantly with each other and ignoring customers while looking at their text messages there but they were attentive. The manager is to be commended for choosing people who have a good personality and not afraid to work hard. Besides that they completely stand behind the Starbucks brand and you need to be happy with the drink that they make you or they will remake it. Thank you Heather and thank U Starbucks Meriden! I look forward to when this pandemic is over and I can just come in and sit down and be part of your Starbucks world for a little while. This review was written in January 2021

The most busiest place I have ever been to, but the staff is not welcoming and very unprofessional. Two weeks ago, I went to pick up a delivery for a Uber eats customer for almost 5 miles which was a worst experience for me and the customer. The people who served me after taking a while, gave me an incomplete/missing order that made me go back there twice and get the rest of the missing stuff. Although they gave me the missing order but didn’t feel like apologizing to me. So rude guys!

This place NEVER has anything they don’t have the guava refreshers they NEVER have raspberry syrup they don’t have dragon fruit. If your hot and want a refresher do not come here.

I always place my order online and my coffees are always made perfectly and the breakfast sandwiches are piping hot when I pick them up through the drive thru. Plus the associates are there with a smile.

This is, BY FAR, the Absolute BEST Starbucks location. I go to stores all over the state and everyone here rocks!!!My girl Kitty comes here everyday and she cant say enough good things about the staff. I was going to recognize them by name because she always mentions how great everyone is, but Im afraid I might forget a name and offend someone.

Amazing staff, its the little things that make me feel good when you are having a rough day.

Staff is friendly. Service is quick and efficient. The drinks and food are always on point. There’s parking in the front and back. This is a perfect place to just lounge in. (Non Covid scenario)

They always get my coffee right every time. And Im one of those annoying people who make special orders. But they nail it every time! And they are nice

Ordered the iced matcha latte. First it came hot. Then it came tasting like milk. Without the matcha. 5$ for a cup of half and half. Will make my matcha at home from now on.

The access to the building may not be the greatest, however youll forget about that when the super friendly staff helps provide you exactly what gets you going in the morning, afternoon, or even evening!

My friends and I had a lengthy and kind of complicated order. We were having a fun time so we were laughing a lot through placing our order. The lady taking our order was very helpful and understanding. It seemed like she got a pretty good laugh out of us too!

My go to coffee spot when Im working or out with the Family. Good location at the top of the hill in Meriden/Wallingford and surrounded by places to go clothes or grocery shopping. Coffee is always fresh and I have never had an issue with service. Staff is friendly and fast.

The barista didnt want to sell me Italian dark roast because it wasnt the one that she had ready in the machine. This had happened before and they usually open a bag of coffee and prepare it. She said I had to buy the whole bag of coffee first. Guess I finally have an excuse to stop buying Starbucks.

Amazing service, super nice and polite and it was quick and easy, the server went out of the way to make sure we had a great experience !

The workers were very friendly and helpful. It was a very comforting place to be in. Although there was a very loud lady singing, I get that people like to sing but there were people there trying to study. It was making me feel uncomfortable so I left without staying there like I anticipated. Good service though.

This Is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is always wonderful and the manager Stephanie, is an absolute delight. I love getting smiles from everyone as I walk in. they really make me feel welcome.

Basic Starbucks, experience coffee, the usual.

This starbucks is great. Ive never had a problem there and the employees are amazingly nice and helpful. Once when I spilt my coffee on myself outside they replaced it for free. My only gripe is that the parking sucks especially on a busy Saturday.

There is no excuse for a company like Starbucks to be selling food that has expired. Ive been to Starbucks all over the country and have always enjoyed it. Came to this one a few days ago and I found the staff at the drive through to be rude. Went back today to give them a second chance and they sold me a fair product that had expired a month ago. Will rethink whether or not I want to spend money at Starbucks anymore.

The vibe of this store is never that good but today topped it off for me I stood waiting for way to long to be helped and then they forgot about one of my drinks and were serving other people when I brought it to someones attention noone apologized for the wait or forgetting me or anything. very rude no customer service

Normal Starbucks. I think you can enter through the front and back doors, which is convenient at this location where parking is tight.

We stopped to buy a drink for everyone in the family. Half an hour after we are all sick but one who didn’t want to taste his drink. There is definitely a hygiene problem, the staff should seriously review their cleaning procedures.

Workers are having very loud casual unprofessional conversations amongst themselves and laughing all the time. Very disrespectful to the customers. Did not have the starbucks experience that I am used to.

I called in to ask about job application I put in.The girl who answered was very rude and laughed at my name. She gives the phone to another employee and I heard them talking about my name. I heard her laugh and say, I dont know how to say her name. This is uncalled for and the lady gives the phone to someone else. The other lady said they were no longer hiring which I know they are lying because the position was just posted . To scrutinize and laugh at someones name, then lie to say they were not hiring because my name is different is very inappropriate and very hurtful. I live near by on the same street and definitely wont come to this Starbucks anymore and definitely wont apply here for a job again !!!!!!

Be very careful going here if you have someone in your family with food allergies. The barista making the drinks the day I went there refused to stop what she was doing to answer a couple of questions I had about the container used to make the drinks. I understand that it gets busy, but I guarantee you that if they made mistake that sent someones little girl or boy to the emergency room, they would feel horrible. Im a loyal Starbucks fan, but this type of behavior is unacceptable, so be sure to speak with the manager if you go here with someone that has allergies.

Service and staff are always amazing. The location is easy to find. Though it is not there fault, I just wish the drive through could be redone since the line can be a pain and block traffic to the other stores.

The Rest Rooms at this Starbucks NEVER have any Hot Water. In fact, in the Winter the water in the Lavatory is ICE COLD and are nearly unusable. Several complaints have been filed with the management but to no avail. Even though Starbucks associates are friendly and professional and will listen to your complaints, nothing ever gets done to remedy the situation.
