Very clean store with hand sanitizer right at door and end of some aisles. Sales on items were clearly marked as per item or must buy 3 sales. Well stocked. But self service aisle was not open yet and only 1 register open causing a long line wait of over 25 minutes for my 2 items. Then was asked to go to customer service for cigarettes, which had only 1 customer ahead of me asked only for a refund on 1 item and some lotto tickets; the single customer took the associate over 15 minutes. I give 4 stars because the timing of my visit may not reflect fully on the stores ability to normally handle shoppers and 1 visit shouldnt condemn them. I however remind management that a customers first experience is usually when they decide to be a repeat shopper or not- so they should strive to make every single person a 5-star-happy customer.

Every employee and Pharmacy person were friendly and professional! Everyone was helpful and came up to you without asking to see if I needed anything. When they smile genuinely, it makes a better day!

Ive not been to an Albertsons in so long I dont remember the last time I was in one. What shocked me the most was the absolute friendliness of the two employees I encountered there on the night of my visit. One walked me all around the store helping me find what I needed, and the cashier was super fun to talk to (they both were). I ended up be a couple of dollars and some change short. Instead of having me put something back, both employees made up the missing difference for me! (It really pays to be kind to people....). Best shopping experience Ive ever had at any grocer, ever!!! For this specific store? Highly recommended!

This store is always very clean and well-stocked. The staff is helpful in all departments and the management is competent for the most part. I am very happy that they added some self-checkout registers. They should really make sure to have these in all of their Albertsons and Safeway locations as an option for customers.

Shop at this store frequently. They are always well stocked, clean, have great choices and good sale prices. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Nice Clean, kinda like a Little Home Town Grocery here in the city. Not many left that feel like that. Oh, and the Bakery! They killed it on my Sons Golden Birthday cake. 4 on the 4th of July!😁💖

Disapponted in this store. Not very clean. Especially in deli area!. Flies everywhere including landing on the meat/cheese slicers. Dont ever go on a Sunday! They close down deli and meat departments early. Couldnt get any steaks cut and their selection was horrible

Very slow service and not a go to grocery store if you are on the go...there are lots of elderly people here as well and I am not trying to be mean but some can be rude if you dont do things that appease them and they name call you in the parking lot. It can be a problem if someone cannot ignore those situations. I however, can but it is unnecessary.

Great quality of products at reasonable prices. Service deli has great selection of deli meats and hot foods.

Kristina was very polite and took great care of me those hatch green chilies were delicious and she convinced me to try scallops which where good as well thank you for a pleasant experience

Our Favorite place 2 get just like Moms oatmeal cookies but last 2 visits they were a little over baked. Wonderful produce section & great deli.

I have to say my experience at this particular Albertsons was less than desirable. It was not busy as it was late memorial Day so I was rather surprised as well as extremely disappointed when I got to my vehicle and realized the girl bagging my stuff had bagged my cake, with strawberries and whipped cream on top, sideways as to where everything would fall off had I not noticed before going home. She also bagged my hamburger buns in with my honeydew melon then my is much smaller personal watermelon and my bag of grapes she didnt bother to bag whatsoever! Just left each of those products laying in the bottom of my cart. I guess it was my fault ultimately because I was paying attention to the cashier and the items she was ringing up rather than the bagger. My bad. But come on, really! Would anyone want their groceries bagged in such a manner? Is there not some common sense me asking from this scenario? Unfortunately this Albertsons receives a very poor review for me at this time. Shameful!

The store is fairly large and they have a great selection of items. The staff are friendly and the times I’ve been to the store it hasn’t been busy so there was no wait to checkout. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to pick up some groceries in the neighborhood

The store is clean and very organized. When we were looking for a certain size prime rib the meat department had no problem cutting o e for us. He also explained that it wasnt prime but the lesser cut. No big deal for us. We were grateful that he was willing to let us know just in case we were being picky. Everyone was very friendly too.

