They have some pretty neat stuff stuff here. Some items are a little more than expected.

Kids love it but over priced. You can find all the candy stuff at Five and below update they signed me up for some sub I wasnt aware of. 12 dollars later and 21 mins on the phone with my bank whack

I dont know if this is controlled at the store level or local area level but the prices for things are ridiculously high. Other FYEs like Grapevine Mills didnt have stuff this expensive, some things are double the price of places like Target. Really weird, didnt end up buying anything cause you could find the same stuff cheaper within a few miles or online.

Did you know they barely have DVDs and music anymore? I just noticed the other day. Mostly just fandom related stuff, not that its a bad thing. Just disappointing if youre hunting for old movies/anime/music.

Nice location, convenient. Clean and organized, wide selection for the amount of space in store. Decent selection of records and collectables, fun to look around, friendly helpful staff. Wish there was more watchable media, comic books, and a bit more space. Not a bad location, will be back again.

A small variety of anime and old-school comics, this place has some of the best pop culture collectibles you could find. Its always something nice to browse around or find something for your inner nerd. Stuff like Pokemon Dragon Ball Z and Demon Slayer, two things like Deadpool Captain America Iron Man and Batman.

I used to love coming to this store but recently they havent updated their stock. Ever since they reopened from covid the store has been slowly declining.

This FYE used to be pretty cool but theyre pretty empty now. Not even half the stuff they used to have. Hopefully its just due to the pandemic.

Extremely unhappy with their Backstage pass membership. I called to cancel back in March and they said it was done and I wouldn’t be charged. I then got charged two months in a row and called back in May. Joy said since I didn’t still have my confirmation number they couldn’t refund me. I asked her to cancel my membership again. To confirm it was cancelled this time, I then called Richard and he messed up and said “I see that you cancelled in March....ummm I mean May 2021”. So it WAS in the system that they should have cancelled it and they kept charging me anyways. Very unhappy with their dishonesty. The cashier assured me I could cancel easily, but then I was charged twice. Beware!!

They told me their ‘pass’ was free and asked if I wanted to subscribe when I was checking out of their store....I thought it was a free points membership. It was not. I cannot stress enough that they should warn you much more thoroughly what you’re getting subscribed to. They then charged my card for months for several magazine subscriptions. It was a total headache to try cancel and get any of my money back. Who would actually want that?

DO NOT sign up for the free membership just to save a small percentage. It turns into a subscription service thats a pain to cancel.Other then that, stock on everything here has been real low lately. But you can find some cool stuff no one else sells.

Scammy business practice. They will sign you up for a “free” membership program that costs 12/month. Of course they don’t tell you that in store. Use cash and don’t give them any info.

I love that their is a store dedicated to anime. My family are huge anime fans. However this store feels unorganized cluttered and stuffy. There is not enough room to walk about and customer help at this location was invisible.I do like that they carry a lot of the anime stuff and even foreign foods. I like to get this stuff for my anime artist to try and realize what life in Japan would be like, until we can actually visit.

I use to work here and the General Manager Daniel cut my hours, then wrote me up right before firing me, just because I didn’t scam enough people into getting the membership card or magazine subscriptions. The employee’s hours are strictly based on how many people they can scam. I was encouraged to use any tactics necessary, including lying about the charges. Don’t ever give them your email and only use cash!

The store itself is pretty cool and I have never had a problem in the actual store. The membership is where everything goes downhill. i purchased an order during cyber Monday and my purchase went through successfully. I later find out that it was out stock even though my purchase went through. A customer service associate mentioned I would get a full refund and to this day I have not gotten that refund. I have called customer service twice to cancel my membership that I was not aware of and they never listen to me. Customer care is meant to listen to the customer and find the best solution so that the customer is satisfied and happy. Dont even mention the additional charge for spotify or the magazine subscription which I was informed that was part of the package. One star rating is still too good for them

The store is really cool and I like shopping there me and my husband went in one day and was treated so rudely we even had our things that we paid for thrown by a employee ms.Garcia then her store manager Ms.Whitney Vanderburg assaulted me for ask the young lady why did she throw our things I made a report with the mall which they did nothing but a report the two young ladies lied about they actions me and my husband tried to get camera footage showing that what we was saying was true and we was told that don’t have cameras in that location I had to go to the mesquite police department and press charges I contacted the company witch like most they never reply or call back

Great place with so much to look at. You will definitely spend money as there is so many things you will want to buy. I could become broke if I go too often. Staff is friendly and helpful. Staff walks around the store the whole time asking if you need anything which I know is there job and partly them watching for security reasons but I do feel like they come and ask you if you need help too much. I like that I can find someone in this store for help but if I say Im good I dont want someone asking me every ten minutes if I need help its a bit much. Prices are good something are pricey but it depends on the product. I think there prices for the most part are reasonable. I definitely recommend this store.

