Extremely pleased with the customer service provided to me during the selection of appliances. There were many options to choose from, and staff were very knowledgeable. I was also extremely pleased with the short time frame of deliver. Their delivery team came out within 2’days and hours before the scheduled time. They were courteous, quick, very professional. I had an issue with the store during my order pickup time. Had both store managers Sean and Tiffany call me and resolve the problem within hours. Its unfortunate that the issue occurs in the first place. The store just need to monitor what is going on better aka tag switching. Im just happy that I am still able to get a refrigerator that is still under warranty at a discounted price. Im willing to be a return customer since they went above and beyond to take care of me. After buying my washer and dryer here from Morgan, I returned and purchased my new king bed. The Personal Customer Service at this place is OUTSTANDING. Alan the manager went out of his way to track down a specific mattress I wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the one I really wanted. I meet Alicia when coming in and checking on the progress tracking down the right mattress, and she gave me her personal number to reach her if I had any questions or just needed to check on things. The two girls that sit behind the desk in the front are so sweet and always very friendly. And I definitely dont want to leave out my sales guy Craig he was able to get me the financing I wanted. 10 STARS YOU GUYS. Its hard to find wonderful Personal Customer Service anymore.

Meh - nothing bad about the location, staff or products; just found another competitor who offered a wider selection of appliances. The atmosphere seemed to be dry and when I walked in - it took some time to be seen as there was only one gentleman helping a family. Some light music, more employees, brighter ambiance to appeal to the public.

Price doesn’t differ much from online and big retail stores. We actually thought we’re saving money by buying the last stock chest freezer on display but turns out it costs the same to buy new in box from other stores like Home Depot or Best Buy. Anyway, rating this store 5 stars for good service and Morgan assisted us well.

I went to the Carrollton location and they were so unorganized and not very friendly, I wish i could move all of their inventory to the Mesquite store because their associates were so friendly the young ladies really made the atmosphere fun and welcoming. I highly recommend this store

We had a great experience! Rubi was also great, she was very courteous and professional!*** Update*** So, after cancelling our order within a few days of the initial purchase, we are now having difficulty getting the manager to send a credit memo to their finance company to stop any automated payments from being withdrawn from our account. I have left a few messages without a return phone call from any management staff. The rating change is no reflection on the service that Rubi and Courtney (who helped us after the purchase) provided. It is regarding the intentional lack of follow through and non-sharing of information by management to ensure that the refund process was just as smooth and efficient as the purchase was. As of today, one payment has been made to their finance company on appliances that were never delivered, and the managers will not return your call. This is unacceptable.

Rubi and Tiffany were exceptional in meeting our needs and going above and beyond to serve my family. We truly appreciate them both and also recommend this Mesquite location for the best service and available products.

My disabled husband and I were surprised and disappointed on delivery day when our furniture was dropped off in boxes. The five star rating goes to their employees B for recommending someone to assemble our furniture and Darius for coming to our rescue to assemble our living room and dining room set for a meager amount. He also took time to inform his employer we was missing the bench that went with our dining room. My husband called and spoke with Tiffany who after hearing his story knew right away about the situation and arranged for us to come pickup the bench the same day. Thanks guys due to your great customer service we will be repeat customers.

I decided to check out the store because I needed a refrigerator because mines had gone out.. I had been approved to spend a certain amount through the financing company. I looked around at a few refrigerators before I found one that I liked. But it was over my price range. I was working with a sales rep name Shawn. He asked me do you really like that one, I told him yes. He said let me see what I can do. He came back gave me the number and it was within the amount I got approved to spend. I really appreciate that. You don’t get great customer service in some businesses anymore. But he went above and beyond to help me get what I liked. At check out he gave me the dates of when the next delivery was available. I had no choice but to take it. About 5 mins later the sales rep Tiffany came over and said we can deliver your refrigerator tomorrow if you like I have a opening.. She even offered to make my delivery first since I work over night and sleep during the day. She wanted me make sure I was up in order to receive it. Thank you so much Shawn and Tiffany you guys gave me excellent customer service and I appreciate you 2.Delivery dayThe 2 gentlemen that came was very nice. They hooked up the refrigerator then explained to me how everything worked. They made sure all the functions was working properly. They were prompt and on time. Pros: cheap prices, offer payment plans and a friendly staff.Cons: I bought a 3 piece sectional and when they delivered my couchs, they were literally just dropped off in my living rooms. no unwrapping or help putting them into place at all. Also the legs came unattached without hardware to install.

Sean helped us find the mattress we needed and when he realized he was out of stock he went out of his way to help us find the mattress we wanted at another location. Could not have asked for a better experience!!
