Decided to try A&E after seeing all the ads around town. I was skeptical at first but the entire process was smooth and professional.Andrew helped me with the insurance and scheduling. He answered all questions and was patient with all the calls. They recently updated to a computer system but were polite and accommodating. It takes at least 2 days for an appointment.Super cozy and lounge area. Snacks and drinks available. Small seating area for about 5 people. The job only took about 45 min and the screen was updated throughout the process for the car which was visible in the lobby.The staff double checked the car before they started working and even walked through the process with me. George and Jamie were superb and even cleaned up the mess from a previous windshield job from a different company. They took the extra time to fix the sensor box when we pointed out the concern.A check and voucher to Rodizio was given at the end of the service. No issues with the windshield so far and the entire experience was the best yet.

Horrible, horrible, horrible company. First of all the guy that replaced my windshield was late and was very unprofessional. After the windshield was installed, I noticed that my windshield wipers were not touching my windshield. My mechanic told me the wiper arms were bent and needed to be replaced. The old ones were completely ruined. I contacted the company more than once and got no response. Then, the next time I was driving my van in the rain, it started leaking. There was water coming in around the top of the windshield. Now, I am having the windshield replaced by Safelite, a real auto glass company, and they tell me that there is rust all around the area where the windshield sits because whoever installed the windshield did a horrible job. I may have to take my van to a body shop to have the damage repaired. A and E Auto Glass is a horrible, horrible company. They do horrible work and dont fix their mistakes. I wish I had read reviews before I hired them. I was tricked by a free dinner and a small refund that took six months to receive and I had to drive an hour across town to get the check. A nd E Auto Glass is a horrible company. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Called them to have my rear window replaced after hearing their advertisement on the radio moments after it cracked. They put me through to a third party that still honored their deal. Service was great from all parties. Edit: the check they gave me returned unpaid

This was a no hassle great experience. They were true to their word about their certificate and their check. I had a wonderful dinner with my husband and I also have glass I can see through now again without worrying that its gonna shatter even further on me in the road. Definitely recommending them to everybody I know that talks to me about glass and will definitely use them again in the future!

While its true they have gone to a rebate check for the cashback, from what I gather, this way is more reliable. I mean it is the largest cashback offer in the valley!As far as service goes, they were awesome! The waiting room is comfortable with free snacks and drinks! Very family friendly, Theres an arcade console with over 600 games!

Joe the installer was very nice, quick and efficient. He handed me a $125 check and assured me that I would receive a free dinner from R..odizio Brazilian restaurant. I am very satisfied.

Poor customer service. Poor work quality. Tried to slap glue on areas where they broke clips. Refused to fix obvious problems after replacement. Choose another company that will stand behind their work...Call me up A&E. Id love for you to make this right.I had my windshield replaced a couple weeks ago. After the work was completed I noticed the weather stripping was not sealed on one side of the windshield (gap big enough to fit a pencil in - see the pictures), and some of the molding near the top corners were flapping in the wind due to broken/missing clips that were damaged or lost during the windshield replacement (see pictures).I returned with my car to have them take a look and to fix the issues. They took a look and said Yeah it looks like the clips are broken. We dont have any of those. I can throw some glue on them if you want. I told him I wanted the car back with all the parts in came in with and not glued together. He looked at me and literally said I guess I can call around to see if I can find the factory clips for the molding if you want. -- of course thats what I want. Thats what I paid for them to do. Any other glass company would have planned to replace them during the glass replacement.After looking at the quarter inch gap between the glass and the weather stripping he let me know that it looks like the plastic stripping is warped from the heat and if I wanted that kind of stuff replaced I should have told them what to replace before they did the work and submitted it to the insurance company and that now they cant go back and replace it after the fact. --What!!!??? I need to tell them what needs to be replaced in order to get the job done correctly?In summary:-The day they inspected the issues I found they made no attempt to make it right.-They have not fixed or replaced the things they broke or called or offered to make anything right.-I picked this place because they seemed to have super friendly staff and good customer service and ended up with a job so poorly done that I am going to have to have it fixed somewhere else.

