I stopped here to get donuts for my sons club meeting. They DO NOT have donuts. But what they do have was very unique and well received by the team. I took pictures of many of the pastries and what I think of as Mexican style cookies. The baked goods are not as sweet as you would find in USA grocery stores so this is great for those looking to cut down on their sugar intake. The pastries with the cream cheese topping are DEVINE! I was so tickled as how much the kids loved them.This is a great cultural experience. The produce is huge and fresh. There are sections of Mexican candies and everyday kitchen items that are unique from Mexico.The meat counter is enormous! Ive never seen such a large variety of meat to choose from. The sea food looks so fresh you could swear they were just caught.At the entrance inside are a lot of Crain games to occupy bored children. A very teensy tine florist area is right by there and they offer some very decent flower bouquet.There is a restaurant here that offers sit down tables. All in all this was a very fun place to shop. There is also a very large handicap parking that takes up the center of the parking lot. The doors are automatics so this place is very handicap friendly.

Here at this supermarket its pretty good and prices are low even on meat products is low too the only thing I dont like is that they dont have a bagger for you too bag you have to your own other that is good Circle K on the Connor

I gave it 5 because I love the customer service.Everything is located where it can be found.The only thing I could see wrong. Is on me. I forgot the tortillas.

I normally dont shop at el super when I go is for sacks and products from my homeland that remind me my childhood and I cant find else where But the beef, chicken, seafood and produce are disgusting and I will never buy my groceries here. My cilantro went bad with in 24 hrs the meat has well. It ruined my daughters birthday. Its disgusting please buy your groceries elsewhere not worth your money.

I prefer ranch market, however...... El Super has a way more meat selections in the carnicería. I found it to be relatively cheaper than ranch market. I just may shop a bit more here than ranch.

I feel like rush hours at the meat deli should have more employees to help out the number line especially weekends.

This is a great place to get those harder to find Mexican cuisine items. I wanted to cook up some nopales and eggs. They had both trimmed and untrimmed cactus pads. I got the untrimmed and watched a youtube video to learn how. Trimming was easy.

I was looking for Oaxaca cheese for some family quesadilla time and they had plenty. The store overall was very well kept! I did go later at night one only 3 lanes were open but it was still a great experience.

This store is geared to the Spanish speaking Community. I like the fresh meat market. The fresh fruit. I do wish they carried more different American food items. But all&all its a great place to buy groceries. Fresh tortillas.

It is a waste of time coming here unless you have an emergency there is always huge lines to order and pay. They have 10 registers only 2 open. the meat department you have to wait at least 40 minutes to get help the produce its not the best you literally have to eat it within 2 days before it spoils. The meat quality can be a lot better for the prices that they have everyone at the bakery is rude...

New to the area and its hard to find Mexican markets around here... this is a good spot for meat and any other hard to find things you cant get at Albertsons or frys or places like that... definitely my go to!

I freaking LOVE El super. I wish they had these stores all over the country. Im from the East coast. I have never seen produce and meat so cheap. Hate to use that word bc its still QUALITY food!! You can also tell it was grown organically, not that steroid pumped up waxy fruit in other stores. Stay around forever please lol oh yes and Im African American and dont know a lick of Spanish but the staff is always EXTREMELY pleasant and friendly! Keep up the great work!

Great prices. Meat counter was fast and she was pleasant. The cashier was fast but not a morning person I guess... or at least to the customers... she had no problem carrying on a conversation with an employee but the customers barely got a word or a smile.

The waiting time at the butcher is absolutely ridiculous! You see people coming and going and only one person helping the costumers. Last time I will be buying there. Oh! You have to pack your own groceries. Cashiers won’t help you to save their lives. Very unpleasant experience!

This place is very clean. The vegetable and fruits are fresh. We love to go there. But not enough cashier. Only two available for a big store. Been there twice were I just have to leave. Also you need to bag your product

Customer service is horrible. Waited in lines for over 20 minutes. The cashier that help us Jancy was extremely slow. Did not know any of the produce codes. Did not greet at all. Didnt give me my total or say anything. If I could give her a 0 I would.

Great prices, huge selection of fruits and vegetables, the meats are exactly what I like.

Worst customer service ever! About 15 people waiting to get meat, only one employee. I went in at 1:04 PM waited about 20 minutes. Spoke to a manager who only said we dont have any one else. I walked out empty handed. I am definitely sticking to Safeway and Bashas ! I guess as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for! 😒 Never again! No matter how inexpensive it may be.

