I’ve been trying to get to this store since April 2021 and we finally made it! The store was EXTREMELY clean, organized and labeled. Everything was easy to find, you really should Not have any questions about the product when you go in here unless you’re a new crafter like myself. I didn’t ask any questions because I’ve been doing months of research so I knew what was what. I’ll definitely be back and I generated a lot of ideas while I was shopping.

I found everything I needed today in the store. It is super clean and well organized! Staff was super friendly! What smells so dang good in there? I can still smell the delightful fragrance on the shirts! I really want to know which oil and diffuser you guys use! I’m sure you get this question often!

A few days ago was my first time here, the store is super clean, smells good, and has really good prices for the merchandise they have. A young lady, I think her name was Alex or Alice, she was extremely friendly and helped guide me through what I was shopping for, she didnt leave my side making sure I had no other questions or assistance. I love how welcomed I was, and how comfortable I felt shopping here! I will definitely be back when I visit Mesquite again and will recommend this store to others!

Only good thing about the store was how close it is. There was a slim Hispanic girl who gave me rude attitude when i asked nicely about a heather shirt. Told me no with an extremely rude attitude and just made a face. I shop here sometimes and i hate how now there’s just a nasty vibe going on with the store and employees. Please do better.

I shop here often and the customer service is normally great but today when I cashed out the clerks energy was very off. I had to speak to him first as I approached the counter and he looked at me as if I’m doing something wrong. The clerk next to him was more helpful than he was. As I’m continuing to cash out I try to engage and be nice and he just looking at me like what am I doing there. I understand people may not like their job but go work somewhere else if you’re going to have tacky energy towards your customers. As soon as I walk out to leave he starts laughing and joking with the other clerk. I’m all about customer service and I don’t mind driving to Harry Hines to get materials if I have to. I try to support small businesses but it’s energy like this that pushes me away. I didn’t get his name just know he was African American, tall build with a fro type haircut.

Website said wholesale price so I drove a good distance and I had just that in mind. I would consider the pricing to be on the higher end. Still, go check it out, they have a lot to choose from.

I love this store. I’m not a regular customer but i come here time to time. The prices are decent and some employees are great. Now i don’t normally post reviews for ANYTHING. But i truly care for the store and just wanted to share that today a customer came in looking for a fitted shirt and one of the employees, who was a short Hispanic women, just rudely tell hers there wasn’t any and continues to cut her off saying there was no sizes for her at all before she could continue speaking. That was until this one tall girl with a shaved head came and helped her and went on her day. All I’m saying is that Hispanic lady was saying use and there was multiple times where she has acted out of hand towards customers and speaks badly about her coworkers to customers also. It’s none of my business but i wish someone could talk to her or have her sent home. It explains a lot on why the store seems so dull now a days.

I shop here all the time and every time I go the staff are courteous. SEVERAL times I would go in just to ask for help and each time they are MORE than helpful and always solve my dilemmas! I am so glad they are here and their prices are very affordable. Thanks guys for all you do!

Store is amazing! Love how it smells and looks, and the items you guys have in stock are great! My only issue is that on Wednesday May 5th, there was one young Hispanic man and the others were females upfront. I went to see the cups and come back to just him being alone checking a huge line of customers! Kudos to him and hope he gets a raise because it was not fair that all the ladies went to the back to chitchat and just leave him all behind. Y’all should talk to them and show more respect to him! And it’s not just once but plenty of time where some women would just talk and not help..

THIS VINYL STORE IS AWESOME!!! THEY ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT SELECTION TO CHOOSE FROM!! AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS FIVE STARS!!!

I like going here for convenience. Its close and normally has what I need. Good options and they are expanding. They have a policy where if you do not have an ID to match the credit card you trying to use, they wont let you use the CC. Which I totally agree with. Plenty of parking. Clean, well stocked.

My go to Store for vinyl and now sublimation blanks always find what I need and more.

I like this place it’s convenient but they often close in the middle of the day. It’s happened to me sereral times. Other than that, they’re great.

I went in to buy green 651 and they were out of the 12”x36” sheets. They had a ton of 12”x12”. I asked if they had more of the size I needed in the back. Without checking they told me no. I asked if they cut the 12x12 sheets in house. They told me yes I ask the lady at the register if they could simply sell me 20 feet off the roll in the back just to make it easier on them. She said no I asked if she could cut them in 24” sheets. She said no. I asked why not since they cut the stuff in the back she just shrugged and walked away. I eventually found another employee went over dilemma with them and asked the same questions and he said no also. I asked if I could speak to the manager. He went to the back and did not come back with the manager just said that he asked and they said no. I just walked out without buying anything...

Practically empty...too small and no restrooms and rude people.

I received great service from this store. The staff were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome, it was very organized, fully stocked, and they had everything as advertised. Most importantly, the cleanliness and the necessary precautions were taken serious. I will definitely be back for all of my crafting needs. If you want to get everything you need in one location for a great price please visit this location.

My wife sends me to this store several times a week and the staff automatically know that I am still completely lost and they are beyond helpful. Even when they are out of supplies I do not mind waiting because they have the best quality. A store being out of supplies means that they are doing a great job with customer service and sales otherwise they would have everything I need. It takes a lot of GRIT to run a business successfully during a pandemic so if I could give more than 5 stars I would! I appreciate the COVID restrictions they have set in place to ensure that everyone remains safe. I feel like family when I enter into the establishment. It may be small but it means a lot when you are greeted individually. I’ve been in other stores and not even received as much as a have a good day. I’m excited to see the growth in this company as I hear they will be expanding and offering more items.

