Customer service is a joke here. Even the customers are really trashy and I was worried if a fight was going to break out. There were people yelling, screaming and cussing. I just wanted to get my food and get out.5 years ago I would have given this store 5 stars but there levels of Customer service and professionalism has gone way down. They also have security guards now which just shows how the customer quality has gone down too. I wont be coming back to this store.

Managers are always changing the policies or only apply them whenever they want! They can be so rude, but expect customers to not talk to them rude back. You get what you give. Do better! Hire managers that always hold up the policy or don’t make it one.

Ive been shopping at this Krogers for over 20 yrs. Today digital coupon didnt work on item. Head Cashier, questioned if the digital coupon was for this store. After diligent research. She gave me the digital price. Wow what customer service

Ive been shopping there for over 30 years. Theres certain products I can only find at my KROGERS. Great employees too.

Not enough cashiers working and I had to ring up my own items and I am severely disabled. The store is dirty and especially the bathrooms and there is no sense in that!! I will be going to the Kroger at I30 and BeltLine from now on.

A smaller than average Kroger. But it did seem to have all of the basics and then some. The store was arranged well and was tidy and clean. They have a deli, bakery, pharmacy, florist, and bank. The had a seasonal section for candies and decor and also some live plants for sale. The have had pumps in the parking lot. The parking lot needs repaving!!

Do better. The workers at the bakery is just rude. All I did was ask if the make cupcakes for birthday party a and she got very ugly and just screamed NO. Never again!

Found worms in both of my bags of brown rice. On top of having to now provide personal information to get a simple money order. I think its time to find somewhere new.

I havent had any major issues. I just want CORPORATE to remove the frozen/refrigerated dog/cat food, treats, etc. from the refrigerator that houses my Bluebell & other refrigerated foods.Please give them there OWN refrigerator.

I did a pick up order for convenience but at no time before my groceries were loaded into my car was I alerted that half of my order was out of stock. The ordering process online & pick up were quick and easy!

Clean store with good prices and quick check out.

I love how most of the employees are super friendly and helpful. Sometimes there is bad fruits and vegetables. Ive had several experiences where Ive bought fruit or vegetables and get the home THE SAME DAY and they are rotten or going bad. Its really frustrating. This is just the one time I had time and remembered to take pictures. I hope they see this and do better because I really like shopping here. But I have to go elsewhere for fresh fruits and vegetables.

Clean and well stocked. Produce always looks good. If you go early in the a.m. or near closing time, you will find the selection lacking in the fresh meat department, esp. beef, but that could be due to Covid. The woman who works the late/closing shift is kinda awesome. She always makes me smile, and often, even laugh, when I come in.

Arrived 4 mins before closing and all I needed was not pick up a gallon of milk. Was refused service and told they were closed even though I still had 4 min left and my purchase would have only taken 2 min. And as Im sitting in my car writing this review Ive seen the man working the door let 2 other people in so far. 🤔

Out of the few Grocery stores in this area, Kroger is the Best! Especially with certain types of food able to get; like OM Ham Kroger has the Real Ham and Chopped Ham. The other stores such as W or A only carry the Chopped Ham 😝 Yuk LOL 🤣

Needed more check out lines soda isle was kind of low on sodas

Feb 29 2020 I shopped here today. I asked the butcher for a brisket in my price range. He gave me several to choose from. I usually buy elsewhere. The briskets he presented were low fat like already trimmed. I am smoking it today. I already know it going to be a masterpeice. You want quality meat go to Kroger.

I adore the employees, they do their job right. They always give good customer service to me, they help me with any question I have and even check me out in the lines, super fast. Kroger has really a wide variety of organic products. They have a great selection of fruits and veggies, it is small, but it is quality. They will always have great sale prices.The parking space is great, never have trouble finding a parking space at any time of day. The good is organized, rarely out of place. The store remains clean all the time. I do love the promotions they have that beat the price of other stores.

Terrible experience, I have been able to get money orders here for years without giving my personal information. Not today, apparently they need to know where I live because of the amount. I dont think so, thats none of your business. Just lost anotyer customer.