I wish there was the option for 0 stars, this place advertised all over the radio and everywhere of a cash offer back by using your insurance for windshield to be done, its been over a year since my vehicle was done and they never paid me sherolyn the manager keeps giving me the run around the owner I found eric solheim to have already been in trouble with fraudulent claims etc. I dont know whats going on I tried to go to the office to collect the cash back offer and found that A&E Auto Glass LLC located @1722 N Banning ste#102 Mesa, AZ 85205 is actually advertised outside the business NOT as A&E Auto Glass LLC, or they even call themselves Nu Vision Auto Glass, keep changing names but as (Big Nates Family BBQ) are you kidding me? how can you advertise and have on Google as A&E but hiding your businesses name..makes no sense and super suspicious 🤔 I must contact proper authorities this is a scam.#A&E Auto Glass#Nu Vision Auto Glass#Big Nates family BBQ#.... Is there any other fake names Im missing? golly gee this place is really something else

I would never give this company 5 stars. This is a follow up NOT to use A&E. I was scheduled on a Saturday and went to their shop a few weeks ago. The workers removed my windshield without confirming they had my replacement there. While sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes I was informed that my windshield was not delivered. The workers were told to put my windshield back on. They installed it back on improperly where I had to drive around with my “safety device” that could fall out at anytime while driving. I had air coming through the windshield too! If I had got in a car accident I could have been severely injured do to the improper installation. Not only was it improperly installed the adhesive could have damaged my paint on my car. As you can see from the windshield photos they scraped off what would have kept the windshield properly installed. GO WITH SAFELITE!

I had to tell the woman on the phone I wanted a windshield repair and not replacement at least 5 times before she finally stopped trying to convince me I was making a mistake. Once the repair was scheduled the agent came out the next day (providing 15 minutes notice of arrival in the 4 hour window I was given, despite having been told they would contact me day of with a better estimate of arrival time) and refused to even attempt repair because the crack was larger than an inch. I had informed both individuals I spoke with at the company of how large the crack was prior to the repair ever being setup. I guess that’s the kind of service I should’ve expected from a company that has admittedly been sued for fraud on multiple occasions.I called Veteran Auto Glass as soon as the other agent had left and they had someone to my residence within 3 hours and repaired the crack. Never tried to push me toward replacement or bribe me with the cash incentive for doing such.

Awesome faciltiy to wait. They have theater!!! Lots of goodies and snacks to keep kids and adults happy.

I used A & E in the past. They were way outside of the appointment time then. However, they did good work and had the best rebate offer, so I decided to use them again to replace my windshield.I dont know if if because of the changes in management/ownership or what, but my current experience is worst that Ive ever experienced (outside of Cox cable services, but thats for a different review). I have been back and forth between them and the insurance company numerous times since September 4th. They schedule then dont show up or call. I call 5hem to find out when they will be out and they then say that my insurance company needs to inspect my vehicle. The insurance company saus that no inspection is required for a windshield replacement. I relay that information along the reference number of the approval from my insurance company and they still say that a inspection is needed. Ok fine. The insurance company comes out, inspects, and gives the ok for the replacement. Then A & E says that they can come out and advises me of a $1000.00 deductibles. I do not have a deductible. (As Im writing this review, I am hung up on for the second time this morning while trying to find out why A & E again did not show up to replace the windshield).This is a very sorry company that I definitely will not use again and would advise anyone else to choose better.

I was going through old mail and found a reciept for my windshield replacement back in 8/2019. Like most people on here was promised 120.00 rebate but never received it. This company should not be allowed to use this rebate advertisement if they are not going to honor there promise.Thanks

I got referred by a local automotive shop in Tempe called transmissions done right to get my windshield replaced so I called in and got a rep named Chris who was very professional not what I expected from a glass shop. Just the way they handled businesses was easy to deal with and was no inconvenience on my way. I will recommend them as much as I can. One person I can recommend is chris, he was so much help and really cared about what he was doing. Thank you again for all your help.

From the minute I drove into the parking lot, nice young man (Darrel) greeted me an escorted me into the office where a very nice young lady (Amy) attended to me and pointed out all the awesome choices of free snacks and drinks! In under an hour I was happily out the door with a great view and a check for $140. Highly recommend them!

