I won’t get into the details of how I came upon this Southwest Spas location, but after receiving a call back from Serge, I went in and there he was all smiles and eager to assist me. And teach me about the inner workings and Health Benefits of the dimension one spas. Outstanding customer service and follow ups to make sure that I was happy with my purchase (including if I was actually using it) Id give them 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend this location. Serge’s knowledge and contagious happy attitude, have gone above the bar in service and product. Thank you serge :) I love my spa!

From the second we stepped into Southwest Spas we had first class attention. Jeremy spent so much time going over in detail all of the different spas and their own unique features. We ended up selecting the Meridian and we are super happy with it. We couldn’t believe how quick everything happened. We were expecting a few months to get delivery or get everything set up to be ready, but Jeremy handled everything and we ended up getting the electrical, crane delivery, and installation within a week from purchase! Unbelievable. Southwest really took care of us, which was so nice because we were nervous being first time spa owners. The boys that came to install were super friendly and taught us everything we needed to know about caring for it. We feel super comfortable with it and excited to get a lot of use out of it.

Purchased this D1 spa, Lotus Bay late last year and have not stopped using it. Multiple people have been in it and love all the features or just like to relax with many seating options. With the maintenance reminders built in its easy to stay on top of maintenance. Chemicals and filters are no concerns when its time to relax. Very pleased with the staff and product. 👍

Amazing experience from start to finish!! We were purchasing for a rental we have and we live out of state, so needed to do all this from out of town. From my initial conversation with Serge, I felt at ease and informed. He made the whole process flawless! Sent pictures along the way and included all pricing, nothing hidden. I was so impressed with Serge: a friendly gentleman, he is knowledgeable, answered all my questions, gave information I did not think to ask about and there was no pressure from him at all. I had intended to check out a couple of other spa showrooms, but I bought the Cove from Southwest Spas immediately without doing so because I really liked the spa features (I did research online for other spas). The Southwest Spas tubs had everything and more than I wanted at a great price AND I really liked Serge. Everything went along as he described: I had my spa delivered and installed 3 days later; it works perfectly, it is beautiful and I love it. The jets and hydrotherapy are better than any hot tub I have experienced. It is easy to get in and out of; all of the 5 molded/formed seats are perfectly comfortable. I was concerned because I have had back injuries and other hot tubs force a position that is uncomfortable for me. Serge made sure I would be OK by having me test each seat in the showroom. I worked with Jeremy in picking out the jacuzzi that I now own (Nautilus). I’ve done extensive research on the brand and the unit I purchased and was very pleased to know that I was buying it for 4,000$ under normal retail value. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful as well. When I finally decided on the unit I wanted he had it delivered two days later and professionally installed with a team of 5 guys within an hour and half, even though my electrical situation was complicated. Do your research and you will see that you will be getting a great deal buying from here, the warranty on these units is unheard of in the industry and they hold their value for many years so it’s a great investment especially if you want to raise the value of your home.

Absolutely a great experience from beginning to end. Jeremy was definitely a low pressure sales guy and has been there post purchase to answer a couple of questions I’ve had. I had a valve housing break on my spa. The guys at Southwest Spa were extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to bring my part into the store and they had the part in stock. The owner (im guessing) was very nice and tried to help me out as much as possible and was very knowledgeable. Purchased a circulation pump a used one definitely looked promising. Neither of us noticed that the volts were less on the pump then the one I needed. I called to mention this he apologized and he gave me a full refund. Please come here for your needs he will definitely take care of you!

This is the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. My wife and I decided to go look at hot tub’s but Hadn’t planned on buying one, we just wanted to look. But after being there and seeing the Features, we changed our mind.The ozone features which makes so that we don’t have to put chemicals in was a great selling point. These are literally maintenance free. Also, and just as important was the way we were treated with respect without a sales pitch letting the product speak for itself. We had an issue with the spa after draining it but I was able to call them up on a Saturday morning and they sat on FaceTime with me walking me through step by step how to fix it. I absolutely LOVE my Cove. The Spa is comfortable and great looking. It fits my small patio area perfectly. I have been using it every day! I alternate using the different seats because they are all great.I used to have a built in spa in the yard at my previous home, and although it was beautiful, it did not compare to my Cove! The jets are powerful but comfortable and it is surprisingly quiet. You never feel any part of the jet, only the soothing water. Needless to say, my house is a very popular destination for my friends!I cant thank you enough for suggesting I get the Cove; it is the perfect choice.

We bought our Dimension One Spa, the Aurora II model, 15 years ago from Melinda at Southwest Spas. We have enjoyed relaxing it in and havent had any problems with it. We went there today to have the gasket in the motor replaced for the first time. The service dept was very helpful. Im sure this will last another 15 years. It was nice to see that Melinda is still there and learn she is opening another store in Gilbert. I would highly recommend Southwest Spas for anyone looking for a great value and excellent service.

My wonderful 15 year old spa died last December and I shopped all over the place to find a replacement.I was VERY happy with the service. I went to the showroom three times to make sure the Dimension One Meridian was the spa for me. Melinda helped me measure the jets on different spas so I could find the one that fit me very particular needs exactly.Ive had the spa now for almost a year and use it almost every day. Im happy with the quality of the spa and the features are excellent.The research, purchase, delivery, setup and electrical work was all performed with the highest level of professionalism.Ive recommended friends and family to Southwest Spas multiple times. We purchased our Dimension One spa the Dream model over a year ago, from Southwest Spa in Mesa. My wife has had major issue with degenerative disk in her back and has a lot pain some days. She says it is like a personal therapist and has worked wonders for the pain. The store and product seemed ok but the saleswoman was a lot to deal with. Fast talking and pretending we were so special and The deal of a lifetime because of the military service. Patronizing and trying to get our money as fast as they can. No thanks, even if it is the most amazing deal ever.

Im over the moon happy with my purchase. I obsessed and researched for almost a year before deciding on an aroura and southwest spas. I ran my own electrical which probably saved me well over a grand. Ive talked to and been helped by all 3 generations of this family owned business and feel I got a pretty smoking deal although Ive only had it for 4 months. The delivery guys made light work of it and had me going in an hour or so . Had a tiny issue 3 months in but Dean came out and handled it like a pro. Ill update later if I have any problems with the tub but so far I love it- jets are great and the pumps are more than sufficient. I have full confidence that Yanni or Tyler will take good care of me if need be. Honestly, it would be foolish to buy a hot tub anywhere but southwest spa.

Always have great service with these people they have helped me take care of my pool and spa since Ive moved into the area.

I had a problem with a spa cover purchased in 2013. Due to heavy rains, it was caving in and leaking. Bobby Dalacas who handles the servicing for Southwest Spas (his company is actually Pricebusters Pool & Spa but hes in the same location) was over the top helpful. He came to my house, picked up the cover, brought it back and repaired it and then re-delivered. This was really way beyond the call of duty. I was really happy with this amazing service and I highly recommend both Bobby and Southwest Spas.

Quick to sell you their Dimension One product however service is costly. Do your homework on the warranty, because although parts and actual service may be covered under warranty I learned they get around this by charging an expensive trip charge ! Came across others that have experienced the same !

Honest staff and decent prices. You can do far worse than these guys.

I love my Amore Bay Dimension One Spa I purchased several years ago at Southwest Spas in Mesa, Az. The spa is amazing for therapy, pain relief and entertainment. Southwest Spas has provided GREAT customer service.