Seems too small. Everyone seems packed on top of each other because the aisles are small. Parking lot is a mess to get in and out of.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Tanisha for an awesome job she did today! There was a long lane to check out and she was the only cashier available. She kept her positive attitude as she checked everyone out. She probably was on her own for over ten to fifteen minutes before someone opened up a lane... I was going to give her an awesome review on krogers survey but I dont have a code for it. Keep up the great work, Tanisha!!

Im giving my 5 stars to this location. Been here only twice and employees are always greeting and cashiers offer if needed help with carrying the groceries to vehicle. Place is also clean. Kudos to the person who is managing this place 👌🏻

Love the produce and prices! Glad they added the self checkouts. Sometimes it shows they are short handed but I know how it is when some people dont show for work. Most of the employees are nice and I usually have a good shopping experience. Although one time at the self check out an older lady name Donna had an attitude and was not welcoming. She made me feel uncomfortable the whole time I was checking out. If you seem to be bothered by customers who constantly are asking for help then maybe it isnt the best place for you to be!

A good place to shop if youre not diabetic. It seems like they have fewer no sugar. Added item everytime we go there. Bakery seldom has any now. Prices are in line with most other grocery stores. Employees are helpful and friendly most of the time.

Prices are good and the sales are GREAT! Customer service is always good but especially if Albert is your cashier! Ill even wait in a longer line just so I can have Albert be the cashier! Hes courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable!

The store manager refuses to enforce the mask wearing law, and simply stated what do you want me to do? Shameful.

This is ourgo to for buying organic Simple Truth chicken. They often have markdowns on organic products. Although it had improved in the last months, the organic selection can improve. Costumer service around the store is scarce.; if youve never been to this location it may take you extra time to find what you need. However check out is very fast.

They were busy and only one cashier open, the new self checkouts are more a hassle than help, an attendance constantly have to come and help 3 or 4 clients using this checkout and you can see customers frustration waiting to get help. I spent about 30 min checking my own groceries.. I wont be back!

Everything was fine until check out. A customer was taking advantage of your coupon policy. The cashier was polite yet firm with them and did refuse several of their coupons. For the sake of keeping the lines moving, only the amount of coupons per your policy period should be allowed.

They restock fast and the produce are always fresh.

Took my oldest dghtr there for a few sale items. She said she saw a mouse run along the back of the shelf while looking for Campbells Cream of Mushroom soup for 49¢ a can. The single cans were out of stock. But, she was able to get the 4-pk for $2.

Kroger has great meat and produce at reasonable prices especially when they run sales. I specifically like their meat products, they are much better than what Walmart carries.

Ordered birthday cake a week in advance. They lost order, tried to pass off frozen cake as fresh. No one could eat it, could barely cut it still frozen. Never again.

They always have good deals on products. I like getting the 10 for $10 deals. I also get coupons in the mail from Kroger for free products and dont forget the free Friday download!!!! Great store.

I tried to withdrawl $600. Money services claimed they did not have $600. Spoke to the supervisor and he informed me that they do not have $600 in possesion. This place has Money services that cannot provide Money.

Older grocery store. Not as updated as some others but that does not take away from the selection. Most items are in stock and associates here are friendly and glad to help in location or just advice. Good store. Maintained and people are engaged.

The little ol lady in the bakery is NOT nice or helpful AT ALL i thought I was gonna get some sweet service but she made me feel like she didn’t even want to help .... what happened to good ol customer service ...

I shop here and at an Albertsons. One of the drawbacks is there is a single narrow opening. Nearby apartment dwellers rush in for one or two items and nearly bowl you over, There should be two openings. They revamped the place several years but were more interested in the floor.Albertsons volunteers to push your groceries to the car and bring the carts back inside. Here the checkers often have to stop to bag groceries. They also wait until all groceries are out of the cart and then shove them through the scanner as fast as possible because they are graded on how fast they are. They make mistakes that way.Another problem is all the carts end up on the parking lot. The managers have to use the intercom to tell employees to bring some back inside.