My wife had her window replaced on our van and they did do a good job. Im giving them a five star rating on the good quality work that was done on the van and for reassuring me. I highly recommend them to anybody. We were a little frustrated because it took a little longer to get our money.I did talk to Sheryl the manger and explained our situation about the whole money thing and she did let me know she was super sorry and had told me the reason why. It was totally understandable and if they get the rebate thing fixed I would definitely go back to them. Thank you A&E auto glass

I heard the ads for this company on the radio every every day and figured Id go with them over one of the big companies to support a small, local business. I had a windshield installed in my 2002 F250 on Friday, 28 September. The two guys that showed up and did the work sratched my hood, damaged the material on my headliner, broke one of the fasteners that holds the wiper cowling in place, didnt install one if the screws in another part of the wiper cowling, broke one of the attachment ears off on the wiring harness holder under the hood, left a bunch of pieces of old glue and metal shards in my driveway and under the wiper cowling (heres a tip: how about some old blankets over the hood and dash to prevent damage and to keep all the old adhesive from going everywhere?) Now I see why they handed me the paperwork to sign and split before i had a chance to look at the work. But hey i did get $120. Yay! Too bad Ill spend it all buying replacement parts and repairing stuff to put my truck back to the condition it was in before they put the windshield in it. Im very particular with my vehicles and normally do my own work. Unfortunately when it comes to something like a windshield you are at the mercy of the company doing the work. Next time Ill go with a big company.

Funny how we just got this ad in our mail, and nowhere does it state that they do a rebate, which is what they did with us. Back in October of 2019.... last time I called the lady said I would t receive my rebate offer until FEBRUARY. Idk what they’re doing with their money, if they’re taking funds from others to pay off other rebates.. but this is total bate and switch tactic. I was never informed this would be a rebate either until after the work was done. They did an okay job I suppose, but the glass used was pretty weak, as we got chips in our windshield not too long after. Go someplace else 👎🏽

Do not use this company! Had windshield repair in December. No rebate tried to call, horrible customer service no one answered or replied to voicemail. So emailed in March. Said they had issues but it would be sent out in April. Still nothing so sent another email. Pretty much same auto response, sorry had issues it will be ANOTHER 45 to 60 days!! Lol basically just waiting until you forget so they dont need to pay!!! Avoid this company for auto glass replacement!

Had my windshield repaired in February, still waiting on rebate check. Emailed in July, was given an excuse that it was put on hold due to COVID but my check would be mailed in July. Emails have been going back forth since June.Now I have emailed 3 times since 11/2/20 and don’t even get the courtesy of a response. Work order #834486UPDATE 1/13/21. Still no check/no contact.Called the phone number you provided. Left message, never received a return.File complaint with the BBB.

Update 5/1/2021Still no rebate. I really can’t believe this place is still open. Horrible.**FRAUD** I had my windshield replaced in January and still have not received my rebate. Rebate department says they dont have the money to pay, new management and COVID. She has assured me there is an envelope with my name on it. They have already received payment from my insurance back in January and they are running non stop commercials on the radio. I was told by the rebate department that this company is also NU VISION. NU VISION runs commercials non stop on youtube. Theres definitely money if they are running commercials and paying cash to new customers. Read all the reviews. Theyve bounced checks as well. Bad bad company. The windshield has already cracked and has been replaced by a different company. Im sure I am really not getting paid now. I have so much more bad things to say about this place. Exact opposite from what there commercial portrays.

My technician was experienced, friendly and fast.

They came out on time as advertised. They replaced my side cracked window and replaced the windshield very quickly in just a little over an hour! Jesus was very nice and professional. I will definitely use them again and recommend them. Not sure if Ill get to use my dinner coupon because of the games the govt is playing with the virus and destroying the economy, but the coupon is just an added bonus and I was happy with the service and the results!

I got my windshield replaced January 23 2020 and I have still not received my rebate. I have emailed several times and get informed that my check will be sent out on a May 8th, then July 13th. Then I call and get told its coming out in 2 weeks but still nothing.

Normally dealing with these types of things that involve insurance makes me break out in a sweat! But my experience with A & E auto glass was easy, efficient, pleasant and no sweat! From the time I called them to the time I walked out the door it was so smooth. The employees were all very helpful and the waiting lounge for the customers had snacks, drinks and a movie theatre! I didn’t want to leave! I was especially grateful to Tricia, who helped me get my check when it was all said and done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

I chose to go to the company shop to get my glass changed. Michael did the work. I was in and out within 20 minutes! Everything was better than I had hoped for. The glass looks great! I definitely recommend these guys. Friendly, funny, and the work was done correctly. Perfect!

The work is excellent! It took a little too long to get the rebate check and it takes a day or two for a response although they did respond. If they offer the rebate on the same day as the repair I would recommend them highly.

