Prices arent cheaper, but its convenient compared to waiting on Amazon or the hair vendor like I normally do.Wigs are decent, but only get human hair. Them synthetic wigs last a good week (thats anywhere tho). Lol

This store is amazingly one of the best Beauty Supply stores Ive purchase products since the 80s. I found this fabulous humsn hair wigthat looks, feels, shampoos, styles like teal African American hair. I bought it three years ago and it has stood the test of being the best. The sales people were generous and most helpful in accommodating my every need from haircare products to make-up, nails, novelty hats, jewelry and all their latest and up to date areas of beauty, haircare products and skincare. Hope I can get another wig like the one I purchased 3 years ago or one or two similar in quality and style, easy to manage in care and holds the quality in direct care...just like you would with real human hair

BUYER BEWARE!!! The owners here I must say completely disappointed me. I am new to the area, and this beauty supply deemed convenient. My initial visits I noticed the pricing was slightly higher than most beauty suppliers. I disregarded because of the convenience.(remember I am new and was not familiar with any others) I visit once again, and have a very friendly chat with an employee. This employee is a black young lady, whom after speaking with me long enough; finally felt comfortable enough to tell me that they discriminate against her. She explains she is very knowledgeable of the registers and store, but the owners would not allow her to work any other position other than stocking and floor needs. I thought well maybe thats the kind of ship they want to run, its there business right. Nah, I come back on a different encounter and they have a asian young lady behind the counter. I asked her for knowledge of things on the floor and she could not help.me with anything. She could not show me where any item I asked. I was completely shocked. At the same time she could not get my order correct since they type in every item you purchase. I asked her for my receipt. By that time the owner was there and was completely rude when asking for a receipt. He says everything is right, we charged you right). I asked him for my receipt as I am entitled too. He finally gives me the receipt. So as I am leaving I am curious to know the policy of becoming a cashier. I asked the owner and he just seemed to not understand. Fine, I ask the young lady and she says I just started here. So that would explain...one thing(knowledge) but not how she became the cashier or work behind the counters. Poor black girls are being used.... Shame on the Asian family who runs this business. Equal opportunity! If you want to k ow about a very friendly Beauty Supplier I recommend crossing the bridge and going to Victorias Beauty Supply. They even have real fragrances like YSL, Armani, Chanel etc....for a very affordable price. Real Deal. I am actually glad that this encounter happened or I never would have found this gem. Its only an extra 2 min away. Ill take great customer service, respect over convenience anyday.

I purchased three wigs today from this store, I got home and realized the colors were not right. So, I tried to return them three hours later with the original tags still attached and not worn. The owner said that I probably wore them. I will never shop at this store again. Buyer Beware!!!!

If theyre not right there helping you and you dont see them, theyre peeking at you just to make sure what you grab you pay for. Nice people but I almost stepped on one of the guys because he was on the floor peeking lol.

Love Queen love the lady that works in wig section always helpful. One of the lady that works the resigster always over charge you not cool so pay attention for that.

I’ve always came to this store for the best prices in mesquite. I had the worst experience ever at this store. I was in there with my kids and the guy behind the counter tell my 6yr old son he looks like a Gorilla and he thought it was funny then he goes and repeat that again ha ha you look like gorilla. Before I knew it I Responded to the man by saying your Are using a racial slur to my child he is unaware of what you’re saying but I do . Then I said you being an adult should know better. Basically lost a Loyal customer.

I love getting lashes, braid hair and hair products that I cant typically find elsewhere. Good selection of wigs. Not overpriced like some others.

They follow you around like youre a common thief. A bit overpriced. But not many options in mesquite. I only go if I have too. But no big purchases because theyre rude. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

First time at the store. Greeted when I walked in and they asked if I needed help vs other beauty supply houses you walk in and on your own to find what you need.

Lets just say different cultures might be their reason. They come off rude and not wanting to be bothered but want you to spend your money still. Alot of Chinese and Asian comes off rude in these beauty supply stores. Then will try and talk to you like you dont know nothing.

AVOID!!! NO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! They are nice and disrespectful! I guess that they ASSUME that everyone that comes in from DDs is there to steal something so they will attempt to snatch your bag out of your hand when you enter the store.To be real DDs is probably helping them stay in business. There are always more employees than customers. Also, their prices are much higher than Gold or even Sallys. Hopefully, this place will close soon. Stores that do not respect the consumers that they cater to do not deserve to receive any of that demographic money.
