Cory was very helpful with setting up a storage for me. When I told him my price range for the size I need, he was honest and recommended the online registration option which has better rates. I came in randomly today and I now have the size storage unit I needed with the price I was looking for. 5 stars experience today.

Me and my cousin had gotten a unit here when we were moving. The guys in the office were great! Used to be a guy named Daniel here that was SUPER RUDE every time we talked to him. I guess he didn’t like black people cause he’d be really nice to everyone else of different colors. But the two guys in the office now are amazing and provide great service!

I’ve been a customer for 5 years and the quality of customer service has been excellent and by far the BEST place I’ve ever rented from which is why I switched and continued to rent with them all these years. Daniel has been excellent, attentive and always has an awesome attitude and answering all my questions! It’s also great to know that the same person has been working there all these years and I feel very safe and taken care of! Highly recommend this location!!!

He was extremely helpful, respectful, patient, and understanding to help me narrow down my need. After being indecisive for 30 minutes, Montez helped find an affordable rate that was best for me. I just wish the prices dot go up so much specially to the ones the have been there for years.

So where do I start .My storage unit got broken into within 2 months of me having it and nothing was done. Their insurance barely covered the cost of me and my familys things. Also DANIEL that works in the office is very rude and unprofessional. He puts people on hold for long periods of time and never comes back .Cuts you off as you are talking. This is not the first unprofessional experience I had with him. Extra space needs to fire him asap or re train him to have better customer service. The place is ghetto

Customer Service is definitely 5 star.From phone call to arrival, Malcolm was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and professional. He showed me several units, patiently explaining pricing, etc.The units were the reason for my 4 stars--some of the outdoor units need repairs in the ceiling and the unit I settled on had a wonky lock.Other than that this facility is EXCELLENT, location, cleanliness and custoner service.

Let me tell you about the manager Mr. Malcolm Turner. He immediately goes to work for you. He is competent and efficient at finding the best deal for what you need. He isnt out to screw you with ad ons and extras. Bring a cylinder lock though. He is well groomed and keeps the property in ship shape. Got to the storage today to drop off my things and I go in there and I see rat feces. Mind you I had asked the girl who made the reservation about the pest issues. She said her manager makes sure they are no issues with that. Also there was a huge black spider as soon as you walked in to the climate controlled part of the storage. I called and I spoke to some guy and informed him of the situation and I wanted my money back. No questions asked he said he would refund my money. That is why I am giving them a 2 star and not a one. I did notice that there were a lot of storages that were empty climate controlled and non-climate controlled. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you would like your personal items with rat feces and god knows what else.

Came here today looking for a nice size storage, CHRIS took really good care of me. He definitely knows his information and did a WONDERFUL JOB❗❗He is hard worker and needs a raise. You rock Chris.

Renting a storage unit from them was easy. From the moment I called on line they were very friendly and helpful. They explained all cost up front over the phone so there was no hidden fees. When I arrived to the facility, I actually came a day earlier then my appointment but the staff was EXTREMELY accommodating. They too explained everything upfront and gave me a tour. I highly recommend this place!!!

I searched for the best storage place I could find by looking at all of the G-reviews and how many of them each place had. This location was the best rated over all with the most reviews. Im so glad I chose this location after visiting with my husband. We loved the staff. Donna and Miranda were both so wonderful and polite. Its hard to find customer service like this anymore. They were attentive to me and my husband and they multi-tasked with answering the phones and taking payments in between our contract.The process was still speedy and easy. This shows me that no matter a new customer or existing I will get the priority attention I need if I need it. Great job ladies. I love the powerhouse girl power going on in this place!!!!
