If you want to waste your time. Drive out of your way to have these people at this store treat you like your 12 and just look at you for 20 mins while you stare around at them. So many other stores to get my jewelry worked on. The manager does not care about his job either. I talked to him and he said he has 100 of people to deal with. Well guess what .99 now buddy.

This store has made way too many mistakes with me. Being a customer who spent 9k at their store u think they would be at least professional. I made my purchase and was told during the process that I was able to get a deal that was no longer available. When I went to get ready sized the associate for some reason told me to meet her in the frys parking lot because we lived in close proximity. She was 40 min late. Few weeks later I took my ring to get sized and they had it for 3 weeks and when I went to pick it up it was never done. Then when I went to make a payment on a diff ring I had on layaway they couldn’t find what ring it was then they were also confused regarding a serial number issue. Now I can to check a balance on that layaway ring and they said they don’t do layaway anymore. Not once was I contacted. I’ll never go to this store again!!!
I came in about two years ago and had a very smooth and easy experience shopping for my wifes ring. I worked with the greatest Sales Representative KNOWN TO MAN! Her name is Carolee. I came back several days ago and purchased a new diamond for my wifes ring and I am so glad Carolee was there. With her help I was able to surprise my wife with her ideal ring. I highly recommend Carolee and this Jared store.

My battered and beaten Tissot finally had a pin explode and I was seeking an authorized retailer to get it sent in to be fixed. To my surprise the manager had a spare pin and fixed it for nothing. I would have happily paid but was asked simply to consider them for my next purchase. They can be sure they are my go to retailer from this day forward. This level of service is incredibly rare in this day and age and deserves to be celebrated.

I wanted to write a review specifically to give recognition to an employee who provided me with fantastic customer service today. I went in to drop off my ring to be resized (which I am currently waiting on), as well as getting my my husbands ring cleaned. Jaivyen was extremely friendly throughout the entire exchange (which only took about 10 minutes in total, because he also provided fast and efficient service), he took the time to speak with me about my day and displayed phenomenal customer care and attentiveness. Unfortunately in the current world that we live in, there are many people who no longer value customer appreciation. However, today that was not the case. My husband was also very impressed with the way in which he cleaned the ring, and stated that it looked brand new!
I do not even know where to begin to explain my amazing experience at this Jared. All thanks to Robyn and Carolee. my journey for the perfect wedding band will be one to remember for a life time. The stores are organized well so it is easy to browse down the cases and keep moving until you find that special item especially if you are looking for a certain style, gem, whatever. Inventory includes classic and unique pieces. There is adequate staff to help you along if you have something in mind; you dont have to hang around hoping to make eye contact with a salesperson and pray they walk over. When I want to purchase jewelry, Jareds will get my business because they have earned my loyalty. It isnt just another nice store with great ads; their customer service is that good.

I have spent thousands of dollars the Jareds in Mesa. Today I go in to have a battery replaced on an expensive watch that I purchased there. The lady tells me that they cannot change the battery because of covid-19. She goes on to tell me that theyre just trying to follow guidelines to stay open. Shes nice enough to tell me about another local business that can change my battery today.I find it interesting said she can refer me to another Jeweler who can in fact change my battery yet Jareds cantI guess Ill start buying my jewelry from the place that chooses to open and serve its customers safely, but understands business Must Go On

I’ve had some issues with an order I had placed online, they cancelled my order and customer care was no help. I walked into the store and The manager Lauren came and helped me. He got on the phone with them and made sure all the money was credited it back and even took time to place the order for me in the store. He even honored the discounted price that I’m supposed to originally get. FRAUD Alert: I would turn this business in for fraud if I could but my husband’s the one that made the purchase and is just happy he got me the ring I wanted. Anyways hubby and I went to this location together we told them I was going to upgrade my ring and hubby lost his so he was gonna pick one out. We were told they would be ready on Thursday so we went in and walked out with only one ring. We got approved for $8,000 we both picked our rings and hubby saw that we were going over our credit limit. So he panic and said he would put his back. I didn’t want him to, so I decided on going with a smaller diamond. But I was also gonna go with a cheaper ring cause I wanted him to have one. The con ladies saw what was happening and didn’t want to lose a sale or money so they made it so we both could get the rings we wanted but I would go with a smaller diamond. We sized both rings and signed the final sale we were both happy and thanked them for working with us. I’m very upset cause not only did I not get my hubby a ring but my ring was way more than what I would of wanted to spend. Knowing full well that I could always upgrade my diamond in a few years which I told them I didn’t mind doing. BTW an hour after wearing my brand new ring one of the small diamonds fell out!!! I will not do business with Jared again.

