I had to take these people to court. They are not reliable and I will not even recommend my worst enemy to shop here. When I did receive my shipment it was damaged and the owner refused to return my money. I had to literally take these people to court for them to fix there errors. PLEASE BEWARE!!! PLEASE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS!!!

I will not shop here anymore the delivery crew is very rude and unprofessional. They delivered my mattress and didnt want to take the old one out to put the new one on. I have never ordered furniture before that doesnt include installation especially something as simple as putting on a mattress. But as I said the delivery crew is very unprofessional I actually had a argument with one.

ATTENTION ATTENTION ‼️‼️‼️ PLEASE DONT NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE I HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS THAT EXPERIENCE THE EXACT SAME THINGS AS ME THEY GET YOU TO BUY THE FURNITURE TELLING YOU IT WILL TAKE A MONTH BUT REALLY IT WILL TAKE 5-6 months, and when you ask for a refund they refuse even go as far as not opening the store at all they write down your name and number and will be sure to not take your calls IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR GOOD SERVICE THIS IS NOT IT

Went and took a round of the whole mall, couldnt find the place! Neither first not second floor had furniture and beyond board. Left without seeing anything...

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Do NOT shop here! I bought a dining room set in JUNE and was told delivery would take A MONTH because of Covid. I was ok with waiting ONE month. 4 MONTHS LATER still NO furniture and all I was given was piss poor excuses! They refused to refund my money so I had to go through my bank to get my money back and I did! These people are sorry and extremely rude and unprofessional! You have been warned!

The sales representative Shawn was extremely professional and patient when looking for a bedroom set that I like. We finally found one and he was able to save me money with discounts from original store price and delivery. My quote was saved in there system until I was able to purchase the product. JR the store GM was able to pull up my quote a month later to close out the deal, he provided me additional savings with the set up. This store offers excellent financing options and goes above and beyond to help in any way they can. Unlike most other furniture stores, when my husband and I asked if we could have some time to browse instead of being hounded, that is exactly what happened. We were given all the time necessary to browse and were promptly attended to when we asked the front desk for a salesperson. I will definitely be purchasing from Furniture and Beyond again and would absolutely recommend this store to others!

Never ever shop here they are unprofessional and will rob you of your money and time....this was the worst experience ever i dont have my sofa or my loveseat, coffee table 2 end tables, 1 sons bed is stripped and the other got a white bed when i ordered black to match the dresser. Spent $3345 and got a boken bed and a wrong color bed. was sent a crew because they definitely not professional movers to bring in and set up the furniture and they couldnt get the couches in . i literally had to spray and open my windows when they left because they made my carpeted home smell like cigarettes and musk. I now have to pay 25% of the cost of items i sent back and wait all the way to Monday after 3pm when today is Thursday just to get a refund and start all over again DONT SHOP HERE its all badyUpdate: they didnt even give me the area carpet i picked out that came with the furniture set but was gonna be used in my bedroom

I seen this store on Facebook, and decided to check them out. I’m so glad I did. They have everything, and I was surprised that the prices were super affordable! It’s not cheap stuff you’d find at discount furniture places either!! The service is great, JR helped me and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will defiantly be back!

This was absolutely the best experience I have had a total a furniture store. The staff was great, they helped you figure out what would be best for you and was very patient. I was going to shop here as I am in the market for furniture for the whole house basically.... I of course read bad reviews about all places that I am thinking about shopping at... this one had a lot of stars and then I read the responses of the bad reviews and I am disgusted at how they basically put down their guest... when people are shopping we are spending our hard earned money and I seen on the Facebook page they blamed a guest for their sofa wearing down in less then a year... they even went to the extent of saying it was because of their bodily fluids and making it seem like the guest problem was irrelevant. One of the responses was them pointing fingers at the guest the whole time about how she did this that and the other... like whaaat?? Disgusting you guys need to change the way that you handle treating people with issues of your items!!!! You missed out on my money I ended up shopping somewhere else and buying living room items and dinning room... people read the bad reviews and read how they respond to their patrons on google and facebook before deciding to go with them.....

I really love the customer service the store provided, the quality of the furniture and how quick our furniture came in was excellent.

The staff is wonderful but for what you pay its not worh it. I got a bedroom set a couch and a mattress my bed is great and the couch is fine but the bedroom set i picked out of a magazine they had there and honestly its a complete mess the hardware on the dresser doesnt fit securely and my headboard is super thin and wobbly I honestly wouldnt come here again

I have tried to complain directly to the company about this issue but, they have no one to handle these calls. It is 2 star because the frame was at least decent. I needed to buy twin bunk beds so I was in the mall and checked out their store seemed legit though, hey lets order from here so we dont spend all day shopping and they and even gave us a discount. So we ordered twin bunkbed and two bunky mattresses. We had to wait three weeks to get it all delivered to my house because it was custom no returnable and when they did show up they showed several hrs after when they said. As I began assembling the next day I discover they had sent me the wrong box and when they picked up the box next they criticized me for opening the box. After finally getting the beds set up I checked out these mattresses. You visibly see the difference between them one had some padding but I could still feel the wood bars and the other had no padding at all. I was told by the delivery guy they normally come in different sizes. They mattresses were the worst mattresses I have even seen. One had thin sheet of padding and the other none. My son got bruises from the frame. So I tried get a hold of customer service. I was call bounce for 30 mins finnaly told I had to email them with pictures which I did. Never got a response by the way none of it was return able because it was custom made. The only reason this is not 1 star is the bed frame it self pretty nice. I have now month later went to different store for mattresses that are decent. As long as you dont buy anything with a cushion you should be fine.

I went there to buy Rug and then I changed my mind and I went there to return it and then he started acting out! First he said we cant returned and then i argued with owner and he said he cant take it back and then he agreed and then he supposed to give us money back and it was like $18 and he made us to buy worth of $18 and the owner didnt know how to run business because Im manager at McDonald and I personally handled customer and based on my experience I can tell that the owner doesnt know how to run business. Im not going to there AGAIN