This company came to my home and fixed my windshield great. THEY LIED ABOUT THE REBATE CHECK its BEEN 1 YEAR IN DECEMBER. Us customers dont care about changing ownership or management. Im very pleased with the installation of the windshield. The appointment however is a different story. They called a day before to schedule. Then the day of the appointment said they didnt have my phone number and didnt come out. Things happen and the end result was a success.

I had the best experience with A & E auto glass they made the appointment for the next day. The tech Jesus called to confirm and actually showed up early to complete the work did an outstanding job. Very courteous, well mannered and even worked it rainy conditions. I would definitely use them again

I just popped in to check out a price on our windshield. The main reason I was there was to go to Wades Muffler shop. They are great and Wade is quite the person. Very very friendly and interesting. He also has a rescue dog named freedom that he keeps in the shop. Loves cheesy treats.

Great customer service and great entertainment! Free snacks and drinks while you sit in their movie theater! Yes, they have their own movie theater with reclining seats! I didnt feel like I was at a auto glass shop because they made me feel at home. I will definitely be going here for all auto glass services I may need.

In my 50 years I can honestly say that this has been THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED!!It gets worse. After 10 days of waiting and the above on-line complaint I finally got a call. 45 minutes and a promise to take care of me just to get a text later telling me I should get my windshield replaced elswhere... WOW!It took 4 hours to go from thank you to F.U. via text. What a nightmare.

Got a windshield replacement on 6/27/2019. They were not ready during my scheduled time, the waiting area wasnt large enough to hold everyone that was waiting, the glass that was installed had some scuffing on the inside, and the rebate was never provided.Im told its still on its way, nearly a year later. I was provided this information in a group email to 96 other customers, all personal emails provided on copy.Save your time, use a better service. Dont do it for the rebate, it will never come.

I got a crack repair done on my semi here and I cannot even find where it happens! They did such a good job. I would take a photo of it, but it would just be a clear window.. the best part they didnt even charge me to do it! 10/10

Really awesome location. They were packed when we got there on Saturday they let us know when to come back and they knocked it out rather quickly. Tyler was very attentive and very professional they had to get the correct glass for our windshield and he explained the whole situation very professionally. The a&e office was amazing they had snacks and drinks to make the time go by much quicker. Really liked the gift card and the cash back very helpful indeed. Also loved the classic arcade game they had.

The two girls at the front desk said no problem and got my car going. The customer service they provided during my stay was amazing, great job girls!!! I was nervous the wait was going to be too long for my baby to handle to say the least. They had an awesome cozy lounge spot with leather couches and a TV. They had a snack station and refrigerated drinks which was awesome. The snack selection was exactly what my son loves at home which made the stay easy breezy! I was in and out in under 40 minutes. With all the extra things to make my stay so comfortable it felt like 10 minutes. It is hard to come by a business these days that cares about the customer the way A & E does. So I decided to try this place based on all the mailers. Just a heads up to everyone. You do not get your rebate check right away. You won’t get it for 3 months! The free dinner is only for one person and it’s only good for the week days. I didn’t even bother with that. The free windshield wipers were the wrong size. The good thing was the ice cream but that’s not worth the drive. Other companies give you a check on the spot, you are much better off with them.

A & E performed the work quickly and professionally. However, the rebate still has not come in the mail, my glass was replaced September 9, 2019. You have to claim your rebate, and then they say it takes 30 business days to process. That was 3 months ago. I called them in November to see where my rebate was, they advised me that my insurance had not paid out yet and that is why I had not received a rebate, I called my insurance at American Family and they verified that the claim had in fact been paid out. My insurance agent even went as far as calling them himself to see why I had not been paid. A & E told him Id have my check by December..Here we are in December and I still cant get anyone from the rebate department to call me back, It seems like they just stopped sending out rebates altogether. At this point, I dont expect to see it. had I known this i would have gone with a more reputable company, sadly, I heard about them on the radio and thought they would uphold their end of the deal. There are many other auto glass companies to choose from, so if you actually want a rebate, Id avoid A & E altogether.

Well what can be said. Service completed on 8-13-2019 with $120 rebate promised now repeatedly for the last 7 months. As of 3-25-2020 it has yet to be received. This is really a first time for me to post anything. Ive never been treated this poorly and will do everything I can do to keep other people from being taken advantage of like this. I should have read the reviews before I took the chance on selecting this company.