I have shopped at this Jared location for years and spent tens of thousands of dollars here. The staff has always been helpful and it has been enjoyable (they always offer a drink each time within about 2 minutes of arrival). Today, while on a long bike ride (I admit I didnt look the part of a Jared shopper with my beat up shorts and t-shirt) I took my $3000 watch (bought at Jared) for a replacement band ($300, special order, had to pay up front, had just been notified it had come in) so that I could wear it to a wedding tonight. I headed straight to the repair desk, but was intercepted by a man in a suit (later found out his name was Lucky) who rudely asked what I wanted. I tried to explain my need to get a replacement band. He demanded to see the watch (did not greet me with a hello, how are you doing, would you like a bottle of water, etc). He proceeded to replace the band himself while not once ever acknowledging me in the slightest. I did have a nice conversation with some of the other staff and patrons (all of whom were sipping their bottled water which at that point in my ride, I could have used) while Lucky took forever to replace a band and had to ask for help a few times. I stepped away from the area to make a call and when Lucky finally finished, he looked up and, instead of saying sorry for the delay or thanks for waiting or we appreciate you business or anything else that would be considered good customer service, he said You can come over now......... I felt so blessed the Lucky was going to let me approach the desk to receive my watch.....that I paid for.....that I bought the band for.........that he could replace.......so that he had a job.........that I partly paid for.Bottom line............I will continue to shop at Jared as long as Lucky is either gone or at least has the day off. I think Lucky needs to start back at the bottom and learn a little humility and drop the arrogance. Everyone who walks through Jareds door is a human being no matter how they look or what they might be wearing.
My husband bought my engagement ring at Jareds and also my upgrade and then my wedding band enhancers. They are always super nice and helpful whenever we come in and I love that they remember your face each time even though they are super busy and see so many people. I have bought several watches from Jared over the years, Tissot is not cheap most of mine have been near or over $1000 they have always been great to service, two days ago I took my t touch watch in for repair and they now dont repair due to covid 19, I asked how covid 19 is contacted through the watch, bottom line is that I will not go back there any more I now have to send my watch across the country
When we picked up my engagement ring, it was made very incorrectly according to our order (used completely different parts). The manager belitted us made and tried to make us feel bad about their error, which they offered no explanation for. We had calmly explained that it was the wrong ring and asked for it to be fixed, and she treated us as though she did not believe us and was glaring down at us and kept asking us about a ring we didnt order. She finally talked to another employee to get the facts, which were exactly as we told her. Her treatment of us really diminished our engagement ring shopping experience, which is such an important time. We will not return there for our future jewelry shopping.
I got both my engagement ring and wedding band at Jared and Im in love! Excellent service and no pressure or stupid sales pitches. They always answer all my questions with a smile and make sure Im happy with cleanings/repairs/band resizing. Only complaint is that the shop always seems to be backed up so I end up going without my rings for a week at a time,. Maybe its not a big deal but I feel naked without my rings

My husband and I shopped around for quite a while to find the perfect engagement ring and didn’t find what we wanted till we came here. They literally had 5 times the amount of options at the time and great service. I’ve been coming every 6 months since then and am always greeted with a smile and great service, even now with 2 kids in tow. I can not recommend them enough!

They weren’t helpful at all. My girlfriend wanted to try on some engagement rings so I could get an idea of what she likes and no one cared. They were too focused on helping people that came after us.
I had my ring inspected every 6mo for the past 6 years (or pretty dang close) and never had an issue. I last had it inspected 10mo ago. In that time I had a baby, and life took over. I looked down this week end my center diamond is gone. Not only will I NEVER get this stone back that has so much sentimental value, but the store is not willing TO DO ANYTHING to help me. We have bought not only our engagement ring, but wedding bands and other pieces. I will NEVER go back and I will NEVER recommend them. We first went because of the amazing service they were said to have. We all now know this is a complete lie. I’m so disappointed.
These people suck! my boyfriend got an 8000 dollar limit on a credit card for them at a different location and we went to look at engagement rings at this location and absolutely no one paid any attention to us. there was an older woman that came in after us and she was greeted warmly immediately. just because we’re young doesn’t mean we aren’t serious shoppers. i’m not even sure i want my engagement ring to be from that place if they aren’t going to take me seriously.

Came in to buy a Tag watch but unfortunately you have to knock on the door and nobody comes. Im an actual buyer and very ignored.
Purchased earrings and the clasp doesn’t securely latch. Went in to try to exchange, apparently every associate was “too busy” (it was Friday afternoon, and the store was very slow) to acknowledge I was even there despite several employees walking past me or looking at me. Will return these earrings and not come back for future jewelry purchases.

My husband bought me a necklace and watch set in December. He gave me the necklace for Christmas and the watch set for Valentines day. I cant wear anything on my wrists so I went to the store to return or exchange the watch set. I had never even taken it out of the box. The saleswoman was cold and aloof, took the set from me, talked to her manager and returned stating that they had a strict 30 day exchange policy on watches. I asked if I could at least exchange it for a pair of earrings, and I was declined. I wrote to customer service explaining my situation, and was given the same this is our policy, sorry from Lydia. If you want customer service, go to a local, privately owned shop. The customer service here is anything but friendly and accommodating. Im sure you will get something much more unique and special, too. Although I love my necklace, because my husband and daughter picked it out, Ive already seen the exact same one on someone else.

