I have been shopping around for a hot tubs and had an experience at a totally different store/ company where the salesman was super rude and would likely have not talked to me the way he did if my husband was there. I then went to AZ Spas and Patio, and Dan was helping me. He was so kind, helpful and easy to understand! He educated me on more of the process of being a hot tub owner and I was very appreciative of his professionalism. When we decide on the right hot tub we will definitely be working with Dan!

We love this store! Lori & Russ are so helpful and so great to work with. Its refreshing to walk into a store and be greeted with a warm welcome by such knowledgeable and attentive owners.We picked up these amazing chairs last week and they were such a great addition to our patio. I recently have been looking to spruce up my backyard with patio furniture and likely a spa. I discovered AZ Spas and Patio in the valley which is a family owned local store with subject-matter generational experience. Upon entering the store, they gave me an opportunity to look around and politely asked if I needed any help. They provided very personalized consultation on spas and furniture options which was great because I feel like many just want to up-sell me or sell me something I simply will not need. They have very competitive pricing on service and it is nice to see that it is a one-stop shop for accessories and maintenance products. It was such a pleasure doing business with this company. Russell Moody was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable as far as providing guidance as to which spa I wanted to purchase. He also set me up with his concrete guy, Travis Lumby Concrete LLC. Travis poured the concrete within a couple of days after I ordered the spa. He did great work in spite of the triple digit temps. The guys who did the setup were also very helpful. I was a little disappointed where the drain was located and they suggested a small alteration and made it happen!

I purchased a spa about 3 weeks ago from Az Spas & Patio. They gave me excellent financing with 48 months interest free. After using it for 3 weeks my water became murky. I also noticed my removable filter was cracked at the threads. I called Russell and he took care of me 100%. We went over chemical readings and maintenance on my spa. He gave me a new filter and a couple of bottles to raise/decrease our PH levels. This was all done on a Sunday afternoon. Thanks Russell
