I love shopping at JK Fabrics. It is a small, family-operated quilt shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff and lots of gorgeous fabric. Even though the shop is small in size, it is well organized and offers a great selection of quality fabrics. There is a sale on the last Friday of every month!

This is such an enjoyable shop. I never know where to look first because it’s all so pretty.The fabric is high quality, which is important when creating quilts and other keepsakes. They also have many projects and kits to help you get started. I look forward to taking a class. Nice, and funny, group of ladies there to help when you require assistance.

They have a pleather of different of vintage fabrics as well as other fabrics you cant find around here in Boise. Its fun to shop in there to see what you dont have and what you must have. Its a cool place. Check it out.

The fabric and notions selection are so fun to peruse and are constantly updated with new things. It’s like visiting friends each time you go in. Far and away my favorite fabric and quilt shop in the treasure valley! I came across JK maybe a year ago and have been coming back ever since. The girls who work there are so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I’m so happy they’ve transitioned to online sales and pick up. It’s so simple! Where would I have been without this shop? I’ve been making masks for Firefighters in California and I didn’t have enough ‘masculine’ prints to make them but their curbside pick up saved the day! I was able to send 150 masks to them! You’re awesome!!

This Meridian quilt shop is the cutest shop for miles. It’s family owned and I just love visiting with the owners and their family. They are experienced quilters and carry wonderful fabric lines and all of the gadgets and gizmos that every quilter needs. Be sure to stop in and support this local quilt shop!!

All the pretties can be found in this sweet little shop and I feel more at ease than I do in the larger shops in our area. Just don’t go when you’re in a hurry. They know the style of their customer base and always have something beautiful. You will be sidetracked by all the eye candy! Some staff do take a little longer to finish your order & get you on your way than the owners do. But, we are all running around in too much of a rush these days, so go when you have time to enjoy looking around, (not right before a dental appointment like this dummy did once!). and enjoy the opportunity to visit at the cutting counter. That’s a rarity anymore.

I LOVE this store! Owned & run by 4 wonderful & talented quilters who make every customer feel like family. They’re quick to share their knowledge and experience & to provide all the encouragement & support you need to get your project done. They’re not the biggest quilt store in town, but they always seem to have everything I need, all the best fabric brands, the newest lines by the popular designers in yardage & precuts plus the convenience of kits. As if that’s not enough, they create their own patterns, teach classes & post tutorials on Facebook. Five stars isn’t enough, I’d rate this store ten stars if I could!

This is Vera. I tried to avoid this place like I’m doing with COVID-19. I didn’t need to get lost in another hobby. Why then 5-stars? You may be asking. Because these women of passion in how they live and what they do is infectious. Anxiety ridden sweaty under pits about operating a sewing machine and sewing a straight stitch kept me far away from the craft of sewing but, Janalyn and her beautiful daughters brought me into yet another magical world of crafting and creativity. Their beautiful little shop reflect immensely their personality and attitude about their craft. Take a class. Get creative.