WOW! I am so impressed! Made an appointment on Tuesday. They patched me through to a State Farm insurance rep and all the details were ironed out. Got an appointment for Saturday morning at the Banning location. Beautiful office with close outside parking. The waiting area was really nice and the people were GREAT! I was in and out of there in less than an hour and left with a new windshield, 140 CASH rebate and a dinner certificate. The new windshield also has a warranty. The waiting room of the place is comfortable and well stocked with snacks. The staff were GREAT!!!! I will go to this place anytime I need windshield repair and will recommend them to all. Best experience Ive had in a while!

Samantha, Heather, Frankie, Lee, Brad, and Justin at A&E auto glass are true professionals, provided excellent customer service, and were very diligent with their process. From the claims initiation to the glass application and calibration it was easy and convenient. Furthermore, upon entering the shop, I was welcomed with open arms and made me feel at home. I would recommend Craft Auto Glass and A and E auto glass for everyone!

My experience is the same as many other post but I feel the need to vent as well. We should all take heed to the Federal Trade Commission cautions about rebate schemes and people being BAITED!!! And not just customers these gimmicks affect other small business owners ability to compete pricewise if the other guy is promising rebates he never pays. I can’t speak for everybody else but I know my insurance company has paid A&E auto glass but A&E auto glass has not honored their promise To us.I waited on hold for 20 minutes for the operator to tell me I will not get a rebate for another one or two months. It’s already been that long. And that’s why I’m finally letting it out. The service was friendly throughout but the first guy that came out did not replace the interior trim parts correctly and had to have a warranty work order submitted to have it fixed. When our second appointment came I asked the technician about a new rock chip. He said I would have to file a new claim which could take another month or he could fix it for me for 50 cash. I paid now the sad part is that the chip he was supposed to repair is now getting bigger.This company has gone out of its way to make sure that their commercials are heard on every radio station and it’s shameful how those partners continue to advertise these lies. I guess lying to thousands of listeners is easier for some than others.

My parents recommended them and A & E did not disappoint. They made the process super easy and answered all my questions before I even asked. Their waiting area is super cool and the rebates they offer make it totally worth it. I will be going to them from now on. Highly recommended.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They replaced our auto glass back in October 2019. We were supposed to get $120 rebate. After several calls and the run around we still have not received the rebate. Do not use this company! They dont honor their rebates. We saw them on 3TV investigations... many people have been scammed the same way.

I just want to let future customers know that if you are using insurance your rebate will not be processed 30 days after insurance payment. I have been let know after having to contact them 2 months later that I will receive it by February of 2020 almost 6 months later. My install was good and Im sure they were quick to get there money as my insurance has already paid the claim but they dont seem to care for that because they are working on there system. In my opinion go else where avoid the hassle of receiving your rebate 6 months later which to me is joke. Im sure plenty of other companies offer rebates and as a matter of fact will mail you a check 2 weeks after work order my brother is proof. GO ELSEWHERE!

December was my third time going to A & E for a windshield replacement. I chose them due to my insurance coverage that allows me to collect the rebate. The first two visits I got a check with my invoice at the end of my visit. At this last visit however, I was told that they were paying the rebate after the insurance company pays A & E. I called in March and was told that my payment date was scheduled for 4/28. Scheduled for 4.5 months AFTER service (side note: a friend of mine went there two weeks after me and when he called in early February he was told insurance paid 5 days after service and his check would be 90 days after that So, it’s not dependent upon insurance paying). I was also told that with the COVID shutdown it may be delayed. It is mid-May 2020 and I have still not received my rebate or any communication to explain it. The service is good and the office staff is polite and helpful, but I chose them for the benefit of the rebate. Unfortunately, they aren’t honoring their end of the sale. Bad business.

I have lived in AZ for 13 years and NEVER had to replace a windshield before. In fact, never in all my driving / car ownership years have I had to replace one. So when a rock flew up and cracked my windshield on the way to work I was a little taken aback. My insurance company referred another company, but a client of mine referred A&E and I always go with private referrals as they are more accurate. I have to say, I was put at ease and felt very confident that I had made the right choice. Carlos was the employee who helped me and he was so informative and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He was a lot of fun to banter with and will refer A&E forever! Thank you Carlos for putting up with my old self and for fixing my window. The young ladies behind the desk deserve KUDOS as well. They went above and beyond with their customer service. They really take care of their customers. The office manager made it a point to get us our regards very quickly. Super friendly and didnt try to pull any shenanigans over on us!