I love this store! They have really cool stuff from popular TV shows and some really unique items! I love all of the variety of t shirts and socks they have. They also are a great stop for pretents!

My first time going to this store. Really awesome how you can create your own CD to burn. FYE has a bunch of awesome merch you wouldnt typically find anywhere else. Employees were kind and patient as the day was rather busy. Wishing there was a location in Lubbock as I was in Dallas visiting.

All kinds of pop culture items. They also carry DVD, Blu-ray, vinyl, small electronics, and a nice selection of Japanese and various snacks. Tons of shirts for anything you might want, but nothing over 2x. The employees are helpful and nice, but really try to push their discount club on you.

Cashier was a quick talker and was delaying the check out process until I was subscribed to all of the free subscriptions. I asked if any were going to renew as payments on my card and he said NO. After paying, he handed me their store advertisement and said that I would need to call the number on the back to cancel my free subscription so I wouldnt be paying for future months subscriptions. THAT WAS WHAT I ASKED IN THE FIRST PLACE! I will definitely not go back to FYE.

This store is super cool and has a nice variety of T-shirts, snacks, vinyl records, collectible figures, and more. Ive found a lot of unique things here that I havent seen anywhere else. The only down side is that everything is a bit expensive.

This is my favorite store! It has so many great things and is the all time nerd store. They have great t-shirts and Funko pops and sometimes they have great sales.

The place was great! Lovely staff and tidy product placing! We were even able to kid around with one of the workers about some Overwatch merchandise! Walked out with two nice shirts and some smiles over all.

People were friendly and helpful

Really like how everything is laid out on the sides, very organized and spacious. When you go into smaller stores like hot topic it feels cramped in, so in comparison thats a plus. Kind of pricey in terms of DVDs and Blu-Rays. You might find some diamonds in the rough like a complete naruto dvd set if you have the money. Stuff ranges from small little cute snacks, plushies, shirts, PoPs, figures and more. Other than the prices being a bit higher, I think its a not a bad option at all. Stop by if youre looking for anything mentioned.

Not the best selection and prices are better for pop culture items on ebay or amazon. Feeling nostalgic to stroll through a converted music store? Okay, swing by but dont expect to find any bargains.

The space here is huge! Lots of stuff was on sale and there is a great deal of WWE Merchandise than expected! Lots of good stuff on sale and staff was very friendly and helpful! Good place to find some pop culture stuff, consider a look around.

I liked this place very much. Its sorta like hot topic, except brighter lights and things are more spaced out. Which I enjoyed. I got a hoodie and it was thing I ever felt. Cost was $9.99. So cheap!

Cool store prices are so/so.Somethings are little more some fare.But the long curly hair guy little older was a bit wrong. He would not leave me alone to the point I was going to punch him. Acting like I was stealing or something.Im thinking on not going back.

Went into store to browse ended up buying something and the sales person Daniel signed me up for the rewards card cool but when I got home to look at it I will be charged a monthly fee. Not one time was this even told to me about a monthly reacurring charge, thats bull to not even be told and then be charged Im so glad I looked saved me a hassle later, the customer should be made aware, bad customer service will not go back

Woulda been five stars if the credit card machine accepted my VISA that I literally left FYE and used at Chick-fil-A but then back to FYE I go and it STILL wont run.. makes ZERO sense and very frustrated about this still. So embarrassing that I had more than enough money to buy my husband and I two $7 shirts and my card is denied over and over like Im poor when actually its YOUR machine. Aside from this, the store is very clean and has everything we love. Thanks

It’s a great store, love coming in here and seeing everything they have, just don’t like the fact I pre-ordered a vinyl 2 days before the release date, and then receiving an email the night before it came out that I can pick up my reservation the next day. I come around, and they tell me it isn’t coming in until tuesday, understandable, not their fault, but don’t send me an email for something that isn’t ready to be picked up. Don’t think I’m gonna be pre-ordering anything from here again, but i’ll still come in and shop.

Love the merchandise but not the mall its in just my personal opinion.

Amazing store at Town Eat Mall. Tons of unique and funny items in the store, from imported candies to retro posters and music. Kind of a nerdy quirky type of place but one of the best stores at Town East in my opinion.

It seems that this FYE (maybe all?) has shrunk back from being primarily a movie and music store to all things pop culture. Its like a hot topic, but without the teenage angst. I dug it. They had a bunch of funko pops, manga and comic clothes, toys, etc. Definitely worth the look.

Is located on second floor. Has a very good Selection of pops even with their exclusives. Staff was friendly and offered us with help. They also sell movies and some hard to find box sets. They used blu rays and dvds that go on sale at times. Some of there of the Merchandise is separated theme and organized.

Great stuff here but not organized well. Unless its something that was just released you have to look through everything. Especially the vinyls

The place has cool things I can buy but they should have some more things to buy but its still a good place to buy your kids or your self. 👌
