Did not know you cant rinse your bottles out, and was snapped at. Tried to tell her I would pay for an extra 5gal bottle price to rinse out my 5 gal but was ignored. Maybe theres a language barrier.

Owners english is limited so take that into consideration when interacting. There is a minimum of $2 or $2.50 to use your debit/credit card, if its below the amount theyll charge .50 to use it. Very nice, very clean.

I was getting my car worked on in the shop across the street & decided to get some shaved ice for me & my baby. I gave the lady my card and she was looking at it suspiciously. For what reason idk. But she cancelled my transaction and acted like my card declined. I called the card infront of her and showed her that there was more then $100 on the card. The lady behind me paid for it with cash. I felt bad but angry at the same time. I will never return.
