Decent windows. Decent price. Installers are sub contractors and in my opinion not very good. Had problems with one window so they sent same guy back and still not right. Wont have them back because I dont feel like giving him a 3rd strike. Was told installer worked for them but he said he also did Lowes and Home Depot.

We had all windows and a sliding glass door installed over 5 years ago and the quality of the product has been, for the most part great. However, the customer service is not good. We are having an issue with one of our windows and have been trying to get a return phone call for 3 weeks now. My husband has also sent an email...and still no response. This company used to be good and reliable. When weve contacted them before, they always got back with us in a day or 2. Now...well its never a good thing when they never return your calls when you have a problem. So what good is a warrantee from a company that doesnt respond?....

Very dissatisfied with the company thus far. My husband called about 2 weeks after we placed our initial order to add full length screens and frosted glass to a window. He was told they were too far along in the process to accommodate the changes without incurring an exorbitant up charge so we declined. Our contract was signed on May 10th and at that time we were told to expect an approximate 6-8 week waiting period. On June 14th we called to get an update as the 6 week mark was nearing. We were told 2 weeks. So we waited and called again on June 28th. We were excited to learn that our windows would be arriving the following Monday. Figuring they were closed on the 5th due to the 4th of July falling on a Sunday we were expecting a call the next week to set up installation. When we didn’t hear from them that week we called on the 12th and were told 2 weeks. It was now 9 weeks since ordering at this point so we reached out to our salesman. He promptly returned our call and said he would look into it. We never heard back from him again. I called again today and now I’m being told another 2 weeks! It has now been 10 weeks and if I have to wait another 2 weeks it will be over 12 before I have my windows installed. I understand that Covid has made delivery times difficult, but what I find most irritating is that we couldn’t make modifications without a large up charge and yet it’s been over 10 weeks. I find it very hard to believe my order could not have been modified for a reasonable amount. I’m hoping the service that we have received so far is not an indication of more poor service to come.

Chris installed windows in my home and did a wonderful job! He was very professional, knowledgeable and takes pride in his work and not to mention, Great Craftsmanship! Prior to installation Chris brought window samples, explained in detail the cost savings and the quality of the window. I would definitely refer this company to friends and family.

I recently had my windows replaced with Premier and I couldnt be happier! Our installer, Chris, got the job done in great time and I could tell he had a lot of experience. I had some questions and he was able to answer them all, which was super helpful! They offered great service and a great product! I will definitely be using them again and will recommend them as well!

Had a patio door installed. Premier Windows System was great to work with. Tom was able to order the door and install within our time frame. The installer Matt was great and answered all questions I had pertaining to the door. Really enjoy the look and operation of the new patio door.

Gets the job done without the bs

I had an Anderson window installed the other day, finally. It was supposed to be installed in December, its the 14th of January now . The caulking could have been a little bit better the siding could have been placed back a little better and the inside trim work the same . Also Premier charges way to much, this is a 1st time and last time I go to Premier window. I should have went to a box store and have the window order and hire an installer, I could have saved over $1200.00 for 1 window . Live and learn never make the same mistakes twice .

Chris and his team are the absolute best! Ive had 2 projects done by them now and both have turned out great! Chris goes above and beyond with his customer service and Tom worked on my home in extreme weather to finish a project (which I didnt expect him to do. I told them no rush!) Everything turned out great and myself and my family will continue to use them for any project we have that they may do!

We signed a contract on 7/15/2020; salesman sat in our living room and said to trust him when we asked if the windows could be installed by the end of August. One is a replacement bay window in my kitchen and one is a standard replacement window for our bedroom, so we aren’t talking about an entire house full. Guy came out and measured in July 22nd, end of August came, and... we didn’t hear a thing. My husband called the salesman and questioned what was going on. The salesman called me back, not my husband, to say that there had been a delay due to a shortage of raw materials but the windows would be in and ready to be installed after the “2nd full week of September.” Again, that time comes and my husband calls back and he is told that they will be in, for sure, on September 24. He called today, September 24th and was told that our windows didn’t “make the truck” and they would be here next Tuesday. I then called the salesman and confronted him about the situation and he blamed it on COVID. I told him that COVID did not just become a problem...it was a problem in July. His response was, “Yeah but we didn’t know it.”We have been trying to put our house on the market and this is literally what is stopping us. Our experience has been filled with untruths and disappointments and apathy...

Professional & Trustworthy! Salesman came out and gave us a price. He had samples for us to look at and answered all our questions. We received quotes from a couple different companies. After doing research on the BBB and seeing their rating of A+ as well their 0% financing and lifetime warranty! We knew they were the ones to trust. Thank you so much Premier. We will definitely use you again when were ready to replace our entry doors.

Premier Window Systems gave us all knew windows throughout our whole house and we absolutely love them. We were given a free estimate and best quality. This company seems to be under wonderful management. Any questions or concerns were answered. The employees had friendly attitudes and great work ethics.

I called Premiere Windows for a quote on a patio door. A gentleman came out and met with my wife and myself. We purchased a beautiful laminate vinyl patio door. The installer Matt was great. We have had nothing but good comments from our friends and family on the door.

From the salesman, to the installers, to the owner and ladies in the office,they are quality people. Their product is excellent, their craftsmanship is very high quality, and they bent backwards to meet our schedule. I highly recommend them.

If you’re looking for a company that cares about their customers look no further. In the past we’ve used a couple different Big Name companies and they didn’t show us near as much attention as the people at premier. From my salesman to the office and then the installation team. All of them treated us like we were their only customer. We replaced our siding and 10 windows. Thanks Premier!

So saddened by the news, Deb is truly an amazing person that sacrificed everything she can do for this amazing company. I helped her to get a customer through my mother in law to pay for a new living room window and feels this is has gone to a trash can. I wish you could have given her some more time, make adjustments and give her another chance to prove that she can do this. She has gone through alot since her surgery and fought her back way to the top. I admire her for that! Anyways, I had to give this a 1 star for this company. This is just very disappointing!

Had my siding done 2 years ago. they moved my airconditioner outside and kinked my freon pipe and snapped my electrical pipe leaving my wires exposed. they never said anything to me, I had to find it on my own. they also hung my awnings which they never caulked and the rain pours down my door and awning is loose. I have called them and was told someone would get back to me. CANT wait have no air. for the cost of repair I had to replace the air conditioner. VERY disapointed
