My awning arrived weeks earlier than expected. This was a positive in view of the heat we have been experiencing this summer. The installers arrived on time, per scheduled appointment. They were very thorough in their installation and answered all of my questions (and any questions that I didnt ask). They were very professional, courteous and friendly. They completed the installation in a little over an hour and cleaned up thoroughly of all debris. I give Trim-A-Seal 5 stars and would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again for any future projects I may have.

Amazing! My entryway was an old DIY screen door and ugly inner door. I wish I had an old photo to show the difference. This new door is wonderful. The installer is a perfectionist and it shows. The molding is all tight. He installed insulation (which explains the drafty entryway!). He reassembled everything he took apart to install the door. I will absolutely utilize Trim-A-Seal in the future (when I get a new back door).

I had to wait a long time for my awning to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Tims crew was here early and on time. Got the job done, cleaned up and left me with instructions and a new awning. Hope to enjoy it for many years

The floor is BEAUTIFUL! The process was exactly as described. Vince and Fred showed up on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. They were professional and friendly. There was minimal dust and almost no smell. We loved the fact we didn’t have to wait for days before being able to drive on the floor. It’s a great product with great service and a great warranty.

Would drop the price if you made your decision at that time. Why not just give you their best deal and let you take it or not? Tried to contact him when got no where with scheduling. Never heard back from him or even after the install to see if we were happy with everything. Had to call the scheduling department 3 times to get a appointment for installation when we were told they would contact us in 4 to 6 weeks. We contacted them in 8 weeks. Finally when we got something scheduled the installation guy was on time, very professional and did a awesome job!!!! 5 star for him all the way. The sun setter awing is also a 5 star

I contacted trim a seal around the same time all the Covid chaos started, it took me quite a long time to finish my deck due to the shortage and treated lumber, they were fantastic and worked with me on several schedule changes all of which were on my end once I contacted them back and let them know I was finally done they fit me into their very busy schedule came out and did a fantastic job on my deck.They took great patience and time in sanding and prepping the wood and did a wonderful job staining the entire deck including any cleanup and wipe down of my aluminum spindles once the staining was done it looks absolutely fantastic and even though part of the deck is several years old it came out looking like brand new if not better.I would highly recommend your company for any deck staining or cleanup projects you have

We were thrilled that Trim-a-seal had an awning in stock in our color choice and size so we didn’t have to wait on production of the product that has been affected by COVID.They also had an aluminum hood cover in stock which we wanted since our awning had to be roof mounted and needed protection from the weather, especially the hot sun.I wish the price included side shades since our deck gets morning and afternoon sun and doesn’t fully shade our deck because of the sun’s projectory.We were hesitant about having to install it on the roof because of lack of space under the eave but it turns out we gained about a foot more shade along the length of our deck.The staff in the office were great to work with including the company owners.I would not hesitate to buy from/hire this company again in the future!

This is the 2nd time we used Trim A Seal for new doors. Both times, Tim B came to our house to give us the estimate and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rodney installed the doors both times and did an excellent job. He is attentive to detail and takes pride in his work. He accommodated our request for a Saturday installation, which was wonderful so we didnt have to take off work. The quality of the product and the installation process are worth the price. All of the doors are custom ordered and they took longer to come in than quoted, but it wasnt a big deal. I would highly recommend Trim A Seal and we will use them again.

We had to have our TRIM A SEAL gutters replaced after only 2-3 years due to storm damage in last Augusts derecho. We love our gutter covers!! No more climbing ladders!! The guys remembered us from before and were very prompt! They had the installation done in no time and were friendly and nice! The staff in the office remembered us also and set up the date right away. We had to wait a while because the roof had to be completed first; then winter came before they could do the work! However, as soon as spring set in they were here! I highly recommend this company!

I wanted new windows in our basement. But i wanted small sliding windows double pane vinyl. We had 4 or 5 different window companies come and they all said the openings were to small,they cant find any sliding windows to fit. Trim A Seal did. They installed them and did a great job. Workmanship is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

We ordered a security door and windows in November 2020 - because of Covid-19 it took longer than excepted - which Trim-A-Seal could not control. Rodney is the gentleman that installed the security door in a snow storm - unbelievable - and the windows were installed 3/31/21 - the work was done professionally and they did not leave a mess for me to clean up - they truly earned a 5 Star rating - and you can believe this review - I hate everything LOL

The crew of Trim-A-Seal are great. They installed a roof on my 92 year old mothers house and she felt comfortable with the workers. They even helped her out by bringing out her trash cans on collection day and returning them before they ended their shift. It goes to show that the smallest details were not overlooked.

