Cody was very helpful in helping me determine what size space I needed, and he took the time to answer every question. The grounds are spotless and Im feeling confident about the security. Its pricier than some other options nearby, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Great customer service! Easy process!

Every time I have arrived to ship items at this location there is always some excuse of the shipping department is down and they can’t print labels. Door is locked during open hours with no sign posted of why. But they also show they ship fedex all over the signs and building but they don’t ship fedex.

The CANT Storage Place. Whatever you need, they CANT do it. They cant be open during their posted hours. They cant rent you a unit that starts on a specific date. They cant rent you a specific unit on their website. They CANT do anything over the phone. Whatever you need. They are the company that CANT.

Have been a customer since 2012 (review posted October 16 2020). The good: Clean, easy access, good location. The bad: Price; they keep raising the price. I have changed units once. They went through an acquisition by The William Warren Group, I cant remember how far back that was.My rent was increased on 12/3/2014, 12/3/2015, 12/3/2017, 11/3/2020 and I believe one other time that I didnt scan the letter.The unit Im in now started off at $189/mo seven years ago. The price is now $302/mo (last price was $279/mo) - a 10x25, non-climate controlled unit.

I live nearby and have been intrigued by The Storage Place.It appears to be secluded, quiet, tidied landscape, and not too far from the freeway.Although it’s a bit pricier than other storage places, it’s clean, organized, and secure. You get what you pay, for a peace of mind.On my first visit, the property manager is friendly, warm, patient, and accommodating.Unlike my second visit, the assistant manager was rushed and impatient with my questions, in which did not know the answers to. I was referred to read the documents online. What a turn off in a business standpoint!A positive customer service experience is a staple of business. This assistant manager needs to take classes on better customer care.Although my experience with this assistant manager rubbed me off, everything else was 5 star rated. I’m happy and contented to have chosen this place thus far.

My experience so far with “The Storage Place” has been great. The office staff has always been polite and friendly. The facility is clean, secure, and well kept. I’ve had no problems getting to my things whenever I need to. I would definitely recommend them to friends/family.

The woman at the front was very helpful and easy to work with. I came in to look at units to store my couch and some boxes and was blown away with how clean the unit was, and how cool they kept it! Highly recommend using these units.

My experience was great. The office was clean and inviting and the service was professional and tailored to my needs. The office was very busy and I observed that the other customers received the same warm and caring service. The storage areas were clean and well kept. The manager, Nancy McCord, was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the storage space selected. I visited multiple storage facilities in the Mesquite area and this one was by far the top choice for me.

This facility is well maintained. When I arrived at my storage unit I was surprised at how clean it was. Immaculate! More than enough room for me, but the staff said they could put me on a wait list for a smaller unit I which I thought was accommodating on their part. The next day my wife met my daughter to retrieve one of the furniture pieces there. Then a day or two later, the staff notified me that the lock had not been put in place properly so I thanked them and went by to ensure everything was okay (no problems) and to install the lock plate correctly. This was an oversight on our part, but a big thank you to Elena for contacting me and giving me a heads up. Great staff, great facility and a safe location. I would highly recommend this location.

I called up and after discussing the options I was given a reservation for the unit that I wanted. I came over a day or two later and got the unit. The process was simple and quick. Customer Service seems to be very good. The location is especially convenient for my needs and easy to access close to the 30 fwy. Overall recommend this place for your storage needs.

My husband and I needed to do some major spring cleaning and also wanted to really declutter our space so we decided to check it out. We absolutely love how clean this place is and how comfortable it feels to come here anytime we need to. Ive had a storage unit in the past and have been to many others but this one is honestly the most well kept facility Ive ever laid eyes on inside and out!I love the climate controlled units and how they truly are climate controlled (some places say that but still have it hot and sweltering inside). Nancy helped us and took amazing care of us by showing us around and making us feel comfortable about what we were doing renting with them. Id recommend them to anyone I know!

This was a great experience getting a storage unit! They had great customer service and they place is nice, clean and spacious! Moving from another storage unit to here, the price for the bigger unit is not much more than the price I was paying for a much smaller unit! Very happy with the unit!

The heart of this place is Nancy, the on-site manager. She really takes care of us and helps the atmosphere still seem caring even though the property is now managed on a larger scale by a large, impersonal management company. The one thing I like about the management company is the automated bill pay option over the phone. The security seems good at this site, and Nancy makes sure the property stays clean.

Ive been here for a couple of years now, and have rented from other facilities over many decades. Never have I been at such a well run place as The Storage Place! Nancy and Elena keep the place looking spotless, and the security I feel keeping my valuables locked and out of the weather is perfect. Ive had two friends rent from here after I recommended it to them, and they were very happy as well. Nothing to improve as far as I can tell... and those two are the heart and soul of The Storage Place!

Nancy is a great manager. The facility was always perfectly maintained. She takes pride in her work.We downsized our business and moved closer to home. One of Nancys Co workers became confrontational and accused us of things we did not do. We had been there several years without problems. While this was not Nancy fault we just grew tired of that Co Workers behavior. Was glad to hear problem Co Worker is gone.