Cant say enough about A&E. Best price I could find. I was very late for my appointment because of closed freeways. My vehicle had a number of issues to deal with to change the back window. Brad was incredibly professional. I would recommend them above anyone else in the valley.

We got our window replaced from A & E auto glass and the very next week got a rock chip on it from a road trip (our fault). They filled the chip free of charge AFTER hours on a Saturday because we weren’t aware they were closed. The initial window replacement was relatively quick and they have nice waiting rooms for you to wait in. Awesome customer service here and were very thankful for our business! Would recommend A & E Autoglass!

Had my windshield replaced in March. Still waiting for the rebate. Emailed them and was told that the company was sold and they will pay the rebate, but funding is low and they can’t say when I will get it????? They got paid from my insurance. And now they have ads running on the radio and funds are low??? We will never use this company again! Total scammers!!

The service was great and the people are friendly. However I never did receive my check. Finally I called them after 5 1/2 months and they let me come pick it up. I probably wont use them again because I see they are doing this to a lot of people.

I am very disappointed in A&E auto glass. I completed my glass replacement on 9/16/2019. I shopped around to various auto glass replacement retailers. After researching & speaking to friends about A&E, I decided to give them a try. Other auto glass replacement specialist had offered the same deal & even gave cash at the time the repair was done. A&E spoke to me and notified when I got to my scheduling representative that I could do a cash back offer through an app called VenMo. After completing my repair, a week or so later I got a message saying that they were behind on refunds and it would take 30 days to complete the process & issue the refund. It is now 12/2/19. I have called various times (over 4 times in the past 2 months) & asked for a supervisor or management. The ladys email that I was given never called me back or emailed me. The representatives by phone were sweet and understanding but unable to offer any real service for an issue that could have been readily resolved. Reliability and integrity does not represent this company from my standpoint. I hope this company treats its other clients with more respect!Noel M.

I had a great experience with this company. I called about the cash-back offer and they helped during the claims process with my insurance company. The service tech that came out was very nice and super fast. My window looks great and the inside of my car is clean- no debris at all from the rubber or any dirt. I am very pleased with the work and I got the cash-back check (in my hand) before the service tech left. They keep their word and I will use them again for any window replacements in the future.

Thats about all thats different from the rest!$140 Rebate takes 60 + days for you to get and when you ask about it they tell you its in process because they process it once the insurance claim has been paid by your insurance which my insurance shows the check was sent 45 days ago and still no rebate! Nothing sets them apart from the others except the theatre while you wait for the work to be done!

Going to A&E Auto Glass was a great experience going in and walking out of their facility. When I pulled up I was immediately greeted by the workers and they were ready to get my windshield done right away. The staff inside were great as well and very respectful as well. They keep their waiting room stacked with proper amenities for anyone to enjoy. Overall a great place to get your windshield done and if I can add more stars Id give them extra only cause they had The Office playing in the waiting room.

The installer did a wonderful job! He was very friendly! He also called to let me know when he was coming so I knew what was going on.

Great customer service! I was greeted with a smile and was offered to take a seat while I waited for my truck windshield to be replaced. They have a cozy front office with drinks and snacks available. The service was fast too! The work was done fast and everyone here is very friendly.

What a joke of a company. They promise cash rebates yet never deliver. I’ve contacted them time and time again just to get the run around .I’m not sure how they stay in business but I promise I will never use again!!!!

I had my windshield replaced on April 15th. I was told over the phone I would be paid when they were paid from insurance. I was told my major insurance company pays quickly and should be 2 weeks. Well still waiting!! I called the other day and had to leave a message and given a email. Below was their response to why I hadnt received my money. Very vague but sweet I am on a list? Im sure there are lots of customers like me on this list? If you are looking for money at service run!!! Plenty of companies in the valley that pay on the spot.Oh and by the way I just read an article that my insurance company has a lawsuit againt them. Im sure Ill get paid real quick?From A&E:My apologies, The information available to me pertaining to the incoming funding is very limited. I wish I could give them 10 stars!! A & E Auto glass is by far the BEST auto glass shop Ive ever been to. My dad told me about them so when my windshield broke I decided to give them a call. From when I first called on the phone I received excellent customer service, they were very friendly and I love how they explained everything to me before I even filed my claim. They gave me the option of mobile or in-shop service so I brought my vehicle in. I expected to wait in a normal waiting room but instead I was waiting in their movie theater where all of the snacks and drinks were complimentary. I only wish it took longer for them to replace my windshield so I could stay longer, even though they did tell me to stay as long as Id like. When I left they explained the simple process to receive my $140 rebate check and also gave me a voucher for a FREE dinner at the Rodizio Grill Steakhouse. Today A & E Auto Glass earned a new loyal customer. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!

