Horrible horrible customer service!! I applied for a washer and dryer, they took payment and got all my info landlord, references, job. They were going to deliver in 2 days (today). Yesterday I called to see everything was verified and to confirm delivery date. They said all was good and just waiting manager approval. 30 minutes before they are supposed to deliver she calls and says they cannot get ahold of landlord. I said okay well i am abkut to meet with her and she will call back right away like she has in the past. They said regardless there is a chance it wont be delivered today. I said really this is why I called yesterday. They were very rude and hung up on me. So quick to take your money for there credit but give horrible customer service. Do not rent from them!!!!

They were right on time delivered my furniture professionally exactly when they said they would be here i would recommend them 100 percent

Delivered a broken portable dishwasher.Called several times for pick up with no call back. Very sad this is how they treat customers.

Rent a center in merrillville indiana the people are rude. They also instructed me to reset a computer that I paid for through their store and it does not work now. They do not want to fix it but I will get a lawyer and they will. The manager and staff have been rude to me and called me stupid and ignorant.

The store was dirty. The products were poor and filthy. The customer service was terrible.
