We had our first estimate done with Chris Fleming. He did a great job explaining each item and the quality. We signed the contract that day. A couple weeks later received a phone call from Sam who came out right before the project was scheduled to be done. He took at look at everything to make sure the people doing the job would be prepared and have everything needed to complete the job. William and his team did excellent! Truly some of the nicest people around. Everyone was extremely professional and very hardworking. We are extremely happy with the flooring and our overall experience!

We are very happy! Joe (the salesman) worked with our needs and made sure we were happy customers. We got new carpeting, new laminate flooring, and some new hardwood flooring. The carpet crew was very professional and friendly, and they ensured that the other flooring crew was able to go nail down all loose boards before putting the new carpet down. This made our floors and stairs seem more solid. The crew, lead by Aldo, who did the laminate flooring and new hardwood flooring were also extremely professional, efficient, and experienced. Its so nice to feel comfortable with the people who are doing work in your home and to know that they have a high standard and attention to detail. Aldo and his crew were able to successfully remove some intricate trim work in order to install the new hardwood flooring. They put it up back so well, you could hardly tell if it needed to be caulked. Any flooring projects that we do in the future, we will use Luxury Layouts and request to have Aldo and his crew if possible. Thanks from two happy customers!

Wow! Customer Service from start to finish was simply amazing. We replaced the carpet in our house in “3 sections” over a few months. The pricing and quality is great, and didn’t realize how worn out our other carpet was until we stepped on the new one.We had the same install crew each time, and they treated our home like it was their own. The team made sure they cleaned up every little piece. I understand that between all of them, there is tons of install experience and it definitely shows. We were pleasantly surprised at the fabulous service and patience by Joe, who came out to the house several times with rigid core, laminate and carpet samples. But, he was also able to get some flooring that I had seen online. So, you can make your decision on whatever appeals to you. If you don’t like something he will ask you what you are looking for and search for you to bring you what you want. He is very easy to communicate with and a very nice person as well but the service is impeccable especially nowadays when you don’t seem to get that anymore. Once we made our decision, he gave us a very accurate timeline as to when they would start and finish. I changed my mind on my office floor and Joe was open to whatever I wanted to do. Then when Aldo and his crew started they were very hard working men who like to make sure they don’t rush the job. Aldo takes pride in his work and teaches his crew the same. He wants to make sure the job is done right so the customer is happy and he doesn’t have to come back to fix something although he will if he had to. He and his crew worked tirelessly and communicated with us very well if they had questions about the floor or trim and also about how the job was going and any updates on the timeline. Overall they are a great company to work with and we went with them also because they matched a competitors price and beat there service by a long shot. I would definitely hire them again.

What an amazing transformation! Mike (the salesman) came to our home with samples & was helpful in making sure we selected the right flooring for our needs, including staying within a tight budget that 2 big box stores & 1 local flooring company couldn’t stay within. Jeff (the installer) was very friendly, and great with my kids that were very curious about what he was doing. He went over & above his job description, including making a minor repair that was not even part of the flooring! He left us with beautifully installed flooring & a cleaner home than he came into. He even swept our driveway before he left & this was after he worked all day and into the late evening hours because the job required extra time. I also happened to have contact with 2 other people from the company during our install, and both of them asked me if I was happy with their service and flooring during the brief interaction I had with them. Luxury Layouts has earned all our future business & I will be referring them to anyone I know that has a flooring need. Kudos to you guys for a job very well done!!!

I was working on improving the living room and hallway in my new place, but I dont have any experience with carpeting. Called around and Luxury Layouts had the best pricing and availability, and I was blown away by the service. They didnt have the carpet I wanted in stock so I did have to wait a bit for it to be delivered to them, but it only took 3 weeks from quote to install- from what I understand, this is pretty quick. It all went so smoothly- they came in, ripped the old carpet out, and put in the new. It looks great, none of those issues where if you move furniture it drags/wrinkles the carpet (which is part of why I got new carpet in the first place). Very satisfied, I dont think this could have gone better. Definitely coming back next time Ive got a home improvement project!

2 yrs. ago I had flooring put in my kitchen and entryway. great job!!!! Now 2 yrs. later they came out to fix a carpet issue for me due to my wheelchair pulling carpet away from transition pieces. the carpet was retucked and all back to normal. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

I am very pleased with this company. Mike is very knowledgeable, and gave me good suggestions. The installers (Joe and Jimmy) are great, they too are very knowledgeable, nice and very hard working. With only 2 installers they are working fast, unbelievable as to the amount of work that needed to be done. The whole project was easy and fantastic. You can not go wrong. I was so happy that I called luxury Layout flooring for installing carpet, they came out and show me all sorts of samples. we set up a time for them to come out they said it might take up to three weeks they said that they could push it and they said they’ll try. the next day I get a phone call and they said they would be out Thursday.