Great job to the sales and installers! I only gave them 3 stars because the rebate process took forever. I had to call to check the status of the rebate 2.5 months after my new windshield. They offered to mail it out but could take a few weeks. I decide to drive 10 miles to the shop to just pick it up. If you are going with this company for the $140, don’t it’s not worth the wait!

If you are choosing A&E for the $120 rebate. Keep in mind that the windshield and installation are five star. BUT!!! Rebates takes about 3 months to receive. I will be receiving my rebate on July 27th, 2020. Today is June 29th, 2020. Installation was completed in April 2020.

Fast service, friendly reps. Good windshield! My insurance covered it. And they come to YOU, which saves me time.It took a couple months, but I eventually got the promised rebate in the mail. These guys are my go-to Auto Glass guys now.

I made my initial call on a Tuesday, and by Friday, Jesus Leon was there replacing my glass. I was called into an emergency meeting at the time he was scheduled to arrive, and he actually waited for me, just a few minutes, and made quick and thorough work of the windshield replacement. He was clean - with his pink and purple pens - very pleasant, and even wiped down my truck when he was done. I will definitely recommend A&E to everyone...!!

Awesome Auto Glass shop, the best I have been to. The staff is beyond amazing and super helpful. The process was pretty painless, the wait was a little long but if you want the best you have to be willing to wait a little. Just for clarification I did go in store to get my windshield replaced, they had water and snacks to get you by ha thanks again ! I would highly recommend them anytime you need your windshield replaced :)

PROMISED A REBATE. DONT HOLD YOUR BREATH.This place is a joke. $140 rebate, youll have it by March... its now January of the next year. Dont be fooled by the movie theater and free treats. This company does not answer their phone or callback. If you email them youll get a generic response. If you dont care about the rebate then its ok. This place has lied to me and changed their so called timeframes for when I should expect my check.

Best place in town to get a new windshield. Paid cash. 2002 Ford ranger. 125.00. OEM WINDSHIELD! Went to the shop in Mesa and it took only an hour and a half. Best part of everything is they have a movie theater at the shop. I had some popcorn, a soda and some ice cream while watching a movie waiting for my truck. Absolutely the best experience ever, waiting for my truck to get fixed. Thank you A & E.,💟🙂☺👍

I had the worst experience from day 1 with this company. I had my windshield replaced on April 23, 2019. I took that day off of work (without pay) to wait for the technician to arrive. He was supposed to be at my apartment between 12-4. At 4pm I called and a grumpy man told me hed have my technician call me and then rudely hung up on me. I called back to speak to a supervisor. When I got a call back from the supervisor she apologized and told me shed send me free movie tickets, that I never received. She told me that my technician tried to call me several times and left a voicemail. I was by my phone all day and it never rang one time. When the technician arrived the service was quick. He told me Id receive my reimbursement check within 7-10 business days. I read over my paperwork that evening and found out it would be up to 30 days before I receive my check for $120. Two months later I had to call to find out where the check was. I was not told why it was never sent out but they would send it the following Monday. Seven days later I received it and deposited it in to my bank account. The check bounced! Messing up my account pretty bad. I spoke to a supervisor that told me they would send out a new check. I wont be using this company ever again.

Ive never had such amazing customer service from ANY company or service before calling A&E Auto Glass. I first decided to give them a shot after hearing they were a locally owned business- the free dinner they were offering helped, as well. During the initial call, the representative was very patient while I attempted to retrieve my insurance information and settle my dogs down. She walked me through the process and made everything very easy. They changed my windshield at my home, giving me a 4-hour window for when they would arrive. The driver called when he was 20 minutes away, to provide a sufficient heads-up. He let me know when he was done, and gave me their promotional offers of $120 and a free dinner at Rodizio Grill. I was thrilled, considering my insurance covered the full cost of the windshield.This is where they really surprised me. The check they left me wasnt signed. I didnt realize this until almost the end of business day, but they were, again, very accommodating. The manager had a new check made and sent immediately, and even sent me a picture for confirmation. I received the check today with a handwritten letter and an extra $20 than promised!

