Ive had Nicolas fix a chain for my daughter same day repair. He did a very good job kept me updated. So when I wanted to create a name plate for her for her birthday I knew he would do a good job. My chain of my necklace broke and he was able to fix it perfectly! I’ve had no problems since then and it was almost a couple months ago. Went and had my ring resized Nicholas also help not just resize my engagement ring but also fixed a crack, replaced a stone, and rebuilt a part of the ring. He had this all done in just a few days! His response time to repair my broken glasses frame was quick and convenient, and handled via text message.He set an appointment time that was very convenient and he followed through.His work was fast.It was clear in the appointment as he explained to me the repairs he could make, for how much, and when it would be done. (the next day)Since his price was agreeable and his repair proposition sound, I was confident to give him my glasses, and knew I would receive the repaired glasses the next day as promised.Not only did I receive the glasses (early!), but he additionally fixed them beyond what I could have hoped, as he repaired the articulating knuckle, therefore restoring the glasses to their original function and flexibility! (Before the repairs, I only had one arm to prevent the glasses falling from my head)If you wear glasses you know comfort is a big factor.Thanks to these prompt, professional, and above and beyond repairs, I can enjoy more time out of contacts. I took several items to have various things done and this man was amazing - I had gold necklace repaired and you cant even tell it was ever broken .had several rings sized to perfection and the cleaning - wow !! Theyre prettier and sparkle more than when I purchased them! I cannot say enough good things about Nicolas and the work he did . The only downer is I cant wear any of my other rings now because they look terrible when compared to the ones he did. So Ill be taking those to him soon. I highly recommend this business!

I am very impressed with the new opal stone that Nicolas replaced in my ring that has matching earrings. I had an excellent experience! I had so much jewelry that needed to be repaired, so I made an appointment to meet with Nicolas. He took his time and walked me through every detail. I really appreciated how he ensured that I understood the entire process. I took my ring there to get it fixed . They did a great job and it looks better than new. It didn’t take long to get fixed and it was affordable. They fixed the prongs and added a crystal. They also polished it and it looks better than when I first bought it.

They do appointments so it’s one on one, he is 4th generation in his family in jewelry industry very knowledgeable and they have your repairs done in a few days or less. This family is very honest and do an excellent job. I had an watch that needed battery and a ring for sizing. On their website they offer to contact them by email and they have you fill out a simple form to mail it in to their service center, it is all insured and secure. They are located here in Mesa so after sending it, they contacted me with estimate same day they received package, had repair ready by next day and made arrangements to drop off to me personally with the option to mail it back to me. They also can order any type of jewelry items from silver, gold or platinum and standard watches to high end. They offer really great prices since they are a mom and pop business. I would highly recommend them.
