Custom Bath remodeled a deep tub into a shower with features, which allowed me to bring my very fragile 94 year old Mother to spend her final months in my home. Jesse Vycital coordinated with Meridian Plumbing (Shayne), Accessibility Solutions (James Buffalin), Custom Marble (Jim & Trevor), and Patrick Stirm, Tile & Stone. The shower is not only safe, but beautiful!

We give Custom Bath Solutions this rating because of a number of reasons. First, Jeff Mooney, Marcus Cook and his All-Pro crew were very easy to work with and a joy to have in our home.Our master bath remodel was sparked by the useless as well as slippery dangerous corner tub you can see in the first photo. The shower was tiny and squeezed between two walls. The plastic block windows did not open for any ventilation. We are not disabled. However, a hip surgery for one of us and a broken arm for the other made us realize how much we needed a friendly shower unit if our health suddenly changed. Enter CBS and Jeff, who helped us design our master bath to include the now wheel chair accessible roll in shower. Our master bath transformed from ho-hum to a truly WOW environment. Work began the day after Labor Day. The new master includes amazing details such as a skylight which lights the entire room, the teak fold down bench in the shower, an small openable window in the shower, no more glass to keep clean, locally made shower walls that look like marble and are treated with Rain-X to make shower water sheet off, a new pocket door to give the room privacy, a granite waterfall on the vanity as you enter the room, and tile floors. Marcus surprised us with using the floor tile instead of usual painted baseboards, which are another WOW factor. Our finished master bath looks and feels like a luxury experience, but is completely practical to use and keep clean. We do love the finished product and feel it was not only worth it for the process but also for the added value to our home.Then, while we could still get the same products from the supplier, we had CBS and Marcus return in December to do a partial remodel of our second bath. We kept the tub/shower unit which happened to be an older version of the Best Bath products CBS installs today, and was installed here in 1996, because it looks and functions well enough to keep it.We have now enjoyed our master bath remodel for 6 months. Both our remodels give us daily pleasure and have enhanced the value of our home. We are very happy we chose Custom Bath Solutions and highly recommend them to our friends.

When my wife and I first saw the build quality and appearance of the various Best Bath choices we immediately said Thats for us! Our only problem was space. As it turned out, there was one product that would fit our space and we began a discussion with Jeff Mooney that has gone on for nearly a year and a half ... until we got the project done. Two days ago. FINALLY!!! Jeff couldnt have been more helpful throughout this entire time and the quality/feel of the shower is perfect. The photos arent anywhere as nice as the project looks in real life. You cant go wrong with either the company or its owner, Jeff.

Had a walkin shower installed. They did a great job, on time and extra work that really set it off. Crew was professional and dependable and cleaned everything afterwork was done. Couldnt ask for any better I highly recommend them to anyone remodeling anything.

After a a lot of pricing and discussion with a lot of remodelers and stores Best Bath and Jesse Vycital are the clear winners. We had out house built in 1999 and really wanted a big soaker tub so we splurged and put a 2 and 1/2 foot deep soaker shower combo. As we have now traversed into our mid 60s we wanted a more pleasing shower without the big step in. I am a 40 year technician and have always done lots of homework before purchasing and usually do the work myself. Jesse Vycital was a breath of fresh air after a lot of big box and contractor discussions. their product at Best Bath is superior and very easy to install. The detail is good and everything went just as expected. I have included a before and after picture and we could not be happier. If anyone else decides to do their own Best Bath and Grovers will cover you for all the instructions and parts you need/ PS the showerhead came from Pulse systems with handheld and bodysprays.

Their knowledge of the products available to fit the needs of the customer is superior. And the Best Bath bathing tubs & shower units are the best available in my opinion. They are high quality with backing so that a grab bar or slide bar can be securely installed anywhere on them. This is a huge plus when considering a bathing product that will serve someone long term. And the finish of the product is beautiful as well as durable & are made right here in the Treasure Valley, which supports our local economy too! I have ALS and our old shower stall could not be accessed easily by stepping in and eventually by wheelchair. In the fall of 2019 we had the old 210 x 40 shower removed and replaced with a 30 by 40 shower. The new shower seems larger, has no step to cross, and a curtain system rather than a small sliding class door. Custom Bath Solutions (aka Best Bath) did an excellent job in design, sales, and construction. Both Ned Greene for design and sales, and James Buffalin for install, did an excellent job and were a pleasure to work with.

Best looking shower EVER!! We looked and looked at different materials for our Master Bathroom remodel/update! We feel quite excited with our final choice of product, color and dealing with Custom Bath solutions. Not only did they deal with all of my many questions-they sent samples so we could decide if this accessible shower was for us. They offered to include in our quote many other options as well.Then.......Placed the order, they called with one question that we directed to our contractor. Wow-It was custom made, shipped and even beat the delivery deadline. Packaging was amazing, nothing damaged and it is beyond Beautiful!! Now.....installed and EVERYONE who has seen it is freaking out: contractor, job super, plumber, drywallers, electrician, and our mail lady. My wife and I recently purchased and had installed a roll in shower at our home. I cant say how pleased I am with the results. The shower is much more than I expected. The contractor (suggested by Best Bath) was by far the most efficient, hard working and experienced person I have come upon in many years. The work went as planed without any surprises. We even used his electrician later for another job at the house, he was also fantastic. Best Bath and the contractor were superior. I will recommend both again and again.

When I decided to get a walk in tub I asked a friend and well respected building contractor, and without hesitation he told me to go to Custom Bath Solutions. I did. Jeff was amazing. After looking at options I ch0se what I hoped would work, and within hours he was at my home measuring.