Ive used this location for years and had excellent service at all times.
We came in to get new prongs for my engagement ring (its an heirloom piece) and we felt like we were being unfairly judged the whole time for being a young mid-20s couple who had no idea what they wanted. In truth, we knew exactly what we wanted but it wasnt in line with what their sales pitch was, so after a few failed attempts at up selling, they finally took care of us and the end result was great. In short, occasional irritating staff (though not all), but great results.
Worst customer service experience ever. My fiance purchased my engagement ring here. Went in to get it resized but had to get it special ordered. Which is fine and I expected it to take time. I was told Id be called back to give me an update on how long it would take. Never got a call back from these people. Ive called back in numerous times to be told it would to three to four months. Ended up returning the ring. I must not spent enough to be worth their time. Dont go here unless you want your engagement ruined.

Go to the PV or Chandler location or ANYWHERE but this store!! When this store told me my repaired necklace was ready we went in to find it in three pieces. It was a simple solder, but they broke it in the store. They tried to blame the shipping company, but I saw how the tech probably broke it while placing it in the bag. When they brought it out fixed I burst into tears. It was my fifth anniversary gift. They did replace it under the warranty, but kept patronizing me, telling me I was a lucky girl to get a new one because its worth $$$$ NOW. Like I care. I still miss the old one. Not only can they not feel empathy, sympathy or responsibility, but they also cannot handle jewelry!

I went in today to the val vista mesa location to pick up items i had polished and i had a incident i had an item missing Buffy was beyond amazing she took the time to help me located the gentleman that originally helped me she was so patient even when i was loosing my patience she handled the situation so professional she did not stop till she figured it out for me and found my item while trying to help me the manager in was so rude and so uninterested his name was steve while Buffy was talking to me calming me down she tried getting help from steve or steven calling the coworker she asked if he could call him and he simply said no and walked away did not walk over to talk to me or did anything to help the situation. the only reason ill be returning to this location is because of Buffy ! im 1000 % satisfied with her i was super overwhelmed she even comforted me loved her service !!!!

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly! My husband and I bought our wedding rings here. I go every 6 months for the inspection, and every now and then for a cleaning. Every person in there is so nice and very helpful.
Had a watch transferred from another store, and it had several scratches on the case. It just so happened they had a second watch of the same model in store, but it was also scratched. Upon trying to order directly from the manufacturer through Jared, I was notified that they were on back order. However, I went on the manufacturers website and sure enough, the watch was available for purchase. Im not sure if theres a process breakdown between the purchaser and the manufacturer, or if their archaic inventory system is the culprit, but I wasted nearly a month trying to source a watch that took two seconds to buy online. Buyer beware - youre in for a headache if you want something more than whats available at the store. Dont be lured in by the 20% off like I was, just buy direct. Check the watch thoroughly for scratches and dings before you buy it, as they clearly dont upon receipt of new inventory. All in all, the lack of initiative by the sales team and erroneous information that was transmitted back and forth tells me Ill never shop at Jared again.

My wife and I shop here multiple times a year. She likes her Levian and I normally have my eye on a watch or 2.I have bought everything from our engagement ring to my last Tag here. Every sales person goes above and beyond to help.However one always stands out... George is my go to and he takes his customer service to another level. He remembers all my wifes and my wish lists. He recently sold me my Tag Aquaracer and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Thank you George.

My fiancée opted to let me pick my own ring after his proposal because he knew I wanted something unique. Two sales people at Jared helped us create exactly what I wanted. I was thrilled when it was complete, but horribly upset when one of the diamonds on my band fell out less than 72 hours later. I returned to the store to have it repaired. On my way out, the sweet manager on duty and a couple of the sales girls noticed I was upset and teary eyed- when I told them I was disappointed to be going to celebrate our engagement without my ring (it was supposed to take 3 days to have repaired), the manager rushed back to the repair counter and had my ring repair prioritized. It was ready and as good as new less than two hours later. So thankful for all their help and understanding.
Dishonest sales people. My daughters ring was sold as white gold. When she went to have it sized somewhere else, she was told it was silver & it couldnt be sized. When her boyfriend tried to return it, the sales person owned up to the mistake but then he was told that he would have to file a claim. They are still waiting for the refund!! Purchased a ring for my wife before Christmas and she still doesnt have it ! Tired to resize and damaged the ring ... tried to resize another ring that was in stock and damaged that one. Ordered one from the manufacturer... still no ring ! The Jared at I -10 and Ray Rd. in Chandler is better never had this issue there.Finally received the ring after several months. A Manager refunded me $100.00.

I will not be shopping here again. Ever. The saleswoman treated me poorly because I wasnt buying something expensive. Instead of trying to upsell me and move on if I said no, she gave me dirty looks and made upset sighing noises. I do not make a lot of money. If you plan on advertising as a place that you can shop for jewelry regardless of your salary, that theres something for everyone in the store, dont treat people who come in buying gifts for their girlfriends like garbage if they cant afford to pay thousands of dollars for shiny objects.Dont shop here unless you make six figures or higher. I would give this place a flat out 0 rating if the pendant I bought wasnt so well made and gorgeous.
