Totally unprepared, they have a brand new store and yet they don’t have the necessary equipment to comply with the demand of the costumers...is like they went from bad to worst with the opening of this new store, they were more organized on Office Max before moving here, not to mention the printing area is mixed up with the regular store and it’s a mess.
