Wanted to try a new place locally for water. One of the employees came over and turned on a second water is never been there before so I didnt know how much fast that one was. It overflowed and I ended up getting wet. A employee named Oron saw it happen and when I asked for a towel or napkin to dry myself off I was handed a soaking wet towel. When I asked if they had any paper towels or napkins he replied nope, we dont carry any, in a very rude tone. Upon me reacting the other employee asked what was wrong and I told him the same thing in turn he brought me to their paper towels where I could dry off. Ill NEVER be coming back to this location.

I love Watermart! Weve been their faithful customers for over 10 years. Great prices and ice cream. They never make me feel bad about my 5 gallon water jugs being super old. No judging, just good help and water.

My go-to for all of my water needs. $0.25/gal is a pretty standard price. The accounts they let you set up are handy too. Service is friendly and the place is always clean.

Incredibly clean water. We had all of our water tested (tap and bottled) and this by far was the cleanest water even compared to bottled water. The service is incredible, and everyone is so friendly! Weve been going here for over 6 years!

Went after hours and was going to use the outside machine. I placed my $1 bill inside and the machine turned itself off and would not dispense water or return the money. I called the number on the machine, not caring much about the dollar...but to get it repaired. The owner came within 5 minutes, repaired the machine and assisted with filling my water. He even took the water to my car. This trip definitely was alot longer than it should have been, but that customer service deserves 5 stars. Thanks!

We love Water Mart. They are affordably priced, clean and friendly. The owner has an inviting personality and the employees are very helpful. They have helped me carry my water to and from my car when my hands were full of kids!! I highly recommend them!!

Me and my daughter went in to get ice cream end up just getting candy guy didnt seem to want to help us. Wish I got see what the ice cream like bad service and unfriendly service guess if your just getting water or ice your good.

Friendly staff and reasonably price. I love that the employees know us by name and are willing to help carry the 5 gallon bottles out if needed or a cart isnt available.

This is the best water store in Mesa. Prices are the lowest to be found. The water taste is great! And the service is perfect.
