I had one of the storages inside with climate control. It was clean and secure. Access to the facility is easy. The rate is fair and even better if you’re military. The staff was friendly and even contacted me when they noticed my storage was empty. I was going to contact them that I had moved out, but was busy with something else.

Had a great experience using Extra Space Storage. The grounds and unit were extra clean and the staff always helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a storage space.

From the first day of our unit rental every interaction with Extra Space Storage in Meridian, ID has been so positive and pleasant. Specifically Chari Bruni, the store manager has gone above and beyond to make sure all our questions are answered, any concerns are addressed, and has been nothing but helpful and a pure joy to work with! Without us even asking she always made sure we were completely happy with our unit (size, location, accessibility, etc.). She really listens to you to assess your needs and obviously knows everything there is to know about the entire complex. She even jumped right in to help us move an antique from one unit to another when we downsized to a smaller unit, making sure the new unit was as close as possible to the old one, and actually helped us move the item to quickly get us from one unit to the other and on our way!The entire complex is always spotless clean with everything you need accessible and in working order. I’ve just never before seen such a clean and beautiful storage complex, with staff who really care about their renters! Thank you Chari and Extra Space Storage!

This is a great storage place! They call you Everytime there’s something wrong with your card on file so you can avoid late fees and they always answer the phone and are quick with answering your questions.

Speaking about the Dyver Ave, Meridian Idaho location...I never thought Id be giving a five star review to a storage space location, but this one is hands down the best... and Ive used storage units for decades, and this location for over two years (so far).Nothing gets five stars from me unless the people that work with you are awesome, and the store manager, Chari Bruni, has been helpful, suggested ways to do things better, and remembers both me and my spouse even though we only come to the unit(s) occasionally. Her consideration and care shine.The storage units are what they are advertised as, (Ive rented other 10x10 storage units to find they are actually more like 9.5x9 - actual size may not be what we advertise as we cannot control the builders) - but here, at least ours, are correctly sized.When we moved in with a truck from Kansas, Chari opened up a third unit next to us to use for flex as we moved in and rearranged, we noted wed only use it for 1-2 months, and that was fine!I recommend this location without reservation, especially with Chari being so helpful. Its been a great two years, and we have two more years already paid in advance.

Moving from California to idaho and thats stressful enough but Chari at the Meridian location was so helpful and patient with us price wise and unit size making this part very easy. Unites and facilities are very clean and organized, its been a great experience working with Chari and Extra Space Storage.

EDIT: Thank you. I did contact the storeage unit themselves. I dont think alot of people expect to keep stuff in storage as long as they have this past 1 1/2 years. This just adds one more reason to hate the grown in this area of Idaho. Makes it very difficult for existing citizens to deal with.I would sign a lease if that was possible to avoid these issues.original: This storage facility has great people at this site--but they will increase your unit cost every 9 months. I had a $18 then a $22 increase. I would never recommend them unless it is extremely short term.

Wonderful facility. Quick and easy sign up for a space, was all online to boot. Received my gate code and locker number within 2 minutes. Shortly after I received a call from Destiny, she was very friendly and offered to answer any questions I had, as well as introduce herself. I immediately felt very welcome and it’s always nice to know someone has your back. She even met me at the gate once I arrived and showed me to my space. Very clean and a top notch facility. I was honestly blown away, quality service is in short supply nowadays, but Extra Space Storage has given me hope. Would highly recommend!

For my first time using a storage facility Extra Space was my first choice, because of their very clean and secure storage units. Destiny made the whole storage experience easy going and worry free and was more then helpful with all my questions and concerns. Shes the one who helped me with the paperwork, walked me through the unit and made sure I felt like my belongings would be safe with Extra Space. Also making my monthly payment a breeze to handle over the phone. Destiny is also the one who closed me out of my unit. Because of staff members like Destuny I will be back next time I need to use a storage facility and will only recommend Extra Space to friends and family.

Aside from this particular facility being exceptionally secure and nice in its own right, the experience of Chari’s assistance with filling out contracts and renting my three storage units, because of her friendly smile and upbeat personality, was such an unexpected pleasure that it made a long and stressful day of moving actually seem tolerable. I opened a storage unit within the last week and the staff was incredible with explaining the cost associated with the storage, directions to get into my storage unit, and so much more. The only complaint I have is the lock being $11? I bought it because I didn’t have time to go out and get one, but the price of the lock was a bit overpriced. Nonetheless, highly recommend this place!

I gave them 2 stars because theyre clean and safe, what I dont like is the price hike within a year $25- $42 for a 5*5 space, its my belief they are price gouging because of the population influx, hopefully people start buying tuff sheds or similar products and avoid places like this.

Extra Space new location by Paramount Subdivisions in Meridian is a beautiful state of the art facility. Sherry the on site manager is a wonderful communicator and has excellent calm customer service skills . Sherry reserved units for me over the phone helped me secure moving labor help made the overall process seemless and with minimal stress. Moving especially by yourself is hard work and can be filled with hard work anxious times and stress . Thank you Sherry and Extra Space on Dyver Road .

Extra storage made our move simple. The units are clean, with easy access. The staff is knowledgeable and calls for back-up when 3 or more are in the waiting room. Easy to use in/out gate access.

Its a nice new facility and Destiny was great to work with. The only reason I have to not give 5 stars was their unwillingness to allow bathroom access. Even with Covid there is no reason to close them. If restaraunts and grocery stores can Id think a storage facility could.

I really like this location of Extra Space climate controlled storage. It opened in August 2019. The facility is clean, easy to enter, and the management is superb. I’ve met both Chari Bruno (Store Manager) and Kaitlyn (Asst. Manager) and both are people I would trust with my storage items. For me Trust is what a storage place is all about. Knowing they maintain quality security, have good open hours for me to visit, and management who are responsive makes me feel like I have a safe place for my belongings. Don’t be fooled if you google the address and see an empty field. The facility is there at 5100 N. Dyver Ave in Meridian. Until Google Maps takes an updated photo it will show an empty field. One of the issues of the Treasure Valley growing so fast.
