You guys were amazing yesterday 7/19/2021. I wish I could remember the young ladys named that helped me in store. She was AMAZING and very helpful. Not one ounce of pressure to buy. She listened very attentively to my needs and made a few great suggestions. My son and I went in for an anniversary present for my wife. She ABSOLUTELY LOVES the gift that you helped me pick out. You were AMAZING and helped put a smile on her face and made me look very good (lol). I owe it all to you. I was a first time customer and just so you know I will NOW be a repeat customer. You helped me make a very fine choice for her necklace that she will cherish for the rest of her life and will be passed down to our children. Thank you again.

I am serious so tired of having to turn in my ring because diamonds continue to fall out and then not have my ring for a minimum of two weeks, just to send it back because the jeweler sets the diamonds wrong or uses the wrong size or burns the diamonds. Kay Jeweler im so dissatisfied with the entire process. You should be checking the repairs before the customers get there to make sure its fixed to quality, instead of having me wasted time and gas just to turn it down and send it back. I expect my ring to be fixed correctly the first time. All of these mistakes are completely obvious I dont know if you guys just dont care or your hoping nobody will notice but I notice the second its handed to me! For goodness sake DO BETTER!!!!

The guy who helped me was really kind and professional. He explained to me what he was doing to inspect our jewelry and what to look for. I would have given five stars however the list to sign up to be helped was on the other side of the store unbeknownst to me and a bunch of people went before I did even though I was there first.

I had to take my 2 necklaces that my fiance Frankie who passed away October 17, 2020, to get them cleaned because for some reason all of my sterling silver is turning black!! Anyway, one is from the Open Heart collection and the other is an unicorn, so I took them to be cleaned and because Frankie was so smart he got the lifetime warranty on both, they could actually do alot better, deeper cleaning on them, then what they could do in the store!! They are sending them out and having them deep cleaned with what they actually need and then something to protect the silver, I dont understand it all, but I will get them back in 2 weeks, looking almost new!! I know this because about a year and a half ago they did the same thing with just the open heart necklace!! I just have to remember to go back every 6 months to get them cleaned...lol!! But, everyone at the Kay Jewelers at the Superstition Springs Center are absolutely amazing and so very sweet!! They listen to you and what you want, and dont try to sell you something that is way to much, either money wise or jewelry wise!! They dont work on commission, so they arent there to upsell you and try to take your money!! So, you can trust their smiles and friendliness!!

Lost my rings! I was to rev a call from the manager freedom on Monday, never happened, so i call thursday and he sent an em but no response. I ask for a time frame and told a couple of weeks but he doesnt know. My ring should have been in in Feb and now no one knows where it is! And to top it off this all happened because the manager didnt apply a finance promo right and kay the credit card told me the store manager would have e to correct, he said he did but didnt and I returned the ring and asked for my trade ins back and now I have nothing!

I will not go anywhere else but Kays. Monique is the girl! She is amazing! If something is wrong she will make it right! My husband upgraded my wedding ring and bought me a Leo diamond! It’s absolutely stunning! Joe is just amazing as Monique but all of their staff @ the Superstition location is super!!!!

I bought an engagement ring and wedding band from here and used the 12 month *NO INTEREST* financing. They set up my payment plan with a monthly due date of the 18th. They dont tell you that the no interest date ends before your last payment date is due and they screw you out of more money by hitting you with the interest. This is a horrible company with a horrible business practice . Dont ever waste your money shopping at Kay.

My friend was sold a ring that cannot be cleaned unless you send it in and have the stone dismounted.. Not only were we not told about that while purchasing this engagement ring..but then we were told its a six week process each time when we took it in to clean it. The only option is to pay for another setting. And I had to ASK because our sales person didnt offer ANY other option...except that it would be 2 weeks each time...still not acceptable when the stone is a morganite that is cloudy after ONE day. Definitely not going to semd anyone there again

Have had a horrible experience with kay. Went there with my boyfriend to pick out promise rings. Had a decent experience picking them out. Was told both rings would be ready within 2-3 weeks. But a week later received a phone call and was told that my ring wouldnt be ready for over 2 months! Wasnt told why and wasnt able to get an answer from them over the phone. Finally went back and was told that my ring had to be special ordered from the maker which is why it would take so long. My boyfriend and I already had plans to exchange the rings based off our original delivery date that couldnt be changed so decided to get another ring that would be temporary until the original came in. Get the rings in and do out ring exchange but not even 2 weeks later, mine is showing the solder lines are showing and beginning to discolor on my ring and my boyfriends tungsten ring is chipping! Never going back. Hoping to get our money back!

So I have used Kays and will continue to use them, but I am a little disappointed w/ them this last time I have my wives ring serviced. They usually call when it done and back in the shop but this time it sat for about a month. Then when I showed up to ask where it was they said they tried to email me but was rejected. So if it got rejected call or try again. But they just sat on it and didnt let me know that it was ready to be picked up. Sort of ridiculous.

Dont buy anything from Kay! They lost my wifes wedding ring and two bands! They sell sentiments and refuse to acknowledge her ring has any sentimental value even though they mark up their rings a ridiculous percentage. Dont take my word for it... Google it. They have complaint after complaint about rings mysteriously going missing! The staff at Superstition springs is horrible!!! Go anywhere but here!

I bought my fianceé promise ring from Kays 2 years ago along with the extended warranty. Went in to get a diamond replaced since one fell out and they gave me the run around was rude and wouldnt replace it for me since she was a week late on her inspection. Not the way business should be done lucky for me mine was just a small diamond that I got fixed for cheap next to free at Arizona diamond center same day. I would never by anything from them again and would defiantly advise anyone to be cautious with buying diamonds from such a company. Go to Arizona dimond center where they know how customer service is done.

I went to look at engagement rings with my fiancé and the salesman was very forward and pushy. The very first ring he picked out he decided was the one for me. He rambled on about their warranties and gave me no time to process any of it. When it came time to check out I said would it be okay if I came back after I look around just a little bit more? And he looks me in the face and says no and I was like, well why not? And at that point he just stsrted acting very annoyed and ready to get us out of his chair. Not cool.

***UPDATE: CHANDLER FASHION KAY JEWELERS LOCATED THIS EXACT RING I ASKED SUPERSTITION FOR AND HAD IT IN THEIR POSSESION FOR ME TO PICK UP IN LESS THAN 2 WEEKS..I am beyond frustrated with this location. This is the second bad experience Ive had with a Kay jewelers but I thought the first was just one bad egg and I continued to come back but this time its not okay. I originally called and ordered a ring that was unavailable online the gentleman told me there was none at his location but had one in another state and would have it shipped so I could pick up in 2 weeks. After 15 days I hadnt heard anything so I called to see if it had arrived and the order was never placed so the women I was speaking to went ahead and placed the order for it again and gave me all the same info about which state it was coming from and she told me it would be about 2 weeks for it to arrive.. Its now been 22 days so I called again to see if It had arrived and after being on hold for 5 minutes, then told id get a call back, which I was called about 3 min later was told the ring is completely sold out and theres basically nothing they can do, but I was never called to be notified that the ring was sold out so I would have time to find another. I ordered this promise ring over a month ago in hopes of having it for a special day and its been completely ruined and now I no longer have time to shop for anotherperfect ring. Thanks Kay. I have bought watches, necklaces and previous rings from Kay and this has completely ruined my view of their customer service.