I love H&S Vinyl. I live about 30miles away so I like to call and confirm they have what I need, and the friendly workers on the phone are always polite. I ordered a heat press from here and the lovely gentleman took it out to my car for me with no hesitation. The customer service is always on point, and I love the big selection of materials they need for my business. I love that they are also a small business and I love to support our community. Great customer service the employees were very nice and respectful the quality is amazing I love my shirts. They got it in a timely fashion. And the price wasn’t bad. All around a great business.

This was my first time in their store and we had a pretty bad experience. First, while I completely understand Covid limiting the number of people allowed in to the store, there was no indication from the outside that they were already at capacity at the time we arrived. No one was there to instruct us they were full so we walked right in. As we did so, a very rude woman yelled at us to get out!!! Only five people allowed at a time!!! So we stepped out and waited. When people left we proceeded in again to be greeted with more hostility as the same woman rolled her eyes at us threw her hands up and walked away. Maybe we were not supposed to come in yet? I am not sure. We were not really given any guidance. No one helped us or asked if we had questions. While it’s not a large store, it would have been nice to be given a little bit of direction. While the prices are reasonable the staff is definitely something to be desired. I don’t think one person even spoke 2 words to us. I felt very uncomfortable. I just wanted to finish up as quickly as I could. I think maybe I will just get my supplies elsewhere. Hopefully they will work on their customer service.

Great selection of sheets. No better local selection of Craft Vinyl. Also very nice to have such a large inventory of clothing from babies to adult sizes. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I love this store, I order here alot. I come all the way from east texas to get my supplies here. The staff is great. I always have a good time in this store when I come. Of course when I think Im done spending money I end up spending more but all is worth it. They are so wonderful and I love the fact that are helpful and loving. Bought some shirts and when I looked at the receipt I saw that the shirt was charged $6. On the display it said $3.50 and when I asked them they said that it was because of the size. There was no sign that said about been $6 and refused to let me return them. I would understand if it was my fault.I was shopping in person not online to be looking for the prices on the website. I would think we should trust the price on the shelves.

Beware, they charge a fee to use a debit/credit card which they do not mention. Also I take it the owner/manager there does not like people of non-black color, I could pickup the vibe by the looks she was giving and the rudeness how she was speaking to someone asking a question, very noticeable.

The entire staff is extremely nice and helpful! I am always greeted and asked if I need assistance when shopping. The location is very convenient. In addition, the late hours are a great help. No to mention they are now open 7 days a week! Sunday’s are always last minute and unexpected orders.....being open on Sundays is perfect! We appreciate small businesses and black businesses! I love the store, just wish they had a bigger variety of colored vinyl. Hate going to Harry Hines for exclusive colored vinyl. Also wish the store was bigger hate waiting in line for entry.

The only place I purchase my vinyl now! Great prices and you dont have to purchase whole rolls of vinyl from Joanns or Michaels anymore. One 12×24 sheet of vinyl only costs $3-$3.50. Its perfect!

The staff are knowledgeable, kind and very helpful. They have a great inventory of shirts, adult, youth and toddler/onesies. They sell heat transfer and sticky vinyl, along with some awesome tumblers! Ive got two of their tumblers and the quality rivals my Yeti and Rtic. This is a great addition to this side of town. I come here often and would definitely recommend it to others.

I’ve tried shopping at this store twice. I absolutely hate it. I live in mesquite and I drive all the way on Harry Hines to the vinyl store. I would not recommend anyone shop here. They are unprofessional and they are the most expensive vinyl store I’ve encountered this far. 1 star rating is much more than they deserve.

I normally only write reviews when I’m dissatisfied with a company. I want to share with y’all my experience today and why I love this company . I drove from Fort Worth to this location (1 hour) for a particular shirt and once I got there they did not have it. The owner went above and beyond for me. She took ownership for the mistake and took it upon herself to make sure I left with a smile and she even found a location nearby (after calling 3+ places) to get me the shirt and even paid for the shirt. That’s exactly how you do business, it’s not about what you do, it’s always about how you fix the situation. She definitely fixed the situation. Her business will go far just for her customer service alone. I highly recommend this company for all your vinyl & craft needs. I will gladly travel 1 hour just to do business with Ms. Dixon! I’ve gone and purchased several times from this place (curbside pick up) I’ve never had an issue with my orders well today I get to one of my orders I placed on 9-18-20 and my orders is mixed up I placed an order for 5 2t shirts 5 3t shirts and some other stuff well ALL THE SHIRTS ARE ONE SIZE 2T I had not realized as I was backed up in orders simple mistake right?WRONG! I call and let them know the staff including the owner! Made it seem as it’s my mistake for not checking my order when I got it and that I signed for it like umm yes I did sign but the staff never tells me what I’m signing they just say sign this log (I’m assuming it’s to confirm I picked up) and they also make it seem like it’s my mistake then proceed to be rude and hang up the phone SEVERAL TIMES when I called back the owner follows with the statement at this point your harassing us I’m going to call the cops on you..... like what!? I just needed an exchange for the staffs mistake that’s it! Never will I ever return to this establishment very unprofessional I’d rather make a drive to a different establishment!