Well 5 stars all the way... My windshield looks incredible. The service was impeccable. Literally in and out in 25 minutes! BUT....4 months later, after multiple calls I get my rebate check....AND IT BOUNCED. So now I was charged back $140 for the rebate and $12 as a fee. Now what? Im torn. Definitely dont get 5 stars now. Would have if there check didnt bounce even with the delay. Will be calling your office in the morning. Im not happyEdit on 8/29. I took the bounced check back to a&e and they have me cash in its place. Therefore Im increasing my rating to a 3. Still get deduction for the bounced check and the fact it took several phone calls to get a check and a 4 month wait

An Additional promise to pay the rebate for a job completed on September 9th, 2019. This company promised to send me a check within a 30 days, but it was just a promise. It is the second week of January and I still have not received a check. I called and complained several times with additional promised that I should be receiving it soon. Multiple times, they don’t even answer the phone and do not return the phone calls either.

They don’t pay their bills and advertise they will give you cash back and a free dinner they are a joke been over 120 days and still no check and Rodizio grill won’t accept the free meal coupon if it expired during covid lol they even give you a free oil change that is also not honored

The guys who put my glass on were great. The glass is great. The trouble is getting the rebate check. I understand these things take time. I waited 8 week, still no check So I called. I was told it was about to go out. Two weeks go by, I call, Im told it was sent out. Another 2 weeks go by, I call again, this time I was told my check is sitting right there so she sends it out. I get the check, I cash it, it bounced! Had to call again - and again, to get it all taken care of. Just way too much work. I am a patient and understanding person but this was too much.

My windshield was replaced over 7 months ago in JANUARY and I still havent received a rebate check. Ive contacted them multiple times so they dont forget me and the last time I sent them a email I didnt even get a response

Very quick to repair my windshield. Waiting lobby rocks!Had to change my review. I was supposed to get my rebate within 90 days after my insurance paid. I tried to follow up about my rebate and got an email saying they are under new management and that they will try to get the previous rebates out to clients but they would for sure honor the rebate if you came in again for services. Guess I have to wait until a need another window in my car?

They advertise cash back but when you call they offer a rebate. I had a scheduled appointment between 9-1, on a friday, which had to be done no later than one. At one I was contacted said they were on their way (15 min out) which was not okay due to prior engagements. The installer gave me the option of getting it done later which I couldnt do. He said someone from the office would contact me to reschedule later that day. Never happened. Weekend goes by, Monday passes, still no word. Finally on Tuesday they called, but I missed it. They have not tried to contact me since and its now been over a week. Honor your radio and television advertisements. Call people back when you say you will and keep your appointments you set. You had 4 hours.

A&E auto glass personnel have been very courteous the many times they have serviced my windshield. Unlike other windshield installers...A&E cleaned off debris on my dashboard and left working area free of rubber debris. The BEST THING i love about A&E auto glass is they are fast at installing. I would be a continued customer and recommend A&E highly

I had my windshield replaced 6/5/19. A&E advertises that the customer receives $140 in return for using their auto insurance to replace their windshield. I have still not received the $140 as they have told me that my insurance co never paid them. If that is the case, they replaced my windshield for free? Kind of hard to believe. I have called them & emailed them numerous times & they are never quite sure what happened. I do know I never got the $140. The staff is nice when you go into the shop. Over the phone, they are dismissive. Unless I get the $140, I will not return here.

Jesus Leon installed two windshields on two different cars, one of them my BMW 5 series and he did an excellent job. He was very polite, professional, courteous and efficient. This is my second trip with A&E, and I really like the company.Dan Cotton.

They actually outsourced the work, but they set everything up and communicated with insurance to get everything taken care of seamlessly

Well great service throughout the claim/installation process 5*s for that. BUT the rebate process has been horrible, 20 minutes on hold every time I call. The rebate was suppose to be Zelled for a quicker return.......and nothing. Follow through is very important in all businesses but apparently not for this one. Still on hold as I write this post (Your call is very important to us, please wait for the next available agent...)