Kroger has incredible savings and promotions. Their produce is fresh and their prices cant be beaten

They aisle are very small. You almost always bump into someone. Parking lot is crazy. Do not go to this one.

It took longer to park then to pick up my prescription. My prescription was way cheaper than what CVS quoted me. (Like almost $400 cheaper). I️ will definitely be using them for prescriptions.

7/21 @ 2:27pm ... I shouldve seen the reviews before i came here ... smh. 15min to find SOMEONE to put my daughters name on a cake. The manager Chris was paged 4 times. Everyone acting like its a foreign thing im asking for. I was literally about to jump the counter and do it myself. Come on Kroger atleast keep 1 person in the bakery to take care of this instead of shutting all the lights off.

Store looked great clean, stocked, employees helpful. A few weeks ago it was the complete opposite. Great job by the new manager Daniel.

Great organic sales. Good selection of produce and so far the staff is awesome! I would like a larger selection on the organic grass fed meats. And the wait can be looking sometimes but others you can be in and out in five.

Cakes are awesome! They will make more than what is in the catalog and the taste of the cake is very fresh and moist. Price is great also!

Good sales and customer service. Kroger products are generally good quality except the Kroger coffee is atrocious. I do shop there A lot and get much savings every week.

No customer service. Noone ever spoke, or acknowledged that I there . They was talking about drama not saying hi, how are you, nothing. Was feeling happy when i walked in but not when i walked out. Big puddle of water by the butter noone cared. Not a good experience at all, But it barely is.....

I have been using this store for many years and I have never had any problems with the service or the food. The personnel are very courtious and helpful. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who has to go shopping.

For the most part this is a good Kroger, I wish they would keep more stock on some items or more variety, but other than that its a pretty good store.

For a smaller Krogers compared to the Krogers I used to go to, this store has everything that my husband and I need. It is in a good location and has a gas station that my husband and I go to. Flowers are of great quality and last a week or longer.

I like shopping at Kroger when I need something I know other stores dont carry. They have good sales and they send me coupons.

Parking lot was a zoo! Briskets were all around 26.00. None were priced at the 1.79/pp price. Staff was great!

Its a Kroger store. But its also in Mesquite so be prepared for that. Its an eclectic place of hodgepodge people.

Im not sure what is up the the Male manager but he never gets orders right and when you tell him he says that you are lying. This manager is rude and has not only messed up several orders I have placed but today he told a customer who phoned in large order that she never called his store

It is dec, 23 about 11:30pm I just left kroger maby 15 minutes ago to get some soda. Well the lady on aisle 1 was really rude. Her name Rachel she wouldnt let me go grab another soad to get the soads for 88 cents. She told me no and took my 5 dollers. Witch the soads came out to be $5.88. She didnt even charge me the 88 cents. She had the worse attitude. She wouldnt even give a lady infront of me her card back. She made her wait back in line. If you going to be very rude to us costumers why are you even on as a cashier. She was just as rude as can be.

Betty at the gas pumps service desk was really rude. She needs to learn to be grateful for her job.

It sucks to stay so close and to try to run in and out the store for a few things and you cant. They are starting to look like Walmart with their lines all the way down the aisles. 3 days in a row the customers were going up and down the parking lot to get grocery carts cause they didnt have any in the store.

We go to Krogers for special buys including meat. Also go to other grocery stores for their specials. At one time we would go to Walmart cause they matched sales but NOT N😠W! We still shop Walmart, neighborhood & Super Walmart. Cant give them a 5 ☆ tho>Walmart that is!

I have used Krogers for years as my go to grocery store for years. At first I thought I was going to have to find me another store tho. The employees I first encountered were rude and unfriendly, management acted as if u were a bother, and the store was nasty. Over the last few months tho they have cleaned their act up. I really enjoy shopping at this Krogers now and I know u will too

Kroger is going through some changes to keep up with the Joness. This is a shadow of your mommas store. If its not on the shelf, or on the order, go somewhere else. Otherwise you get friendly, courteous service.
