Teachers are super helpful! The scenery is really nice as well. Im so glad that classes will be taken in person starting this fall!

Awesome Community College Campus. Instructors and Staff are Student Centric. Safety is paramount during COVID. Nice facility that is being updated.

The bookstore staff for Dallas college have worked around the clock through the pandemic to send students textbooks and lab kits.

Eastfield is a really huge campus and you can easily get lost since there are no signs to label and tell you where to go. Also, I feel like they need to do better in informing students about events that are going on in the campus, because they just had one and if I wouldnt have gone because I needed to go to the bookstore, then I wouldve missed it and it was actually fun.

Its a fantastic college campus and an amazing place to study full of polite and eager people ready to learn and take on real life! I love it here, and its the best choice Ive made in many years!!!

It has gotten a lot better over the years and people are friendlier than before. Much much better.

Employees there should pay more attention. Went to get an access code card and I gave the guy my class section and number and he looked it up to see which one I needed. He gave me an access code but the wrong one! I didnt realize until I tried using the access code to enter my course and it said it wasnt the right code for my course. I should have double checked and made sure he was doing his job right before spending $123 on access code that HE looked up and said was the right one. Have to buy another access code online. If you come here just make sure to double check what youre paying for.

Im a student and they are willing to help anyone who is willing to help themselves succeed and progress in life, and yes they will go to outer limits to help you understand and will not give up on you.

They lost my book a couple times. 3 stars for excellent customer service

I would suggest getting rid of the college books used for each term, as the term ends in order to make sure the value is not depreciated and get more than what you would waiting till you finish your degree. They do not take spiral bound books.

Returned a book I rented for a semester and they charged my card a month later. Eastfield is a joke compared to other community colleges.

What kind of college bookstore has such short hours on Friday and the weekend? Some students work and can’t be here from 8-5. Absolutely ridiculous.

Employees should be more informed about stuff...and also just because its a bookstore in a college they should have the books available...everytime i need a book we have to preorder and go back to get it.

People were kinda rude and didnt help me at all. Just kept sending me to different places or passing me off to other people.

I really like the bookstore and I like the t-shirts and variety of other cool stuff in there. Pretty well clean in there but price is a little expensive. I going to give this bookstore 4 stars.

Waited 2+ weeks for a no show book that I ordered online for an online class. I live very far away and could not make it to campus, the entire point of an online class. After almost 2 weeks I called and they said well we ran out, but the item showed in stock when I ordered. They said they had just gotten it in and it would ship out and be there in 2-3 days. It must have been a ploy to get me off the phone because in 2-3 days I then received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. My next call to the bookstore was met with another individual that could care less than the first and promptly transferred me to the managers voicemail, from whom I have heard nothing back from. Huge suprise, this is a community college and I expect as much but for the thorough raping of the cost of the book you would think they could get it to me on time for the class.

Horrible service. They never contacted me regarding my book ordered. And they charged me when they had cancelled the order because the book package was not available!!I took 1405 Chemistry Intro Winter term 2016 the professor always took forever to reply back and when he did....he wouldnt even respond my question or concerns!!! I will never take any class with Eastfield.

Had some one talk me into spending $30 more by misrepresenting what I do with the Cengage unlimited.

My Son attends there I like dropping him and using there restrooms it always very clean thank to the cleaning people

Really bad service all together. Called 6 times over a week period of time and it would go to voicemail, which was full through the entire week so no message could be left. Then when I finally got a hold of someone about the email Ive been getting saying I havent turned in the books which I had turned in the week prior, they said I would just have to pay it, they refused to even look for the book in the book store. Do not rent books from here, avoid it at all costs or you may be charged for it even after returning it

I honestly hate this place. The advisors are always so rude and bitchy! Im on probation due to having some emotional issues but they assume everyone who is on probation one is lazy and therefore deserves to be treated like crap! DO NOT GO HERE! go to Collin College instead

I trust this book store when Im buying a soda and thats about it. Its a revolving door and I have never NOT had a problem when buying books.