This place is always packed with great, fresh produce and sales

Only 3 registers open with 25+ people in line. Some genius thought it would be beneficial to make everyone use one door for entrance and exit.

Always has great prices for MEXICAN imports and brands. Clean and doesnt have too many people inside. El super is my go to for the majority of my grocery shopping.

The amount of time standing in line to be rang up you could literally shop at the ranch market across 10 times faster. I could have went to 3 different stores in the amount of time it took me to be checked out. It seems like a fairly busy location so I dont understand how they are lacking staff. Hire more workers!!! Its obvious this company does not care. Save your time and go to the ranch market. At least they dont smell like rotting meat!

They are one of the only stores that carries one of my favorite spices. Prices on juice and milk, etc are VERY HIGH! Its chraper at target.

I like to buy on Wednesdays because they have vegetables and fruits cheaper than the other days. Also there is more fresher then Rancho and of course then Food City. I found there Mexican products really tasty like cream, mole, etc

Shop here more than anywhere else. Meat and veg prices are unbeatable even off sale days. Very clean and well stocked. Sometimes long checkout lines sometimes not.

Great store. My husband and I are senior citizens a young woman helped us at the meat counter then handed me a ten dollar bill!!!!! WOW I was supprised I cryed could not believe some one cared. THANK YOU So much.

This was our first time going to El Super. We like the variety of meats, and seafood at real good prices. We recommend El Super. We will be shopping there on a regular.

Their a good store but they need to take care of their products especially the meat bc, the 3 times my family and I have bought meat it smelled and was rotting. And the next day when we went to confront them they said that we could complain for all we wanted and that health services wouldnt do anything to them and they kept is waiting for 20 minutes after that.

El super fulfills all my grocery needs. Has a wide variety of produce from meat to vegetables at great quality. Price point is good and has some extras with the small restaurant in it.

I went to El Super today because of the specials in the paper. I found a few but was disappointed that most of them were sold out. As I shopped I had to ask for help and appreciated that the employees helped me, mostly, in English. My Spanish is not the best. When I went to check out I noticed long lines, with many people having filled and overfilled carts. Then I saw there were only 4 of the 12 checkout lines open. This was Saturday, around 1245pm, a really busy time. During my entire wait of nearly an hour, no additional checkout registers were opened. The lines just got longer. Four people behind me got out of my slowest moving lane and into a different one. All four customers left the store with full carts before I ever got to the register. It seems our cashier kept excusing herself to go help out other clerks on their registers. Perhaps she was management, I dont know, but when I finally got to the register with my food on the conveyor belt, she left again for 3 more minutes, the fifth time since I had gotten in line. Even opening one additional register would have relived some of the frustration that I saw on almost everyones face. Having an actual manager, doing manger stuff, like helping any cashier who needed it, and not having a cashier floating all over the place is a better choice than what I witnessed today. I will not be returning to this location again.

Majority Hispanics- cashiers are bilingual. Great customer service. You will find items not seen in years. Store is kept clean and well stocked.

The produce department is really lacking quality, its almost empty and whats left is spoiled. The cheese department has people that havent been properly trained they take too long to serve the costumers and the meat department is the WORST, dont even think about trying to get anything there if you dont have at least 20 minutes to waste waiting.

The deals are good, but the cashiers are not to friendly they never said hi and thank you.

The lady working at the cheese counter at 7:39 on Wednesday February 19 is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered when we asked to taste a slice of cheese she handed us the cheese in the rudest manner and her attitude is just horrible, like seriously if you don’t like your job don’t work in customer service. She seriously needs a attitude adjustment if she’s Gonna be working in that section.

It is mainly a Hispanic supermarket, but you can find many products that anybody could use. The prices are right also.

Always a long line to get meat or seafood . And if you do, plan on staying there for an hour standing waiting for your meat or seafood. Meanwhile, shop for your groceries and wait for your number to be called.

Nice selection of many items especially chilies and hot sauces. They make their own tortillas.

At least they deserve one star. The employees should have a better attitude, if you don’t like your job then just quick and do something about it. Don’t just take it out on Customers. You have to deal with customers that’s what you signed up for. Good price on everything but I stopped getting the chicken from here it’s just disgusting, the texture is rubbery and the smell is just horrible.
