The staff are always friendly here but sometimes the water doesnt taste right. It will taste like tap water. Also, the quarters dont work a lot of the time in the dispenser outside. If you use it, make sure you either have dollar bills or old quarters, it hardly ever accepts the new ones properly. But overall, its a good place to go, as long as you go inside. The snow cones are good value for the money too. My children love them, and they come in lots of different flavors.

The store is small and can easily feel a bit crowded. They have a self-serving water area and they also sell bags of ice in various sizes, bottles, tops, snacks, soft drinks and shaved ice. The staff is friendly. If you use a debit card there is a $5 minimum charge. I filled up three jugs which didnt come up to that amount so I had to buy something else to hit the $5 mark as I never carry cash. My experience was good overall.Update 12/19/20- The water tastes weird to me. It tastes like basic tap water which my family didnt like. I will go to a different store.

Been good but on latest visit the young man wearing a green shirt had his mask hanging from his ear and was on his phone. Please take care of this!

Staff here is always very polite, kind, and super helpful. I think naturally we all hate having to make the trek to get water to begin with, but the level of customer service and promptness makes this a much better experience overall.

I use this location occasionally when I need water n ice for parties. Convenient, although there can be lines and craziness. (Why is there always a mother with thirteen kids each filling five gallon bottles ... and how does she fit the kids and bottles into the minivan?!?) Im impressed with how the junior high students that runs the place seems to always have it under control. Not the cleanest place in the world, but it works.

Ice is always well below freezing. Sounds funny to say but when you go on remote backcountry trips and you need your ice to last for 10 days it makes all the difference. Everyone there has always been helpful.

I had been there a couple of years ago and bought 2 water containers. Just one had worn down and needed replacement. Instead recently got 2 because the other was fine but getting older too, plus got a new water dispenser. The dispenser leaked at the faucet washer area, so had to tighten very firmly, so stopped dripping and I told them that. Both the 2 new containers leaked where the lids screw on, even thought they werent cracked. At first they said all sales are finally very quickly. I said thats not good policy, since I had just purchased both of them last week at $11+ a piece and had the receipt and the old one there for a refill was still good after 2 years. One of them called their management and was bothered by them not listening at first, and that they thought it could be because one of their workers dropped them getting them down, but also later said they were getting different bottles in lately. At least they found replacement lids worked after testing. I thanked them for their understanding, but they could have given me the refill of the 3rd older bottle for free for my trouble lugging the leaky new bottles back to them. They could have been more professional over all.

I found this store looking for, someone open on a Sunday. I called and spoke with a very polite young woman, I asked if they sold ice not bagged up. Which is what I was looking for, told me how much it cost. When I got there two employees helped me, they filled my ice chest and brought it to me. Again they were so polite and very helpful, very good experience there for me today.

Suckiest Water n Ice ice ever been to! Hella small, Ice cream VERY LIMITED flavors! Any employee ever dealt with here seems to have a I get paid regardless of if you do business here or not attitude!This is literally within 3 blocks from me and Im not sure if theres another one close. If there is another one even close to being near you, stay away from this one and go to that one!

We arrived 7 minutes before closing time with my son and 2 of his friends for his birthday. The girl said she couldnt serve us because she already cleaned the scooper. HUH? I said Come on its his birthday and asked her again if she can serve them . What she said next made absolutely no sense. I can only make his (the 10 year old birthday boy) but not the others. How in the world does that make any sense? She can dirty her precious scooper for 1 little kids ice cream but not the other 2? Really? Guess I dont need to give them MY business anymore. So much for supporting THIS local business.

The young ladies working here are super helpful and always offer to help fill up water or take it to your car, one time a gentleman helped me and he was super helpful as well!

Nice staff here. I had hurt my shoulder awhile back and had to be careful lifting and the girls helped me take my water jugs to my car.

I bought a 3 gallon container with a little nozzle for my desk. When they sold it to my they said it was rare that the nozzle leaked but to tighten it if it did and it should be okay. She tightened it and filled it with water. I got home and left it on the counter. I later realized that it was leaking a lot so I tilted it in the other direction only for it to leak too. So I emptied the remaining water and took it back the very next day. They called their supervisor Lauren and asked if they could exchange it. She said that all they could do was to try and tighten it for but they would not exchange it for one that didnt have a nozzle. I paid 15 dollars for this water container and it didnt function properly. I will never come back here and urge everyone not to purchase any water containers here. This is not a way to treat customers. I could understand if I had it for an extended period of time but it literally didnt do what it was supposed to do.

After years of doing business with this company, I purchased a no spill water bottle adapter on my last visit. The adapter did not work with my water cooler so I brought it back. The owner refused to give me a refund. Unbelievable customer service.

I have been going there for a few weeks for a shaved ice that I have been craving so much due to my pregnancy, and the guy at first was nice but seemed to be getting annoyed the more I went. Today I went in and he made a comment saying: ur back for the only shaved ice of the day so I just felt bad and asked if the rest of the ice goes to waste n he said it is winter well bottom line I felt like I was a bother and did not feel welcomed! Today was my last day going there. If they dont want to make a snow cone then they should take it off the options... I am very sad and dont wish a treatment like this to anyone! He mentioned Bahama Bucks has a drive through and I know for a fact they have better customer service! So disappointed!
