I wish I could put higher than 5 starts because this shop is absolutely incredible! There are two reviews on here that are completely ignorant, ridiculous, and shouldnt even be allowed to rate companies. Stewart was by far the most incredible and helpful (not to mention hilarious) customer service representative I have every encountered and made us customers for life.We make and manufacture handmade dog collars for outdoor dogs from scratch and have 3 sewing machines we are constantly using. Our Jenome sewing machine wasnt fully working and we decided we needed to get a better one and went to this location. Before leaving I called and Stewart let us know that he would have to see what were sewing to give us a definitive answer of a good sewing machine which was HUGE in my book because he wasnt just trying to sell us anything he could.Once there he inspected the sample piece we brought and then took us right over to the machine he thought would be best and explained why. He even tested the sewing right there to ensure it would be a good fit for us. We were in and out in under 15 minutes and left feeling taken care of, satisfied, and overjoyed that we were treated so kindly and professionally.Being that we sew products as a career we will need our machines serviced frequently and will be looking forward to coming in here again and hope to spend more time here! This is an amazing shop for anyone who is an at-home-seamstress or who runs their company around sewing machines like we do. Wonderful experience!I do not know how I got along before I happened into this shop. I had become so cynical at the last dealership that I dealt with, that Im sure I had some attitude.Stewart was so kind, and never made me feel rushed with all my questions, and his knowledge of sewing machines was so refreshing!Then theres Rachel....now she knows sewing and helps me understand my machine and what it can do.I am very anxious to take some of her classes.I can not express how comfortable I feel and how much I trust their judgment.I just hope I dont drive them crazy with my questions!Thank you Stewart and Rachel for your patience, knowledge and professionalism!

Strongly suggest you take pictures of your sewing machine before you take it in. When I got my machine home and realized it had no power cord with the foot pedal, I called and they said they didnt have it. I took the machine in with me to see if they had it ther . They didnt. The owner argued with me that there was never a grey cord and gave me another cord that would work I honestly wanted the one that came with it!! The replacement is a cheap replacement and can tell its cheaply made but whatever, guess I have no choice but to take what they gave me, right? What a joke. On top of that, they were supposed to have my machine done in 2 weeks . After 2 weeks I called and they hadnt even looked at i . After 6 weeks I finally got my machine back but with no cor . Would never recommend or go back!

Despite the name, there are no vacuum cleaner parts at the meridian store. Though employee was nice.

Seldom so we encounter a manager like Stewart who is so arrogant, rude and unkind. This was one of those times. Their store in Boise has really good employees, I may still continue to go there. But with leadership like this, they are bound to fail.