It took an awful long time for the awning to finally arrive after the June 11th visit for the estimate. So the new covered patio will be enjoyed in 2021.This was not a problem with Trim-A-Seal but the backlog at Sunsetter.The crew worked very efficiently and was very courteous. They patiently explained the new system after installation before it was stowed away for the season.

Absolutely love our new garage floor. The process was great. They brought a trailer that I could easily move things into a couple days ahead of time (including our garage refrigerator). I was told that because of Covid-19 materials were being delayed so that meant so were delivery and installations. I was later informed that my materials may come in Oct 12th. On that day I received a call to set up an install date. One week later Im admiring my new windows!! The crew, led by Angel, were professional and efficient. They did an excellent job on my windows. I recently hired Trim-A-Seal to add a 6 foot section of aluminum awning to an already existing awning. There were some challenges with the initial installation. I spoke with Zac, one of the owners on a Friday who was very receptive to my concerns and stated that Trim-A-Seal doesnt do business that way.. Monday Doug came to survey the install, he agreed that the job could have been done better. He sent Holland and Daryl to reinstall the awning. Doug, Holland and Daryl were very professional, courteous and precise with their work. The owners Harold and Zac allowed Doug to assist me with another project as well.People have bad days and mistakes are made. It is a 5 star company that goes to the measures that they did to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction and to Trim-A-Seal standards. The salesman was great when he came to the house- very thorough and answered every question with hesitation or an “I’ll have to check or ask”! The installers were AMAZING- friendly, organized, and quick- they cleaned up and with the exception of the fabulous awning, we’d never have known they were here! My only peeve was the salesman said he’d call back and check on things prior to installation and after but we never did hear from “him” though we did hear back from others.

Very professional, and went beyond just putting down a great looking floor. We had two areas in front of our vehicles (we back in) that always retained water and they poured a leveling product in the areas and the problem is gone. It is so nice to walk out in a clean great looking garage and not have to squeegee water out. And the front stoop has gotten many complements.

My window is beautiful I love it. The only problem is the contractors threw away my curtains hooks and I couldn’t put my curtains back up.

The salesman was very professional. He went over everything in detail which was extremely helpful. The installers were equally well equipped for the installation but once installed I noticed that the cover we ordered was missing. They said it was not on their instructions and when we were called back it took them a full week to resolve the problem. Very satisfied with the product but felt it could have been handled in a more timely manner.

The sales person was prompt, courteous, and attentive. Material prices were reasonable if labor prices were a bit high. The 4 star is only about scheduling. Given a 4 to 6 week lead time, after 6 weeks, it was necessary to call to get scheduled. Other than that scheduling was fast and crew here did a fantastic job.

I am very happy with the product and I know they work and hold up because they installed the same product on my mothers home 15 years ago and they still look like new. They did a awesome job. My garage floor was damaged by a fire the garage burned to the ground. I had to use the same floor or I would have had to move the garage over 3 feet. The gutters themselves do Look good, except that part blew off in a recent storm and one or two of the downspouts were placed too close to the house and need to be extended.My problem is more on the customer service side of the work. After meeting with the salesman initially, I had to contact them weeks later to find out if a date had been set for them to come out do the work. It took 5-6 weeks after signing up for them to come out. I would have appreciated being notified right away of the installation dte or even that they were working on one. When the workers were here, they smoked on our property and the smell came in the house a bit. They also threw big clumps of dirt from the roof and old gutters all around the house and didnt clean it up--some landed on our grill, patio, etc. There is a problem with part of the gutters leaking down the side of the front of the house as well; I called to have them come out to fix it and again but they said it would be several weeks before theyd be able to address the issue and did not give me a date. I would have appreciated personal follow up from the company regarding the work and the comments and requests I had submitted.Update:. It is 7 months later and they have only in the last couple weeks come to fix the issue i brought to their attention two weeks after installation. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.

The representative who came out for the estimate and the repair person deserve 5 stars.I may have fallen through a clerical crack in that it took 2 plus months to schedule a date for the repair.

Every aspect of our experience with Trim-A-Seal (for Sunsetter Awnings) was excellent. From the call setting up the appointment, to the salesman adjusting to meet my schedule, to the installation of the awning, I was completely pleased. Adam and Richard were here, on time, two days ago and had the awning up, functioning well, explaining its operation and use, and the yard looking as if no one had been there working for two hours. I love the awning, but the service that Trim-A-Seal provided was the icing on the cake. I would recommend them any time!!

They were supposed to call me when the awning came in but they dropped the ball. I had to call them to get the installation scheduled. I dont know how long it would have taken if I hadnt called. The people who did the installation did a great job I guess because they dont work for Trim-A-Seal.