If I could give five negative stars I would, due to the way I was treated at the customer service counter today.I went to to pick up a package at the FedEx counter, which is attached to the customer service counter inside the Albertsons store. My husband is away on business but had ordered something through Amazon to be mailed to our home, and the package carrier was FedEx. Earlier in the week FedEx twice tried to deliver the package to our home, but Im never there during the day. They did leave two notifications on our front door. To rectify the situation, my husband asked FedEx to instead deliver the package to the FedEx inside Albertsons, and I would pick it up there.When I tried to get the package, because my husbands name was on the address and not mine, the woman at the customer service counter rudely said she couldnt help me, because there was no FedEx package addressed directly to me. Even though I explained to her that the package was in my husbands name, I was his wife, and he was away on business until September and had personally arranged for me to pick up the package at that store after FedEx tried twice to deliver it to our home, she still refused to help me. I even showed her my drivers license, which had the same address as the package. I asked if the package was even there, and she refused to tell me, saying that I would have to show her proof FedEx left notifications of failed delivery on my door.I angrily left, went home and dug through my trash to find the two notifications. Anticipating possible pushback, I also grabbed a bill with my husbands name and our address on it, as well as our marriage certificate, and I returned to the store. The same woman took the notifications, found the package, but still refused to give it to me, because my name wasnt on the notifications.By this time, my husband was on Skype with me and showed her his ID. I additionally took his mail and our marriage certificate and slid it through the 2-inch gap between the counter and the Covid protective plastic barrier that separated customers from employees. The woman loudly accused me of throwing my papers at her, which is impossible, BECAUSE OF THE PROTECTIVE BARRIER BETWEEN US.Another employee came over to help. The woman refused to give me the package, saying to the other employee that even though I showed her my marriage license, my last name was not the same as my husbands. She then refused to help me at all. The other employee quickly found the package, scanned it, and handed to me, apologizing for the inconvenience, while the woman continued to insist I threw my papers at her.While I appreciate the help of the second employee, if the rest of the staff is as disrespectful as this woman was to me, you should just close down your store now, because you will no longer have customers. I am making a point of letting my friends and family also know the treatment I received today and ask them to reconsider patronage at any Albertsons in the future.

My first visit to this particular store. Left empty handed. Was looking at ice cream, on sale for an excellent price. Hardly anything left. Seems to be a theme with sales items though, since I have visited two or three stores with similar results. Disappointing.

I dont shop in Albertsons that much. They have cut back a lot on their selection a product in the meat counter isnt as good as it used to be. I do like to get their chicken breast when its on sale for $0.99 a pound

Love this store! Only Albertsons I will go to! They had the best donuts at is any place except for Krispy, of course. They have an amazing Baker and super friendly staff who is always willing to help as much as they can. Also their deals with just you have been amazing!

Great store. Oh my God the old people tho! Get out of the way. I hate this side of town. Nothing but old people clogging up the rows in the store and in the parking lot. There is ONE entry to the store due to the pandemic (and I get it, we have to take certain steps for safety) BUT THE ONE ENTRANCE IS ALWAYS CLOGGED BY SOME OLD PERSON WHO NEEDS TO STAND THERE AND LOOK AT THE FLYER IN THE SMALL ENTRY WAY! Go home and look at the flyer there and then come to the store! Get out of my way. Go back to Iowa/Montana/Washington/Oregon you GD Snowbirds!

Great little store! Located in a very convenient area and the staff are friendly & helpful. High quality produce and meats. Gets a little busy between 5pm-6pm, so try and go before or after these hours if possible.

I went here two weeks ago and everyone was being forced to use the self checkout. I am not employed here and should not have to provide my own customer service. I have shipped here since this store has opened two to three times a week. I have not nor will not go back. If that is there way of running their store more power to them. I been going elsewhere, which it not close or Convienent. But customer service is most important to me. Sorry for my friends that are employed there. . You lost a loyal 20+ year customer.

This is my favorite store. Not too big, has everything I need. Great produce and deli departments. Great freshed baked goods. Its the closest thing to a neighborhood store around. I recognize most of the cashiers and they are always pleasant and helpful. Mary is my favorite 💕

Amazing place, food is stocked everytime I get there. There is room, and everything is organized well, with signs. Employees look like they are doing their jobs, so I am gonna say they are. Lines are never too long. I also have my favorite icecream there, that I cannot find anywhere else. Love it.

Good meat sales. Wont buy groceries on a regular basis. So much more expensive. Safeway as well. They have good products but cant afford to shop there. Not necessary to charge that much more than other stores for same products.

This is ACTUALLY the cheapest Albertsons Ive ever seen, & the people are SO friendly.

They make very nice cakes for a wonderful price. I ordered a custom 2 tier oreo cake with butterflies and flowers for my 3 yo. It was ready for pickup the next day! She loved it, and so did her guests.

I love the deli in that they have a large selection of salads.

Really wish they had the other set of doors open. Having one set of doors for people coming in and the other for people leaving makes social distancing a lot easier.
